Excellent. Following the storms in February, 5 panels of my back garden fence (24 years old) were damaged beyond repair. Finding a reliable tradesman who could a) undertake the work and b) could source replacement panels was highly problematic. Keith was the 8th recommended trader I tried and first to positively respond to my efforts. He visited the site and we discussed options. I was located beyond his normal area and like others in his line of work he was clearly inundated with work, but we agreed a price and schedule. He kept me updated by text and arrived as agreed and undertook the work quickly, efficiently and tidily at the agreed price. One cannot ask for more, and of the 7 previous contacts from Which Trusted Traders that I tried only 2 responded, both with a refusal to even look at the work, he has done much to restore my faith in the website. We chose Keith (L K Fencing & Maintenance Ltd) to replace our old dilapidated fencing and concrete posts and we are delighted with the finished result. From his initial visit when he surveyed and quoted for the job to the installation of the new fence, he was a consummate professional, always polite, punctual and a true perfectionist. We needed to replace a fence on one side of our garden that was damaged by strong winds. The situation was made more tricky by roots from our neighbour's tree obstructing the work. Keith from LK fencing came to quote and we were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He came on Monday and worked so hard all week to complete the job despite the tree roots and weather. All rubbish has been removed and we are thrilled with the end product! I would absolutely recommend Keith and we are already planning another job!

Keith and Jack have now carried out two jobs for me - replacing my back garden fence and replacing the wooden decking in my back garden. Keith also, at my request, designed and built doors into the front of the decking so I can store garden tools etc. underneath. On both occasions they have not only done a good job with quality materials and kept in budget, but they have also left the site clean and tidy. Keith visited my home to quote to replace my garden fence. His pricing was very fair, and he was very particular about erecting the new fence as I wanted it to be. The work was arranged to start on 11th July 2025. Keith arrived as planned and removed and disposed of the old fence. Throughout, he communicated with me and was considerate and careful not to damage plants that were growing against the old fence. His work area was tidy all the time, enabling me to be in the garden while he worked. Keith is a friendly, courteous man and a pleasure to have in the garden while working.
