We had a consistently positive experience of using Paul and Keestone as our builders for our kitchen extension and replacement utility room in 2024. Paul was very helpful with advice on shops to go to (and which to avoid!) for kitchen worktops and electrical goods etc. He was also constructive and helpful with details of the design and how the kitchen etc would look. The different stages of the building process were handled well. There was never any time when the builders disappeared for days on end, always some progress being made. Knocking down the old utility room and the process of building the walls and roof of the extension was all done well, giving us a stylish lantern/skylight and large sliding doors to the kitchen area, giving a delightful view straight into the back garden. The kitchen (and utility room) fitting went smoothly once we’d agreed on the configurations. We valued Pauls advice, including adding in a small shower to the utility room for the dog when he returns muddy from walks. This is proving invaluable now! The different tradespeople Paul engaged were always hard-working, polite, reliable and efficient, leaving a good finish to their work. The builders Paul directly employed, especially the team of Russell and Jason, (and not forgetting Jack) were outstanding, a joy to have working in the house, and remarkably good at cleaning up at the end of each day. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul and the Keystone team for building work.

I had massive anxiety trying to pick a builder, watching my parents get taken to the cleaners by a cowboy as a child left it’s impression. Keestone, however completely transformed my view and restored my faith in builders Thank you Paul and Russel for being open and honest, delivering absolutely superb customer service, and ensuring really high quality standards with integrity. Our renovation of the house has been as smooth as these things can be and we are so happy - they are coming back to covert the garage! So expect another review.

I cannot recommend Keestone enough. Paul was brilliant advising us on the complete renovation of our kitchen, even meeting us in Slough to look at the designs at the company that builds the units. He gave us time and advise on all the planning and worked with all our wishes. The team arrived and were amazing. Our team was lead by Russell, who we cannot praise enough, he was always, cool and calm with any issues, nothing was to much for him to make everything look gorgeous. Jason was also another main part of the team who was always assisting everyone. They were all extremely respectful of our home, always leaving it clean and tidy daily. End result is a beautiful kitchen. Would not hesitate to use Keestone again.

We recently employed Paul & Keestone to rip out & replace our en-suite bathroom. We received an initial quote based on a quick measure up & a brief description from us. We then made our initial selection of the products & sketched up what we were looking for in more detail, plus we made a few changes by introducing tiled recesses. Paul then sat with us, went through our updated design, plus gave us advice on the products. We then agreed with him what we were going to do, he updated his quote slightly to reflect our revised design, & then everything was good to go. This allowed us to buy all the right products & to have a clear understanding of what to expect. Paul notified us in advance of the start date plus the timeframe for the works, & in the meantime we ordered everything. The team turned up exactly on the date advised & progressed the works as planned. They put protection tape down on the carpets, always kept the place clean, & tidied up every day. They discussed with us any issues that came up & we agreed in each case what to do. They took the time to make sure everything was as we wanted it. The finished bathroom is fantastic, their attention to detail & quality is excellent, the price quoted remained the same, & we are massively pleased with our fabulous new en-suite. When it comes to our next project we will be using Paul & the team from Keestone again for sure, so it is easy for us to recommend them as they are everything you want from a good builder.

Nothing was too much trouble and the team were all so friendly and professional. The work was completed within the agreed time and budget and I found Paul and his team to be polite and helpful throughout, with Paul prepared to discuss and explain things at every stage. First impressions were very encouraging and the work was carried out to a high standard.

Paul and his team responded quickly and professionally when we asked them to convert a downstairs bathroom to a shower room for my 95 year old father in law who had recently suffered a stroke. Paul genuinely appreciated the urgency of the work and was able to think outside the box to provide a very practical and user friendly solution to a challenging set of customer requirements. He and his team were always very respectful and considerate in completing the project which was done to a very high standard. A minor issue was resolved vey quickly on the day it occurred. I would recommend them without reservation.

Paul Roberts and his team have just finished transforming our bathroom and we cannot recommend them more highly. They were all totally professional, courteous, respected our home, each day tidying and hoovering up any mess made. Each member of the team was amazingly skilled and helpful.

The bathroom is the best room in the house! Well apart from the other two rooms Paul has done for us. He has completely transformed our kitchen and now cloakroom and bathroom. Absolutely love it. You couldn't wish for a better Company. Paul advises on every aspect of work even down to the tiniest of detail. He is a perfectionist. He takes the stress out of stress! His team are amazingly skilled craftsmen. Totally professional everything ran like clockwork. It was a pleasure talking to every one of them. Their each individual knowledge and skills shone through. Paul manages to make you feel that you are his only customer. Always on the end of the phone if needed. He is so calm! The work was carried out in the time frame quoted to the highest of standards and at a very good price. Even a few added extras! I would not hesitate to recommend Keestone to everyone.
