I chose Kalibre Kitchens because of an excellent recommendation from a friend. I can only say that they surpassed this recommendation. They took time to get the design right, all the trades turned up on time, were very tidy and courteous. I am delighted with my new kitchen.

The design and installation service provided by Kalibre Kitchens was excellent. The installers’ workmanship was first class with great attention to detail. The tradesmen were used to working together and were adept, reliable, friendly and trustworthy. The project was well managed from start to finish. Any issues arising were dealt with promptly and without fuss. Highly recommend this company.

Clive and team did an excellent job in transforming our kitchen utility, into a kitchen diner. Clive's team were absolutely fantastic and were not a single day late on any task all the way though to completion. We were more than comfortable with leaving the keys to house so they could come and go as needed. Would highly recommend.

Jo and the team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We designed a "Victorian" bathroom for our listed house and although it was an unusual job for Kaliber, they pulled out all the stops to make it work. A very professional team, who are great at problem-solving, their attention to detail is remarkable. We had a daily schedule, regularly up-dated as things had to change, and details of where additional costs might be incurred. Ripping out an old bathroom and fitting a new one is never a clean, tidy job but whoever was working made sure to leave our home as tidy as possible each day. We recommend Kaliber without hesitiation.

We had our kitchen and dining room knocked through and a new kitchen designed and installed by Clive and his team. From the outset Clive's calm and patient approach stood out against other companies providing the same service. It was a large project for us and he guided us through the pro's and cons of ideas and designs, the final version of which was exactly what we had hoped it would be. He project managed everything from builders to flooring and decorators, providing us with a schedule of work for his team that was kept to. All members of his team were courteous, professional and had an attention for detail and quality that matched Clive's. He oversaw all of the work, was in touch and on site on a regular basis and any potential issues were resolved quickly and professionally with no overall impact to schedule or budget. Considering the extent of the work we had done, the whole experience was surprisingly stress-free for us which is testament to Clive's professionalism and commitment to exceptional customer service. We absolutely love our new kitchen and dining area and can't recommend Clive and his team highly enough.

We had a replacement kitchen and re-flooring of the kitchen and sitting area. Clive helped us refine the design to accommodate all we wanted in the space we have. Great selection of materials and a great team of tradesmen who were all friendly, tidy and made a very disruptive period easier to manage. We were provide with a schedule of works and were pleased to have the work completed on schedule despite an unexpected set back. Clive was on site to answer questions and all his team were on site as scheduled. Everything went as planned and the completed project is even better than we had hoped for. As previously mentioned in other reviews the notable difference in having gone with Kalibre Kitchens is in the fact that they all went to great lengths to keep us updated, make suggestions for un-foreseen problems and found best solutions without impacting on either the schedule or the workmanship. Cannot recommend Clive and his team highly enough.

We had two bathrooms completely renewed by Kalibre. Their pricing was competitive but what stood out for us the most was the customer service and the quality and selection of the materials used. Jo oversaw the project management from Day One, helping us choose from the huge selection of options before us, and once work started, regularly checked in on progress with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. She employed a range of skilled and helpful tradesmen who we couldn't fault. Overall, we're really pleased we chose Kalibre for the work and would highly recommend if you want something a bit more special than a bog-standard refit. For novices like us at replacing bathrooms, Jo was the ideal person to deal with and she patiently helped guide us towards good choices.

The refurbishment of our bathroom and ensuite was carried out by Jo and her team in a friendly and professional way. The refurbishment started and finished on time to a high standard and at the agreed price. A special mention to Alan who carried out the main installation in a diligent manner.

