Excellent communication, helpfulness and we would use this firm again because their work is of a high standard. We have used them several times before. The job was relatively minor - removing a very old washing line post and cementing in a new one - but for all the residents living here it makes a big difference to have a new washing line again. Everyone thought that the estimate was reasonable so thanks to Keith and Ben for a job well done.

Keith responded quickly to my quote query after a lorry seriously damaged my front garden wall. The quote was promptly forwarded to me and as it was the best I had received work started within days of having contacted Keith, Ben and their team. Even though the weather was adverse, Keith and his team carried out the demolition of the damaged walls, cleaned the bricks to be reused and a few days later came to rebuild both wall. An excellent, prompt, and entirely professional job from beginning to end. K Barnard Brickwork gave a very reasonable quotation for a job that involved both external and internal work: replacing a leaking cast-iron downpipe, tidying up some external pointing, removing damp and damaged internal plaster, and then waterproofing and replastering a large section of a bedroom that had been affected by leaks and water damage from the broken downpipe. Keith, Ben, and Charlie completed the job within a day and a half: the level of professionalism and the attention to detail were exceptional, as was their efficiency and tidiness, their care for the property, their politeness, and their openness in explaining each step along the way. They were extremely patient while we waited for the go-ahead from the management company for the whole building (which took literally months to secure!), and then, once we got approval to begin, Keith, Ben, and Charlie delivered a top-notch service at a competitive and fair price. It has been a mission to find a reliable, skilful, and reasonably-priced company to do this kind of work (internal and external), and I will have no hesitation in reusing their services in the future and recommending them to others. Our neighbours have already got in touch with Keith and Ben for a similar job.

Keith and Ben turned up punctually as arranged and made an excellent job of bricking up a garage doorway. The bricks were keyed in on both sides and the roofing felt tucked in at the top - all very competent and they were a pleasure to deal with. The brickwork and pointing was to a high standard. The bricks used also Matched existing brickwork. They cleaned the area after work being completed. The price was Very reasonable..
