We had never used Just Heat before, but they came very quickly only a few days before Christmas to replace a part as we only had hot water when the central heating was on. They telephoned to say when they were on their way, were very friendly and efficient and called the next day to check everything was fine. We would highly recommend Just Heat and were very happy with the service.

Just Heat quoted for a boiler replacement just before the winter rush, and were the only company out of three I requested quotes from to actually come back to me. The communication was excellent and the quote reasonable. The work itself was done to a very high standard. Once the work began, the engineer encountered various unforeseen problems in my hundred-year-old house, but dealt with them swiftly and efficiently. All the mess was cleared away, and I was well-informed by the engineer of the workings of the new heating system. I'd definitely recommend their services.

I was recommended Just Heat by family members. The initial survey was thorough and informative regards recommended system design and necessary upgrade to mains water/gas supplies. Communication throughout has been excellent and all works carried out to schedule/cost and to a high professional standard. Staff were polite, competent, clean workers who took pride in their work. Apart from mains water supply installation was copper pipe throughout. Explanation of system and control on completion was also thorough and I have received follow up calls to ensure all are working satisfactorily. I have no reservations in recommending Just Heat services.

First class service. New gas boiler installation, pipework and radiator valves fitted exactly as per quotation. Pipework very neat and professional and finished to a high standard including tidy-up and even anti-bac spaying. Work carried out in a punctual, timely and safe fashion. Justin and his team are a sparkling light to the profession.

Justin installed our pressurised hot water tank and boiler 5 years ago and we get him back to service it each year. This time he also sorted a couple of elderly faulty radiator valves for us and installed a Hive controller to replace the existing thermostat. His work is incredibly neat and tidy. His plumbing is a work of art. He is friendly and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

Justin has been so helpful all the way through, offering advice and suggestions even as far as the specific type of tap. First time I have used Just Heat Services and it will not be the last. On time and very efficiently completed. We had a small leak which could not be traced before. We were introduced to Justin by a friend, which gave us confidence at the outset. The service received was exemplary. Justin reviewed our situation, which quickly turned into the need for a new boiler. In timely fashion, Justin’s colleague Dan was on hand to carry out the work. Too often, Customer Service is a forgotten art but Dan was truly exceptional and should be applauded for his manner as much as his work ethic. Replacing a boiler isn’t on many wish lists but Dan made it painless, ensuring we were kept up to speed with progress and tidying as he went. My wife and I would strongly recommend Justin, Dan and team.

I needed a new boiler ASAP. Justin and Dan make a very efficient and friendly team. The boiler and a replacement radiator were fitted very quickly and with minimum mess. The new parts have been made to fit in with hardly any need for redecoration.

Justin, Dan and team completely replumbed our 1920s house, including changing all radiators, pipework, and replacing the old gravity fed system for an unvented cylinder and fitting a new boiler with Nest controllers and a water softener. Despite the fact that I changed the specification several times, including moving the equipment from downstairs into the attic, which made the job a lot harder, Justin worked around this and finished the job on time. He also dealt with the water board in arranging our mains pipe to be replaced. We’re very happy with the work done, which has been done to a very high standard. Justin is friendly and easy to deal with and I would certainly recommend Just Heat or use them again.

We had a combi boiler fitted to replace our existing gravity fed system as we are contemplating a loft extension at some time in the future. Justin had to route a new gas supply pipe from the garage through to the house, extensive pipework changes were made and the new boiler was re-located in the airing cupboard. Every stage of the work was discussed before and during the job as some changes were made. Both Justin and Dan are extremely professional, very thorough and tidy. Excellent service as always. I was not present when the work was carried out but the job was carried out with minimal fuss and good contact with the tenants to arrange suitable time for the job.

Fitted new boiler and reconfigured some complicated pipework. Justin was efficient and tidy, good humoured and helpful easily overcoming any obstacles as they arose. Our boiler blew up just as the COVID crisis was beginning to bite. It was before lock down and we were able to get 5 quotes but Justin's stood out. He was the most thorough, gave us the most confidence that he understood all of the issues and could think them through. His price was competitive and the Bosch Guarantee the longest. As he had foreseen, the replacement of the boiler was only half of the problem but the replacement was completed within a week of accepting the quote. He was unable to complete the commissioning as the gas supply was inadequate. We then had to find contractors to install a new supply pipe under lockdown. Justin helped us with a couple of suggestions in addition to others we found through Which? and other sites. He also provided technical advice to ensure that we specified the work required accurately and got clear costings. It was one of his leads (a contractor using moling technology) that provided the best and most economic solution. Justin liaised with the moling contractor and UK Power networks and fitted the new pipe into our gas meter and boiler, all commissioned whilst observing social distancing requirements carefully. Our new system has now been working for a month and is a clear improvement on our previous boiler and looks like it may be more economical. Justin did not invoice us until all the work was completed and his bill was only slightly more despite the extra work involved. We are delighted with Justin's work and service.

Justin came round the same day I contacted him, and resolved a problem I had with a pump continuously working. I had tried to get someone to fix it, who did not really know the solution, then someone else who kept putting me off. I would certainly recommend Justin, not only did he resolve my problem, explaining what he was doing, but he also reorganised the wiring in the airing cupboard and left it a lot neater.

Justin stepped in shortly before Christmas, averting a potential disaster over the holidays. Another firm had tried to deal with a leak and a boiler problem but had fixed neither, leaving a sagging ceiling and a quote for a complete new central heating system. Justin promptly fixed the leak and the ceiling and the boiler issue was resolved without unnecessary expense.
