We returned from holiday to find a very dead boiler and an icy house. Called Kevin the following morning who came round quickly to asses the job. We were fortunate to be able to take advantage of a cancellation slot but Mark came round at 1pm and by 7pm we were up and running with new boiler. And all for a competitive price. How good is that! Fantastic service from Kevin and his team,. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We moved counties and left behind our great heating engineer so we were slightly apprehensive about finding another good one in our new area. We needn’t have worried. We found Kevin Welling on “Which” and we liked his knowledge of Worcester Bosch. Kevin’s team fitted a new boiler for us and then came back 5 months later after our renovations were complete to fit 11 radiators and a new sink. We love our new heating system and the work has been carried out to a high standard, quickly and efficiently with good communication. A particular shout out to Mark who was a joy to have in the house. Very appreciative that the company came 40 mins (often in bad traffic) to do the job. I do not have anything negative to say about the company ! Well done.

Came back from holiday and had no hot water. I got Kevin’s number from a neighbour who had used Kevin previously and gave him a call . He answered straight away and I explained the issue. Kevin attended the following day and diagnosed the issue . He ordered the parts and returned the following day and fixed the issue with the boiler. He kept me informed the whole time and the final invoice was very reasonable

I had been let down by two different plumbers, one of which had left me without hot water. I called Kevin and he was willing to help that day. The plumber arrived looking smart and professional. He was polite and hardworking. This was a difficult fix on a rare heating system, but this didn't put them off. He worked hard to fix the leak and mistakes of a previous plumber with professionalism and made me feel like my system was safe with him working on it. He had all the parts on the van and the work was completed to a high standard. These guys have restored my faith in plumbers after two days of a leak and then no water and being let down by others. These guys will be my number one choice for plumbing and I have already requested a quote for some work we need doing soon. Thank you for saving the day.

Our old Potterton Boiler finally gave up after 30 years! Kevin came and fixed it to get us out of trouble ( my husband is recovering from a major stroke) and we ordered a new boiler. The estimate arrived the next day and work began within 10 days. The team were very efficient and helpful and did a first class job in a very helpful manner.
