Justin has just replaced our boiler this morning. After 40 yrs in the construction industry I can honestly say his service & workmanship is second to none. Previously he has even come out on Christmas Eve to help us & ensure we had heat over Christmas. He is one of the few people I have had the pleasure of knowing who is always prepared to go the extra mile, which in this day & age is extremely rare

I am an elderly client and was visited yesterday by Justin Marchant as my boiler was no longer emitting hot water. He arrived the same day he was contacted and was so patient and understanding explaining the problem in layman’s terms and did not complain when he was ‘helped’ in his work by my four cats! He worked quickly leaving no mess to clear up and his rates were extremely reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Justin replaced our old Potterton boiler with a Worcester Bosch model after considering what suited our particular needs ie size of areas to be heated etc. He completed the work efficiently and without fuss taking care to leave everything clean and tidy. The price quoted was adhered to and he explained how everything worked clearly. I would have no hesitation in using him in the future and would recommend him to anyone who requires any work done.

Justin was one of a few heating engineers we asked advice and quotes from for a new boiler. He stood out as being extremely knowledgeable, noticing specific features of our house and taking these into account. We were interested in a Worcester Bosch boiler. His quoted price was reasonable. He carried out the work on the date planned with no hiccups. He was professional and friendly. I hadn't decided on type of thermostat so he sent me web links to the sort of new thermostats I'd described I'd be interested in and said he'd happily install this when we are ready. I'm happy to recommend Justin for his professional and high quality work.

We contracted for a replacement heating and plumbing system as part of a refurbishment project. Justin is a top class, highly experienced engineer in his field and designed a very flexible system for us. The project was a complex one which had to be done in stages. The work has been done to a high quality standard. Inevitably in a job of this size we had a few teething problems once it all went live but after sales service has been very good and everything resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Project also went to budget. Extra costs were only incurred when we asked for something extra. All in all, we are very pleased.

Work was carried out efficiently and the bathroom left clean and tidy. I had used the Company before for boiler replacement and service. I find them very helpful and friendly company.

Once here the service was done quickly and efficiently. They had all the parts required, good explanation of why the parts that he was changing were required.

They did a great job fitting a new boiler in a new position, involving a lot of new pipe work, and decommissioning the old Rayburn cooker/boiler. Justin was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. They worked very hard, and efficiently. They were very polite, and I was very happy with the end result. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again in the future.

Needed remedial work to reactivate our boiler guarantee. Let down by installer. Tried Justin who would have come the same day but for a gas emergency. Came following day. Was helpful and explained why things needed doing. Proceeded to do the work quickly and efficiently. The bill was very reasonable for what he did and we will definitely use him again for the service and any other work in the future. Boiler guarantee is now up and running again. Would be happy to recommend Justin if asked.

Justin completed the plumbing installations for a cafe re-fit in Sevenoaks I was responsible for executing. He worked quickly to implement solutions around other trades so the client has a fully operational cafe. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to work with him again in the future.

Just Heat installed our boiler in 2013 and since then has been servicing our boiler yearly. They have also installed new radiators in the house. Recently they checked our heating system to make sure it is running efficiently. We appreciate their reliability, helpfulness and promptness in servicing.

We decided we needed a new boiler and wanted a Worcester Bosch as we'd heard very good reports about them ,the Worcester site had a list of approved installers so we chose Just Heat as they are local to us in Tonbridge. Justin called and checked out the job sending us a quote the next day.His costs for the job were quite reasonable and his professional approach and attention to detail made him our installer of choice. Justin and his sidekick, Luke arrived at the appointed time and installed our new boiler along with two replacement radiators with no hitches, even his roofer arrived on time to weather proof the roof where a new flu was installed. All in all a very good experience with a local specialist. Thank you Justin and Luke.

We found Just Heat on the Which site and use them for our annual gas boiler service and any issues we have with our underfloor heating system. Most recently, we had a motor replaced on the downstairs system. Just Heat are very reliable and provide an excellent service. We have had no issues with any work they have carried out for us.

They completed a tricky job with minimal fuss. They arrived on time, stayed as long as required and completed it with the least disruption possible. I would thoroughly recommend them, and will definitely use them again!

Brilliant service from Justin and Luke I cannot recommend “Just Heat” enough. Our water pump was leaking and discovered on Saturday night I contacted Justin on Sunday Luke was with us Monday morning and new pump fitted by 10:00 you could not ask for more. This is the second time I have used their services the first was fitting our new boiler which again was fitted with minimal fuss and is working brilliantly. A big thank you from me once again

Justin helped fix a leak with our unvented water cylinder. He was very quick in replying to my email and was able to see me the same day. I was impressed with his knowledge and explanation of the issue clearly. A previous plumber had quoted additional works for which Justin had doubted was necessary which ended up saving me time and money. He also carried out our annual boiler service thoroughly and was the first plumber in three services to actually fill out the service manual instead of just putting a sticker on the boiler! I will definitely be been using Justin again if the need arises and for future services and have already recommend him to other households on our development

Justin helped us with a boiler fault, he came on short notice and accommodated us in his busy schedule. He was prompt in finding the fault and had everything needed to repair it. He felt very confident and honest in his communication, I will highly recommend him.

Justin Marchant was recommended to me about 8 years ago by a friend, who was himself an experienced plumber. He has serviced our boiler and dealt with any other plumbing problems since then promptly and efficiently.

Justin came the day I called him about a central heating boiler failure, even though I was not a regular customer, and had fixed the problem at what seems a reasonable price within a few days. He responds quickly to communications too.
