Have used HML Windows and Doors Ltd in the past when getting a picture window fitted so didn't hesitate to contact them again when I was looking to replace my old pvc door with a new Rock door and canopy. Fantastic service Kevin and his team were very professional and courteous from start to finish.

I went into the showroom a couple of times before deciding on new front and back rockdoors. The member of staff I spoke to was really helpful, offering advice and straight forward pricing structure. No pressure sales just good service. Measuring up and fitting of doors was done at my convenience. All staff professional and quality of workmanship could not be faulted. Thank you Kevin to you and your team. They look great and make a huge difference to Insulating my home.

My daughter and I recently engaged the services of HML Windows and Doors to fit 4 new double glazed windows to her flat. The service provided by Kevin and his company were second to none. The company came highly recommened by 2 friends who had utilsed their installation services previously. We visited the showroom and without hesitation ordered the new windows. Kevin attended shortly thereafter to measure up and within a further short period of time the installation date was set. The team that attended consisted of Danny, Del and Logan, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. These guys were a pleasure to meet, and I have not experienced such professionalism from people/company in a long, long time. They set about working immediately and did not stop until the job was finished. They worked as a well oiled team and the quality of workmanship and skills on display were without doubt awe inspiring. They tided up as they went, and Logan put the finishing icing on the cake with clearing stuff up and making sure there wasn't even a spot of anything left on the common close carpet. When they left the flat was immaculate, and honestly apart from the beautiful windows they left you would not of believed they had been there. My daughter and myself can highly recommend using this company. You will not be disappointed !

We had a new front and back door fitted today, from the moment we reached out with our initial enquiry the team at HML could not have been more friendly and helpful. We visited the show room which was very useful as it gave us ideas and confirmed what we wanted. The doors were fitted within the timelines agreed and based on other quotes the cost was very competitive. The fitters were great came when they said they would, the work was done quickly and efficiently and to a high standard and they tidied and cleaned up after the work was done. The fitters explained everything about the new doors locks etc, and both the fitter and HML team told us just to keep I touch with them if we needed anything. Overall we are very happy with our doors and the service.

Kevin & the HML team were fab from start to finish, from the initial visit/our visit to the showroom. On our scheduled date the fitters came as arranged and never stopped, they were pleasant and cleaned up as they went along, no decoration needed to be done whatsoever and that was after we had 7 windows (one being a Bay window) & 2 doors fitted, we are absolutely delighted with them and we have had so many compliments on the work we have had done. Before going for HML windows I obtained several quotes to replace my very old UPVC windows and get a new front door. I found Kevin to be very straightforward and clear as to what HML Windows would do. He was also a bit cheaper than the other quotes. Kevin came out and measured up and explained the process, answering any questions we had. I explained I had to go thorough planning as I live in a conservation area. This was no problem. The team that came and fitted the windows and door over three days were very professional. I'm in a first floor flat and worried how they would manage to remove such big windows, but I needn't have. They took them out without any damage to walls or paintwork and replaced them with the new windows. They cleaned up and left no mess. A very professional job from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend HML windows to my friends or family.

Kevin gave us a quote on spot and returned to do final measurements when stated, price was competitive. We planned install on specific date due to my time off work and a team were there as planned, a two day job was specified and with two teams on the job on day two they managed it... a lot of work, 9 windows, upvc door, composite front door and french doors. The guys didn't even take tea breaks, constantly working even with some poor weather on second day. Team cleared up after themselves each day, not much needed by us at all. All the trimming was neat, excellent finish, and no damage to any tiles or decor. Everything explained on using the new Rockdoor and rear doors. Job exceeded expectations and even though it was just completed today I can feel a big difference to warmth in our house. Would recommend HML anytime and think the Rehau windows look to have been installed very well. A professional job.

I contacted HML Windows & doors online and I received a message right away, the lady on the phone said Kevin will come out and see me so we made an appointment for Kevin to come out when Kevin came out he took measurements and we set a date for my windows & rock door to be fitted, so the guys came out 3 wks later Mark & Derek done a fantastic job the guys worked non stop and informed me in everything as they went along, cleaned all the mess and done a fantastic job. My initial email to them enquiring about front and back composite doors was answered by Marisa quickly and Kevin came out to see me the next week. He measured the doors and gave me an idea of the expected installation (approx. 6 weeks). Mark and his colleague arrived first thing on Thursday to fit the doors. Mark asked me a few questions and advised how long they expected the job to take. They got on with the job and finished it in good time, clearing up as they went along. I am so happy with the doors, they look amazing! The level of workmanship shown by the guys was exceptional and Mark clearly takes pride in his work. We had our new Rock Door supplied and fitted today by HML Windows and Doors. We saw HML Windows and Doors advertised on Facebook and after reading excellent reviews we decided to give them a call. Kevin came out and measured up and supplied us with a very competitive quote. The whole process from ordering to fitting was about 7 weeks. The guys who came to fit the door were friendly and extremely neat and tidy. The whole service we received from start to finish was excellent and we would certainly recommend them and will be using them again in future for other home improvements we have in mind.

