Kalibre Kitchens and Bathrooms

We employed Kalibre to change our family bathroom into a shower room. Before the work began Jo gave us some very helpful advice and prepared a computer generated design. She also gave us a timetable setting out who would be on site each day and what they would be doing. The costing indicated any extra items which might be necessary depending on what was found as the work progressed. The project ran smoothly and the tradesmen were punctual,friendly efficient. We are very pleased with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend Kalibre to others.

Our kitchen is in the old part of our house, which brought a few problems with out of square walls, low ceilings, blocked up windows and solid outside walls which needed to be insulated before the kitchen was refitted. Clive carefully measured and took account of all these problems ,went away and produced a design to accommodate this and what we wanted to achieve in our new kitchen. We were very happy with design submitted and agreed the quotation and a programme for the work schedule produced by Clive. The fitting started on time and all the trades required arrived as agreed. They were all very professional in their work and the way they conducted themselves, a credit to Kalibre Kitchens. We are very pleased with the finished kitchen which was fitted to a high standard, on time, on price, and with pleasant people to work with. What more could you ask for!

I asked Clive to design and fit a completely new office as I mainly work from home. I am extremely satisfied with the result. I have ample storage, a very good desk area, and plenty of electrical sockets for all of my devices. I am now able to work in a very airy and unclutterd office with well designed fitted office furniture. Clive's Project Management was excellent, and all of his tradesmen arrived exactly on time. He used an electrician for plugs and lighting; a plasterer to make a fitted storage cupboard wall and a carpet fitter. I am totally satisfied with the office, and he has been a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend him.

Kalibre Kitchens was recommend to me by two friends - and they were absolutely right. From the first visit, Clive noticed potential problems that would need to be addressed and we went forward from there. His design was exactly what I wanted but when budget constraints meant I had to re-think, he was quick to suggest alternatives that have worked well. The work schedule meant that I knew exactly which team members would be coming when, and Clive oversaw the project closely. The whole team (James, Warren, Richard, Paul, Lee and Dave) were punctual, courteous and very tidy with a great sense of humour and not only coped with the kitchen itself but two small inquisitive grandchildren and the cat! We finished on time - and the new kitchen/diner is great. I’ve waited many years for this and I love it. Was there anything I’d have done differently? No - and I look forward to working with Jo later this year on a bathroom project. We highly recommend Jo, Kalibre and the team. Putting in a new bathroom is not a cheap thing to do so you want to get it right. In the early stages Jo was really helpful in using her experience and design ideas to get the 'perfect' plan. They started on the day they said they would start - and finished on the day they promised, too. The four guys that came to execute the plan, Jon, Steve, Stuart and Vince, were fantastic - lovely people and superb at their job. We're very fussy and cannot find fault at all. Overall a superb experience.

After the company transformed our bathroom last year we did not hesitate to ask Kalibre to do the same to our kitchen, and we were not disappointed. The team was very patient, thorough, transparent and extremely professional, leaving no stone unturned. Clive and team did an excellent job in transforming our kitchen utility, into a kitchen diner. Clive and his team, James, Warren, Steve, Richard, Jake, Dave and Paul, transformed our kitchen from an old, dark and cluttered room to a bright, modern and uncluttered one and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. We cannot fault it and I am writing this four months after completion. We down-selected three potential installers and each produced a design and a quote. Clive's design won our vote and his quote was very reasonable. After further discussions, a revised quote was provided, which we accepted. Apart from one extra item, which we requested during installation, the quote was spot-on. Prior to the start of installation, we were given a detailed programme of the daily work to be performed and the scheduled work was completed each day with early starts and late finishes, if required. Every member of the team was polite and tidy. Indeed, the whole team was made up of true craftsmen, who took great pride in their work; both individually and as a group. Not only that, they all had a great sense of humour and we thank them for a truly outstanding installation. Clive would appear daily to check on progress and to confirm that we were content. From start to finish, Jo managed the project in a very professional and friendly manner. All our requirements were taken into account and I am so happy with the end results. The whole team worked extremely well together and were a pleasure to have around. The level of workmanship and attention to detail was of the highest standard.
