We had an issue with our radiator system and one in radiator in particularly that would not heat up. We discussed a number of options to resolve the issue and working through the different ideas and making improvements eventually ended in the heating system working as we'd hoped. The team were very professional through out and communicated progress at every point. They were also clean and tidy when carry out the works and we would recommend for any plumbing / heating related work.

We have just had a new boiler fitted by Lewingtons. The whole process from start to finish was professional and well organised. Dan and Dylan were polite and respectful at all times. Dan explained all aspects of the installation, going above and beyond expectations . This was a good experience and have no hesitation to continue using Lewingtons in the future!

Lewingtons called to repair my boiler that had stopped working. The engineer quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was honest and informative about parts not needing replacement. His friendliness and efficiency really impressed me, but I have got used to this wonderful customer service from all Lewingtons’ engineers over years of using them. The invoice then arrived promptly via email and was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this firm to everyone!

Lewingtons responded promptly to our cry for help when we suddenly had no ground floor heating during the recent cold spell. Their engineer visited, diagnosed the fault and fitted a new motorised valve for us which fixed the problem and felt as good as winning the lottery. I contacted Lewingtons about solving an urgent heating system problem last Thursday. The person I spoke to was really helfpul and gave me the next available appointment which was a few days later but said that he would monitor the engineers jobs , and if at all possible would fit me in earlier. I was delighted to get a phone call 3 hours later to say that an engineer had been able to finish a job earlier than scheduled, and would be with me in 30 minutes if that suited. That kind of service really stood out . The engineer arrived and quickly diagnosed and fixed the heating system problem. I have used Lewingtons for all my heating system requirements for the last 5 years and have been very pleased with their great service and competency standard of their engineers.

My Oil boiler was in desperate need of a service and it had a problem that it would only turn off by switching off the electrics…I contacted Lewingtons and they came to site two days later, identified the problem and emailed a detailed breakdown of costs..They (Tim and his colleague)returned the following day (Not the following week or fortnight as some companies would) , Replaced the faulty valve,..Serviced the boiler and replaced my ancient control panel with a new one and connected me to Hive. The work was done without fuss,very clean and efficient and everything explained..I would thoroughly recommend this company …Great service!!!!!

Well worth doing as the cleaning and re-jetting means a more efficient burn and money saved through improved economy.
