Justin installed a boiler and fitted radiators for us in 2013. He has been carrying out safety inspection on our boiler yearly and we are extremely satisfied with his very good work and sterling service. He is trustworthy and reliable.

After reporting the problem with my Baxi Solo 15HE boiler and after making the call and speaking to Justin he was good enough to call after completing his days work the same day. Justin quickly identified the problem and advised that he was going to order the relevant spares he also gave me an idea of the cost of the parts. These were ordered and Justin returned after 2 days to fit the parts. The boiler burst into life straight away and has been working ever since , I would have no hesitation in referring to any one who needs any work to be carried out on their boiler. He was tidy and efficient and cleared the work area after completion , you hear so many stories about rouge traders but I can assure you that this is not the case with Justin. i would recommend him to anyone , his work was excellent and I could not fault it.

Justin came to our help when our boiler failed, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part which arrived the next day and one of his team returned that day and fitted the part and a new pressure expansion vessel. Very happy with the service, friendly team, the work was done cleanly and quickly. We would recommend them.

We got in touch with Justin following a recommendation when we needed a new boiler installed in our loft. He soon provided us with a quote and schedule for the installation. Justin was very creative re installation of both the gas pipework to the boiler and also the water pipes in the loft to the hot water tank and radiators. He was also very good at explaining the technical aspects of the new boiler and the overall heating system. Dan and Carl (who work for Justin) were involved with the installation of the system and did an excellent job. All issues arising were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A first class job!

My original enquiry was a simple boiler replacement, which I repeatedly kept adding extras to and the final works included a new boiler, relocated to the airing cupboard, high pressure hot water cylinder and several new radiators. Justin gave me his professional opinion of all the options, pro's and cons to each system and the difference in costs to each. Once the quote was agreed, he fitted me in and work started at short notice to fit my tight time frame with other works. The completed works are very neat and tidy, the straight and level pipework passes my OCD test!! Would certainly use Justin again and recommend to others. Thanks.

Very efficient service. I telephoned Justin in the morning, his colleague turned up at 1 PM accessed the situation and replaced the broken part on my boiler. I received my invoice the following day and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable amount charged. I now have heating and hot water and all sorted with minimal fuss. One happy customer.

We have just used Justin again for a new problem that we've been having and as always he has sorted it with minimum fuss. He has completed a range of jobs for us which include sorting out issues with sinks and toilets, fitting a new boiler and generally sorting out issues with radiators. I feel confident to let him get on with the job, to do what's required and charge a fair price for his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Justin repaired our boiler a few years ago & also replaced our power shower 2 years ago. Boiler checks are also carried out very efficiently.

Justin was only due to service the boilers and repair a leak but he identified various issues and resolved them with a creative set of solutions. The work was carried out with speed, efficiency and real thoroughness. Top job and would very much recommend.

Justin was called out to install a new boiler, his quote was the best out of many others for the same work. We paid the price quoted with no hidden extras. Our heating went off over the Easter Holiday and the entire house was freezing. I texted Justin on good Friday and he immediately responded with suggestions. He was on holiday at the time but continued to communicate with me throughout the entire weekend and came out for a site visit! He identified the problem within 15 minutes of arriving and fixed it in under an hour. Justin subsequently checked in with me all week even up until late this evening to make sure my family and I were comfortable and all problems had been resolved. He is not only a fantastic tradesman but a top man in general! Extremely professional and personable and I would only call him for any issues from now on.

We recently built a large house in Surrey and Justin installed a complex heating system for us. He was extremely professional, reliable and honest throughout the entire process and communication was excellent. Justin was sure to understand what we wanted and tailor his service the best he could to suit our needs. All of the work was carried out promptly and he was an extremely tidy worker. Justin was recommended to us by a relative. When no other plumber would venture out because of the bad weather or even reply to messages left, Justin arrived within 30 minutes of contacting him. He explained every step of our boiler repair and the job was completed within an hour. I would have no hesitation in recommending Justin.

Justin came to our house as the water pump needed replacing, as well as the boiler needing servicing. I called Saturday morning and he came to us within the day. I must add that he did not need to as his stated business hours are Mon - Fri. Once he arrived he was quick to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. He serviced the boiler and reinstated to full working condition. He could not have been longer than an hour and was courteous, professional and informative. I sincerely wish I had known of Justin and his business prior to a far longer and involved issue with the manufacturer that went unresolved. I would highly recommend Justin and his company Just Heat Ltd to anyone who needs basic plumbing assistance or a larger more complex fix! I hope to never need Justin again but would not hesitate call for any issue large or small.

Justin was very responsive to our need to quickly replace our failed boiler in order to restore the hot water and central heating in our house. He was able to rearrange his work to prioritise this installation over servicing which could wait a few days. Justin has gained his experience over a couple of decades and does what it says on the tin, just heating, hence the name. I found he was very willing to share his knowledge with me which I particularly liked. I am very happy to rate him highly.
