We had solar panels installed on our roof by KewSolar, and are delighted by the result – and all that went before. At the initial visit, St John Gilbert gave us a thoughtful assessment of what would meet our needs, and sent us detailed specifications of options for panels, batteries and monitoring systems. This was all done in a highly professional manner, with evident expertise and experience. We were thus able to make an informed choice. The later installation was quick and efficient, with excellent siting of the panels. We are very well pleased with the result, with terrific power generation. Detailed documentation has been provided, with informal follow-up visits. Part of the initial advice was to get our roof replaced, as the tiles were old and unlikely to last as long as the panels. This proved to be very sound advice. The sequence of installation was coordinated with the roofers and it has all gone very well. The only minor problem we had was a short period when email response to some of our early technical queries (prior to deciding how to proceed) was slow, but this was explained by his absence abroad ..., reviewing new panel options! Overall, I would strongly recommend KewSolar for anyone wanting to make such an investment – a superb solar panel company indeed.
