We moved into a retirement flat and wanted a new kitchen. Clive at Kalibre Kitchens was highly recommended to us. We are so glad we went ahead and used Clive. He patiently listened to us and guided us smoothly along the way. The standard of the kitchen is excellent. His Team were all polite, considerate and did a brilliant job. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Clive and his Team.

We wanted to replace our bathroom & toilet and were recommended to use Kalibre by family who had received great service. They were amazing from start to finish. Fabulous workmanship and excellent communication. We are so very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jo and her team have been brilliant from start to finish planning and installing a new family bathroom, cloakroom, and replacing the bath and tap in my en suite. Jo took care to help me find the right products and was very patient about changes. Her team of fitters all arrived when they said they would, let me know of any changes, and were good at protecting surfaces and keeping mess to a minimum. I’m hugely grateful to them all for their professionalism and for taking the time to do a fantastic job. If you are looking for a bathroom to be replaced, I recommend Jo and her team. I’ve had bad experiences before and know how stressful it is when things aren’t done well - my experience with Jo and her team was the polar opposite. I would definitely use them again.

I inherited a horrible kitchen that was literally falling apart and now, thanks to Kalibre, I have a fabulous kitchen that I'm exceedingly proud of. I wanted to use a local, independent company and luckily I found Kalibre who have been brilliant from my very first contact with Clive and throughout the whole process. As soon as I met Clive to discuss my requirements I absolutely knew I was in safe hands. There wasn't much that could be changed in such a small space but Clive found ways to creatively increase storage space. From our initial discussions Clive produced a design, which was tweaked a few times, and once all agreed, he expertly project managed the whole process. The units are exceptional quality along with all the other products supplied. Any issues were minor and dealt with promptly and professionally either by Clive personally, or one of his truly dedicated friendly team:- James, Stuart, Dave, Peter, Paul and Jamie worked together seamlessly to Clive's detailed programme. There's no denying having a kitchen refit is relatively stressful and disruptive but Clive and his team made it all absolutely worthwhile. I highly recommend Clive and his team at Kalibre to anyone who is wanting a kitchen refit.

Kalibre recently designed and fitted a new kitchen & utility room for us. (This is the third or fourth time we have used them. They did a couple of bathrooms previously which were immaculately designed, managed and executed.) The kitchen is incredibly good. Clive was so patient and helpful while I went through various changes of mind and he came up with my perfect design. He has a way of very gently steering you towards the perfect solution without being pushy or overbearing. He simply knows his stuff! Installation was smooth, the expert installers were a delight to work with and the quality of the final finish is exceptional. Clive organised the snagging of things we hadn’t even noticed! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a personal, friendly, expert and professional job. Another bathroom beckons!

We really rate Kalibre Kitchens and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Clive was very much on top of the detail. He checked on design points we hadn't thought of and advised us on various aspects when we needed his expertise. There weren't any problems with his orders and he even managed to make a rush order for us when we changed our minds on something. We appreciated receiving a day-by-day itinerary beforehand, and we were impressed that the days (more or less) followed the itinerary and that it was completed on the target date. The team were all very helpful and considerate, and we loved Andre, our fitter. We've used Kalibre for two jobs this year - our ensuite bathroom and our kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with both. From start to finish their approach has been extremely professional. They had great ideas, used reliable and experienced tradesmen, high quality products and offered seamless project management. Virtually every aspect of both went completely to plan in terms of timing and delivery. Any small hitches with unavailable products etc were ironed out very quickly by Jo or Clive. While their prices were not the cheapest, there were no hidden costs or nasty surprises when the invoice arrived and I suspect this would have been the case with the others who quoted. The quality is top notch and we expect these rooms to last us long into the future.

We have had a wonderful experience with Kalibre Kitchens & Bathrooms. From the 1st meeting with Jo to install our new bathroom until the very end as a team have been Friendly, Professional, with lots of inspiring ideas. Kalibre Kitchens removed and disposed of my old kitchen, installed new units, appliances, floor, ceiling, lights, electrics and and decoration. I was wary of replacing my old but much loved kitchen. I was worried about the design, the quality and the cost. Clive made it easy. He listened very carefully to my requirements and came up with several proposals which we were able to work through and discuss before agreeing on a plan. At no point did I feel hassled. I was very impressed by the detailed breakdown of the quote Clive supplied. This was a great help in making decisions. I was given a schedule of all the works and the tradesmen who would be coming to the house. Without exception they were all polite, tidy, helpful and the workmanship was superb. All queries and problems were dealt with immediately, without fuss. Clive regularly checked that everything was going to plan and was always available for any concerns. Clive had done an excellent job on the utility room at my previous house so I had no hesitation in using Kalibre Kitchens for the large project on my next house. It was a typical 1970s house that has now had the back of the building transformed into a stylish and ergonomic kitchen and utility room. The design was faultless with special attention given to ease of use and with many clever storage ideas. Clive worked closely, and seamlessly, with my builder. The installation, as before, couldn’t have been better with care and attention given at every stage. Plumbers, electricians and the installer all arrived on time, cleared up and were considerate and pleasant. James, the installer, kept disruption and mess down to a minimum. Everything was carefully timetabled and each stage was started and finished on time. I have had no hesitation in recommending Clive and his team to friends and acquaintances.

