I had a SIPs build extension built onto the side of my house, which consisted of a hallway, toilet/shower room and a music room. The build went really well and work was completed to a high standard. I had everything from groundwork's, plumbing, electrics, carpentry and roofing - all the tradespeople that were involved were polite and helpful. I liaised with Tony the owner throughout the build and everything was achieved. Any snags that were picked up were rectified in a timely manner. I'm so happy with my extension!

You have asked me to comment on Kensi Hope which is the company which supplied the materials. However, the bathroom work was designed planned and delivered by TH Developments which is,I believe, the sister company for Kensi Hope. Both aspects of the work were delivered to an excellent standard but as you requested I shall comment on my experience with Kensi Hope. They were very helpful and friendly. I am on my own and quote a novice on this work. They came and gave me good advise, the workmen with absolutely brilliant. I had several companies give me quote and they were very honest about what could and couldn't be done, they were really trying to help me.

Large en-suite bathroom refurbishment. New flooring, tile boards, bath and shower. Delighted with the new bathroom. Work completed to a very high standard and relationship with workmen was excellent.

We had our ensuite fully refitted. From start to finish the whole experience was very good. The design was perfect for our needs and the quality of materials was excellent and within our budget. The team of tradesmen were extremely professional. They were considerate at all times and always left the workspace tidy and safe and caused minimal disruption which given the small size of the room was quite an achievement. We are very happy with the end result which definitely exceeds our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kensi Hope to any of our friends and family

We had to have a complete bathroom refit and part of the landing floorboards replaced due to having a severe flood whilst on holiday. The bathroom was totally stripped back to bare bones and refitted with feature wallboards to walls, a new ceiling with spotlights and a complete new floor. We had a walk-in shower, new toilet, washbasin, furniture and fittings. The whole team at Kensi were very helpful and Tony was great helping us with the design of our new shower room. The fitters 'Team Apollo' Simon and Stewart were fantastic, they cleaned up at the end of every day and worked to a very high standard. I would recommend them to anyone.
