We had our new Rock Door supplied and fitted today by HML Windows and Doors. We saw HML Windows and Doors advertised on Facebook and after reading excellent reviews we decided to give them a call. Kevin came out and measured up and supplied us with a very competitive quote. The whole process from ordering to fitting was about 7 weeks. The guys who came to fit the door were friendly and extremely neat and tidy. The whole service we received from start to finish was excellent and we would certainly recommend them and will be using them again in future for other home improvements we have in mind.

After reading good reviews and hearing recommendations for HML on Google and Facebook, we decided to enlist their services to replace all 10 of our windows and French doors. Kevin visited and presented a very competitive quote to replace all with high quality Rehau units. There's no big sales pitch - just a discussion on what your requirements are and some measurements taken. A few weeks later we were given an installation date. On the installation day, the installers were very efficient, friendly and very tidy indeed. They made a fantastic job of the installation of the units. Afterwards they tidied up and left the house as good as new. The chaps were very friendly and discussed the job through first thing to ensure our blinds fitted afterwards with no alterations too! I'd recommend HML in a heartbeat, the quality of the product for the price presents great value. Kevin's on the ball with arranging visits and responding to queries so you're never left waiting and wondering.

This company has just today fitted my front door. They replaced an existing door with a Rockwood Ltd door and it looks absolutely stunning. The process from Kevin coming out to measure up which took half an hour at most to the door being ordered and fitted today was approx. 7 weeks. The job the guys have done is excellent. Absolutely no issues whatsoever, a very clean, professional job done. I will be using them in the future for my windows.

I contacted Kevin to arrange a new front door. He visited quickly from my initial enquiry to quote my requirements. I’m delighted with my new door it looks so good. The guys that did it were really professional and so clean and tidy. There was no mess whatsoever and the finish was great. I would happily recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

Great windows fitted today for my mum and dad. Very pleasant and polite. Took down all blinds and curtains. Great job and excellent finish, windows look smashing. Also cleared up very well when finished.

The HML team put in a lot of hard work over the last couple of days transforming my home, replacing all the old windows. The guys were really friendly & helpful. We recently contacted Kevin at HML Windows and Doors for a replacement front door. The service was excellent from start to finish. Arrived exactly when expected measurements obtained and quote provided no back and forth. On the day of installation, the guys again were bang on time and completed a fantastic job. Extremely tidy workmanship was half expecting I would need to do a bit of touching up with the paintbrush but you would think the door came with the house! Highly recommended

We had 7 windows and 2 doors replaced by Kevin and his team. WOW - what an outstanding job they did! Arrived 7.30am and didn’t finish till after 6pm. Nothing was too much trouble and despite so many workmen in the house at the same time you wouldn’t know they’d been here. Everything tidied and cleaned up so well by them all before leaving. The windows and doors look fabulous and make a huge difference both inside, with noise reduction and no heat loss and outside, giving our house a new modern look. I had 7 new windows fitted by a very efficient and courteous workforce. The work was carried out as per the agreed work schedule and completed within one day. The friendly manner shown by the fitters made the job seem the pass quickly. All mess was taken care of and the finished job was great. Good materials and a quality service. I would highly recommend HML to anyone considering having work done.

I booked an appointment with HML Windows & Doors for them to come and give me an estimate for a new Composite Front Door, Kevin came to give us an estimate at the right time on the right day, he was very professional and pleasant. Told me new door would take at the most 4 weeks but arrived within a couple of weeks and was fitted by a couple of very professional fitters, the quality of the service and cleanliness of their operation would definitely make me recommend them to anyone. The price was as expected and there was no payment up front, you only pay once you are happy with the work. Great Job Kevin, we love our new door.

This is the second time I have used HML , my first experience of using them to install a Rocdoor was my main reason for using Kevin and his team again. As part of a garage conversion I opted to have aluminium bi-fold doors installed into a large dining kitchen. Kevin was able to turn around my order in 4 weeks . Which during a time when materials are difficult to source was very impressive considering due to construction issues my sizes were bespoke. I also ordered 2 windows , all of the products are of a high quality and were installed with minimum disruption. The installers were polite, tidy and conscientious and installed everything without issue. I was shown how to operate the bi-fold doors and was left a complimentary bottle of cleaner for my new windows and cills. I am aware this company is a family business and it shows in the level of service provided. A follow up call received from Kevin after installation, although unexpected, again highlights the customer care provided. No hesitations in recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely love my new door. Took a while getting here but to be expected given current climate. Guys were in and out in a few hours and left everywhere to a high standard of finish. All mess cleared etc before leaving.

After contacting Kevin about a quote for all of the above work, he visited, measured and gave me a very reasonable price and a date for the work to be carried out. His team arrived on the day given and I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they carried out the tasks. The weather was appalling throughout the first day and not much better the next. True to Kevin's estimation all work was completed to an excellent standard by the end of the second day and my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. The windows are beautiful and the door solid (incidentally, whist I was outside admiring the completed job, a passerby remarked how nice they looked and asked for the installers company details!) I would certainly recommend without hesitation Kevin and his team for windows and doors. Fine tradesmen who provided an outstanding service.

The experience with HML was brilliant from start to finish. From the first contact with Kevin to Steven and his fitting team leaving they were all so friendly, polite and professional. Kevin was honest and down to earth which was great having had experience of salesmen previously and gave us an amazing price which easily beat everyone else plus it was for Rock doors. Wow!!! Fitters came and changed all windows and doors. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really went the extra mile to ensure the job was perfect. Just got lovely new windows, gutters and downpipes fitted by HML windows and doors. They were fitted over 2 days during which the weather was horrendous with non stop torrential rain but somehow these guys still managed to leave no mess! Definitely recommend this company for workmanship, price and overall customer service.

Excellent service from the very first meeting. Kevin came and measured gave a fantastic price which was in our budget and cheaper than other quotes . He gave us a date, and said that the men wouldn’t need much access to the house which suited me. The workers arrived on the day and were really nice. The two guys fitted the doors within a few hours, really excellent finish. The old patio doors & rubbish taken away. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much for an excellent job, well done. We will now be getting a new side door entry!