Kalibre Kitchens designed and installed a new kitchen for us during September/October. Clive of Kalibre also managed the project for us from start to finish making the experience as stress free as possible. We are delighted with our new kitchen which was delivered on time and in line with Clive’s quote, albeit we asked for a few additions which the final invoice reflected. We would highly recommend the company for both the end product, but also the quality of the team used by Clive together with his clear communication and attention to detail. His sub-contractors were all friendly, also working to a high standard and very tidy. Any minor issue raised by us since the project was completed have been dealt with quickly by Clive and to our entire satisfaction.

Kalibre Kitchens recently replaced an old & very tired kitchen. From start to finish the service has been fantastic with exceptional customer care. Kalibre installed a replacement main bathroom. They had previously installed an en-suite bathroom for us. Both jobs were completed on time and to budget. We received well in advance details of the trades and the dates on which they would be in attendance. All arrived on time and completed the work on time and to our complete satisfaction. All trades were quiet and courteous at all times. Project planning and management was done with meticulous attention to quality and detail. Nothing was too much trouble for them and excellent ongoing communication meant that we knew exactly what was to happen, and when. Minor problems on re-routing pipework etc were resolved quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using them again or for recommending them to others.

Kalibre came to us as a recommendation. Jo and the team did a brilliant job replacing our very old ensuite. Jo took on board our ideas and wishlist and delivered an excellent design. The project was managed very efficiently by her, on time and on budget. The installation team were very easy to work with a special mention to Jon who did the main part of the work. We chose Kalibre Kitchens to refurb our family bathroom. Jo managed the project brilliantly from the initial design to the installation. There is so much choice available which felt quite overwhelming and Jo used her experience to guide us towards the right choice of equipment and finishing touches. We didn't have to worry about scheduling the individual trades, Jo did this all, which resulted in a fast installation to time and within budget. The tradesmen used were all appropriately skilled and we were able to upgrade the lighting using Jo's electrician which we hadn't planned to do at the outset. Jo certainly takes the stress out of having a new bathroom and I would highly recommend having a chat to her if you're planning a new bathroom.

We went back to Kalibre as previously we had received an excellent service. A tired and dated bathroom has been transformed into a beautiful and user-friendly space. A wall was removed, the bath replaced with a walk in shower with subtle aids such as grab handles and a fold up seat incorporated into the overall design. The work was carried out efficiently by skilled craftsmen who solved any difficulty and problems as they arose and went the extra mile to ensure that everything looked good and worked perfectly. The project was skillfully managed and a schedule of work provided so that we knew who was coming into the house, and when. The work has been completed on time to a very high standard. The personal touch from planning to completion resulted in a major refurbishment being stress free (for us) and we are delighted with end result.

We’re thrilled to bits with the finished result. Kalibre Kitchens transformed our tired old galley kitchen into a sleek modern space. As we have come to expect from Kalibre Kitchens, Clive’s project management was excellent and his teams worked very hard to meet our needs. Reliability is a key word: their teams turn up on time, tasks are completed on the scheduled day and it is clear that the current job has their full engagement- no stealing off to finish work elsewhere. For us, the best thing about Kalibre is the professionalism of the project management provided. Nothing is left to chance and every detail is factored in. Clive, Director of Kalibre Kitchens, carried out the project management himself. He is very competent and thorough and so all aspects of the project management were done to a very high standard. A detailed breakdown of what to expect on each day of the installation and the names of the tradesmen who would be involved on that day was provided several weeks in advance. All tradesmen turned up at either the appointed time or, with our consent, earlier and so the project was completed within the 3-week timescale agreed. Clive has an excellent relationship with the workforce and he monitored the progress of the work regularly and carefully. Examples of the materials used, such as cupboard carcasses, back panels, hinges, runners for drawers and cupboard doors were shown to us in advance and were all of the highest standard that could be expected. In a nutshell, all aspects of the job including project management, quality of materials and workmanship met or exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely delighted with the kitchen designed and installed by Clive and his team. From start to finish everything was was very well managed, clearly explained, planned in detail and installed efficiently and skillfully. We required a full kitchen replacement, with almost all appliances replacing as well as electrical, plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling work. The quote was within budget ; the price examples on the website had set our expectations. The quote was detailed but easy to understand and some images of the proposed design helped us visualise it. After a couple of iterations and the final go ahead, we received a plan for the 3 week installation. All the trades people were excellent; all top quality. There were no significant issues and everything went to schedule. Highly recommended.

We had our kitchen and utility area replaced by Clive and his experienced team. We also had our ceiling resurfaced and spotlights installed as well as new flooring. We were provided with a clear detailed quote, not something that every installer provides, this helped ensure our requirements were correctly understood. Once we approved the quote Clive provided a clear detailed installation schedule which summarised the activities each day/week and the names of the tradesmen who would be carrying out the work. Once work started it was clear we were dealing with experienced professionals, they were polite, tidy and their work was completed to a very high standard. Any queries were handled promptly and effectively. We would highly recommend Kalibre Kitchens, the cabinets/hinges are of high quality and importantly the installation is completed with skill, care and attention to detail.
