We contacted Ben (KDI) to give us a quote for our kitchen to compare with the ones we had from Wickes and Wren. From that first meeting, we knew we wanted Ben to do the job. He understood what we wanted, and gave us his ideas to improve our plans, including adding water softeners and filters to prolong to life of our appliances. We felt reassured when he said he organises his own trusted tradesmen to help with his installations, and manages them and the whole project himself, any problems would be his to sort out, and we would have nothing to worry about. Ben let us know every day what he would be doing and how it was progressing. He found an unforeseen problem during fitting, he had to relocate our mains water pipe under the floor, so we could have our appliances as per the original plan. We would describe our previous kitchen as small with very few units. Now we have a lot more units, more storage, and somehow our kitchen is bigger! We never believed we could have such a beautiful kitchen! We would highly recommend KDI. Great craftsmanship, quality units, great communication from him and his team. 5*
