We highly recommend Jo, Kalibre and the team. Putting in a new bathroom is not a cheap thing to do so you want to get it right. In the early stages Jo was really helpful in using her experience and design ideas to get the 'perfect' plan. They started on the day they said they would start - and finished on the day they promised, too. The four guys that came to execute the plan, Jon, Steve, Stuart and Vince, were fantastic - lovely people and superb at their job. We're very fussy and cannot find fault at all. Overall a superb experience.

Kalibre Kitchens recently replaced an old & very tired kitchen. From start to finish the service has been fantastic with exceptional customer care. Had a nice new family bathroom designed, supplied and fitted. Good service by Jo once we’d decided the units we wanted and a couple of revisions were well handled. They use a small set of trusted and very reliable installers, including electrics, flooring, plastering and decoration. The bathroom fitter was outstanding. No hesitation in recommending.

Kalibre recently designed and fitted a new kitchen & utility room for us. (This is the third or fourth time we have used them. They did a couple of bathrooms previously which were immaculately designed, managed and executed.) The kitchen is incredibly good. Clive was so patient and helpful while I went through various changes of mind and he came up with my perfect design. He has a way of very gently steering you towards the perfect solution without being pushy or overbearing. He simply knows his stuff! Installation was smooth, the expert installers were a delight to work with and the quality of the final finish is exceptional. Clive organised the snagging of things we hadn’t even noticed! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a personal, friendly, expert and professional job. Another bathroom beckons!

En-suite and downstairs cloakroom totally refurbished on time, to budget and to a very high standard. Discussions leading up to the work were not rushed and every step of the process made clear. Schedule was clear as to what would happen when and names of technicians to expect, it was a seamless installation. A couple of things arose when removal started and electrics began but these were dealt with professionally and didn’t impact negatively on the schedule. We were given regular updates and any questions were answered swiftly. The technicians, coming and going were friendly, professional and very clean, a pleasure to have in the home. Hardest bit was choices, we didn’t really have a clear vision of the outcome but with Jo’s guidance and a bit of leg work we were able to ‘nail’ everything and be completely satisfied with the results!

Dealing with Jo from Kalibre has been stress free and a pleasure. The trades involved were excellent with special mention to Alan, a definite Jack of all trades. My home has been treated with respect and tidiness during the whole process. I can definitely highly recommend.

We initially contacted Kalibre because of the positive reviews we read on line, we have not been disappointed with our decision to instruct them. In all our dealings with Clive he has always acted professionally, whenever he committed to a timescale he always delivered and promptly responded to our emails and calls. Clive was very patient during the planning stage, his attention to detail is excellent, he made several constructive suggestions which have proved to be really helpful with the day to day functionality of our new kitchen. We were given a schedule of works and the contractors names; all the contractors, without exception, were brilliant, their standard of work was excellent, they were always prompt, pleasant and tidied up after finished work each day. Clive project managed the installation, he would visit daily, checking all was on track, updating us with any relevant information during the process. We are delighted with both the aesthetics and functionality of our new kitchen; Kalibre’s customer service since the kitchen was completed has been ongoing, we have had a couple of issues, through no fault of Kalibre’s, which when reported to Clive was dealt with promptly and diligently without any hesitation. All in all from start to finish we cannot praise Kalibre enough, Clive is thoroughly trustworthy, our experience has been exceptional and we would not hesitate to recommend Clive and his team at Kalibre Kitchens.

Kalibre carried out a kitchen design and installation for our kitchen. There was some minor building work and boiler replacement required too. This was planned and executed following a detailed schedule and to a high quality. The installation team are all experts in their area and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kalibre Kitchens installed our new kitchen during April. We are very pleased with both the Kitchen's finish and the manner in which Clive managed the installation over several weeks with multiple trades including a weekend emergency visit. Now that we have finally managed to remember both what's where in the increased cupboard space we can enjoy using the fold out full height larder, the induction hob and working on the Silestone Quartz worktop and splashback.

Kalibre Kitchens designed and installed a new kitchen for us during September/October. Clive of Kalibre also managed the project for us from start to finish making the experience as stress free as possible. We are delighted with our new kitchen which was delivered on time and in line with Clive’s quote, albeit we asked for a few additions which the final invoice reflected. We would highly recommend the company for both the end product, but also the quality of the team used by Clive together with his clear communication and attention to detail. His sub-contractors were all friendly, also working to a high standard and very tidy. Any minor issue raised by us since the project was completed have been dealt with quickly by Clive and to our entire satisfaction.

Kalibre Kitchens removed and disposed of my old kitchen, installed new units, appliances, floor, ceiling, lights, electrics and and decoration. I was wary of replacing my old but much loved kitchen. I was worried about the design, the quality and the cost. Clive made it easy. He listened very carefully to my requirements and came up with several proposals which we were able to work through and discuss before agreeing on a plan. At no point did I feel hassled. I was very impressed by the detailed breakdown of the quote Clive supplied. This was a great help in making decisions. I was given a schedule of all the works and the tradesmen who would be coming to the house. Without exception they were all polite, tidy, helpful and the workmanship was superb. All queries and problems were dealt with immediately, without fuss. Clive regularly checked that everything was going to plan and was always available for any concerns. Very pleased with our en-suite, the work was completed efficiently, we had a detailed schedule of works, so we knew at any time who to expect. The communication throughout was very good. We spotted a chipped tile and a mark on the toilet after the work was completed, both of these were immediately put right. Would definitely recommend Kalibre.