After reading good reviews and hearing recommendations for HML on Google and Facebook, we decided to enlist their services to replace all 10 of our windows and French doors. Kevin visited and presented a very competitive quote to replace all with high quality Rehau units. There's no big sales pitch - just a discussion on what your requirements are and some measurements taken. A few weeks later we were given an installation date. On the installation day, the installers were very efficient, friendly and very tidy indeed. They made a fantastic job of the installation of the units. Afterwards they tidied up and left the house as good as new. The chaps were very friendly and discussed the job through first thing to ensure our blinds fitted afterwards with no alterations too! I'd recommend HML in a heartbeat, the quality of the product for the price presents great value. Kevin's on the ball with arranging visits and responding to queries so you're never left waiting and wondering.

This company has just today fitted my front door. They replaced an existing door with a Rockwood Ltd door and it looks absolutely stunning. The process from Kevin coming out to measure up which took half an hour at most to the door being ordered and fitted today was approx. 7 weeks. The job the guys have done is excellent. Absolutely no issues whatsoever, a very clean, professional job done. I will be using them in the future for my windows.

I booked an appointment with HML Windows & Doors for them to come and give me an estimate for a new Composite Front Door, Kevin came to give us an estimate at the right time on the right day, he was very professional and pleasant. Told me new door would take at the most 4 weeks but arrived within a couple of weeks and was fitted by a couple of very professional fitters, the quality of the service and cleanliness of their operation would definitely make me recommend them to anyone. The price was as expected and there was no payment up front, you only pay once you are happy with the work. Great Job Kevin, we love our new door.

This is the second time I have used HML , my first experience of using them to install a Rocdoor was my main reason for using Kevin and his team again. As part of a garage conversion I opted to have aluminium bi-fold doors installed into a large dining kitchen. Kevin was able to turn around my order in 4 weeks . Which during a time when materials are difficult to source was very impressive considering due to construction issues my sizes were bespoke. I also ordered 2 windows , all of the products are of a high quality and were installed with minimum disruption. The installers were polite, tidy and conscientious and installed everything without issue. I was shown how to operate the bi-fold doors and was left a complimentary bottle of cleaner for my new windows and cills. I am aware this company is a family business and it shows in the level of service provided. A follow up call received from Kevin after installation, although unexpected, again highlights the customer care provided. No hesitations in recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely love my new door. Took a while getting here but to be expected given current climate. Guys were in and out in a few hours and left everywhere to a high standard of finish. All mess cleared etc before leaving.

After contacting Kevin about a quote for all of the above work, he visited, measured and gave me a very reasonable price and a date for the work to be carried out. His team arrived on the day given and I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they carried out the tasks. The weather was appalling throughout the first day and not much better the next. True to Kevin's estimation all work was completed to an excellent standard by the end of the second day and my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. The windows are beautiful and the door solid (incidentally, whist I was outside admiring the completed job, a passerby remarked how nice they looked and asked for the installers company details!) I would certainly recommend without hesitation Kevin and his team for windows and doors. Fine tradesmen who provided an outstanding service.

Just got lovely new windows, gutters and downpipes fitted by HML windows and doors. They were fitted over 2 days during which the weather was horrendous with non stop torrential rain but somehow these guys still managed to leave no mess! I had two Rock composite doors fitted and am really pleased with them. As it's an old house, there are usually problems as nothing is a standard size and these doors are big. No problem for Kevin who came to measure on Sunday (most wouldn't), made really helpful suggestions and nothing was any trouble. He put himself out to do the work on a Saturday which really helped. He arrived when he said and there was minimal disruption. I really like the fact he does the measuring, the quote and the final job. Doors look fantastic and I'd recommend him to anyone.

I had to rely on someone that was going to be reliable and do a great job , Kevin was that guy. I was out of the country so needed someone I could trust to pick up and drop off keys at the exact time I wanted. We'd been let down before but not by Kevin. He turned up at the exact time he said he would which couldn't have been a particularly suitable time for him. The job was done on the day he said it would be done on and completed on time with minimal mess. There were no hidden extras and the completed job looks excellent. A true professional. They were tidy, friendly, efficient and hard working. The overall standard was a great finish our house looks amazing! It is so much warmer now inside so we will save on gas bills for sure. The price was very competitive with no hard sale unlike other larger companies. We would recommend to all!

Kevin and his team installed my new UPVC windows and front door. What a great hard working team they are and work really well together. They arrived as agreed and got stuck in straight away. It took just over a day and half to complete. They cleaned up the windows really well on completion. As well as the areas they worked in. Most importantly there was no redecorating required which was a perfect result. Very reasonably priced, results are great, totally recommend a great company and team.
