Kent Heat Pumps did an excellent job installing two heat pumps and a set of batteries in our home, converting us from an oil-powered home to a sustainable electric one. The team worked hard with us to work out the best bespoke solution for our home, when other companies tried to sell us a much more generic and likely less-effective solution. All the work appears to have been completed to a high standard. All the team were great to have in our home and I'd have no hesitation to recommend their services.

Tim and the Kent Heat Pump team installed a new PV system with panels, batteries and all associated hardware alongside a new Heat Pump for hot water and central heating. The experience was excellent from quote to commissioned. Tim took the time to take me through the process, answer questions, respond promptly to different configuration/pricing options etc. the team were all very professional, courteous, worked hard and did an all around excellent job.

Tim provided measured and well researched advice throughout the process of scoping my requirements and installing the heat pump, solar and batteries. He has also been very helpful post-installation in terms of finishing things off and post sales support. Tim's team were also great on site.

Really pleased with Kent Heat Pumps. Very reasonable costs, very friendly staff and an extremely tidy job. Our heat pump is running perfectly, we have had no issues and they configured everything as we wanted. A minimum of disruption was caused and they left the house clean and tidy after each day. Would highly recommend.

Removal of oil boiler, cylinder, shower pump, attic water tank etc. Media air source heat pump fitted, radiators increased in size, some moved. New hot water cylinder with all associated pipe work. Kent Heat Pumps, through Tim the director and Gary the on site manager/senior fitter were attentive, helpful and efficient. The rest of the team were helpful and knew their business. Early days, but so far no issues and we like the outcome. A good installation, done well, with real thought applied.