Clive, Director of Kalibre Kitchens, carried out the project management himself. He is very competent and thorough and so all aspects of the project management were done to a very high standard. A detailed breakdown of what to expect on each day of the installation and the names of the tradesmen who would be involved on that day was provided several weeks in advance. All tradesmen turned up at either the appointed time or, with our consent, earlier and so the project was completed within the 3-week timescale agreed. Clive has an excellent relationship with the workforce and he monitored the progress of the work regularly and carefully. Examples of the materials used, such as cupboard carcasses, back panels, hinges, runners for drawers and cupboard doors were shown to us in advance and were all of the highest standard that could be expected. In a nutshell, all aspects of the job including project management, quality of materials and workmanship met or exceeded my expectations.

After 30+ years with the same kitchen and no utility deciding to have a new kitchen and utility was a bit daunting but after contacting Clive at Kalibre Kitchens all our worries went away. Clive and his brilliant team dealt with everything for us and we now can enjoy a beautiful kitchen and very useful utility. All the team were excellent.

We had our kitchen and utility area replaced by Clive and his experienced team. We also had our ceiling resurfaced and spotlights installed as well as new flooring. We were provided with a clear detailed quote, not something that every installer provides, this helped ensure our requirements were correctly understood. Once we approved the quote Clive provided a clear detailed installation schedule which summarised the activities each day/week and the names of the tradesmen who would be carrying out the work. Once work started it was clear we were dealing with experienced professionals, they were polite, tidy and their work was completed to a very high standard. Any queries were handled promptly and effectively. We would highly recommend Kalibre Kitchens, the cabinets/hinges are of high quality and importantly the installation is completed with skill, care and attention to detail.

I received a great service from Kalibre Kitchens for the installation of my new kitchen, from the initial planning and throughout the installation and all the trades were professional and courteous. Clive set out the dates as to when each trade would be in and when the kitchen installation would be completed. He did not disappoint and came to site on several occasions to check on the progress. All rubbish was stacked neatly and cleared in a timely manner and care was taken to protect the floors from being damaged. Any additional items required were also arranged without any issues. Overall, a great high quality installation with no problems. I would definitely recommend Kalibre Kitchens.

Clive helped us with the design and selection of units, provided a detailed quotation with visualisations, and a schedule for the work. We've used Kalibre for two jobs this year - our ensuite bathroom and our kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with both. From start to finish their approach has been extremely professional. They had great ideas, used reliable and experienced tradesmen, high quality products and offered seamless project management. Virtually every aspect of both went completely to plan in terms of timing and delivery. Any small hitches with unavailable products etc were ironed out very quickly by Jo or Clive. While their prices were not the cheapest, there were no hidden costs or nasty surprises when the invoice arrived and I suspect this would have been the case with the others who quoted. The quality is top notch and we expect these rooms to last us long into the future.

Jo and her team have been brilliant from start to finish planning and installing a new family bathroom, cloakroom, and replacing the bath and tap in my en suite. Jo took care to help me find the right products and was very patient about changes. Her team of fitters all arrived when they said they would, let me know of any changes, and were good at protecting surfaces and keeping mess to a minimum. I’m hugely grateful to them all for their professionalism and for taking the time to do a fantastic job. If you are looking for a bathroom to be replaced, I recommend Jo and her team. I’ve had bad experiences before and know how stressful it is when things aren’t done well - my experience with Jo and her team was the polar opposite. I would definitely use them again.

This is the third time we have used Kalibre Kitchens & Bathrooms to carry out work in our house. This time was the biggest project so far - to install a new kitchen following building alterations including combining a dining room and part of our garage into our new kitchen. We entered into planning in 2024 after which we fine-tuned items and appliances and agreed the work to commence following the building work. The work began in July 2025 and was completed on 1st August. Our project manager was Clive Crail, who had an excellent team working for him. He provided us with a detailed itinerary of when the works would begin and what would take place on each day of the works. He closely monitored the deliveries of the items and dealt with any issues that arose. The team were brilliant, friendly and reliable. Their attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. Our house was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. We felt happy to leave them in our house whenever we had to go out. Kalibre are a local, family-run business and very professional. We won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of having a new bathroom or kitchen designed and installed.
