Kieran was very professional in his conduct and explained how the work would be done as well as which products and materials would be used, producing a mock- up of how the completed job would look. All deadlines were kept to and the site was left clean and tidy each night . Completed work looks excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Kieran Construction.

Kieran carried out the following work on my property: Re felted battened and re slated main roof Ground out and re pointed chimney and fitted new lead work Removed all facias soffits and gutters and replaced with upvc both at roof line and low level front and back All rubbish was removed from site Despite some awful weather to contend with he was punctual and reliable, each day he explained and showed me what he’d done. He really did go the extra mile on this job and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Everything he did was to an exceptional standard a truly first class tradesman

Kieran has done several roofing jobs for over a couple of years, and I still go back to him when I need work carrying out. He is reliable, punctual, tidy and very polite. He’s also a brilliant roofer. I highly recommend him.

Kieran has done three projects for us this year: replacement of fence posts and panels; pointing to apex of roof and replacement of fascia boards, including painting of boards and wall; complete remodelling of patio garden. All the work has been done to the very highest standard. Kieran’s care and attention to detail are second to none. As result the work does take time but if you are not in a rush you will be rewarded with a first class job and one in which you can have complete confidence. The budget is precisely worked out and adhered to. Communication is excellent throughout. I’ve no hesitation in recommending Kieran.

This large job involved the building of several walls, the installation of fences and sleeper beds, the laying of paths and patios, a new lawn and a new driveway. Extra jobs required by us, as the project developed, were priced separately to the original quote to ensure that costs were always understood. Kieran's work is of the highest standard. He always uses quality materials and he kept us well informed throughout, leaving the site clean and tidy each day. We are delighted and would highly recommend him!

Keiran replaced some broken roof tiles, repointed the ridge tiles, cleaned out gutters and repaired. He arrived on time, worked well and cleaned up really well afterwards. He was polite, friendly and trustworthy. he also did a good job. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Worked hard Fitting new guttering and fixing the leaks on the valleys. Clean and tidy workers. Good workers and away on time. Would recommend. Polite and friendly no job to big or small.

Guttering, facias and soffits was carried out, it was done on time and at the budget quoted. I had been given a number of quotes but the difference with Kieran is that he knows what he's doing and I could tell that from the get go since he explained the process, why he does what he does and why he picks certain products. Somebody who took care of explaining I felt would take pride in his work. He didn't let me down, it's refreshing to see someone who didn't do a slap happy job they both took care of everything. Even little niggley bits. Can't express how happy we are with Kieran and Alan and definitely have them carry more work out because its hard finding somebody like Kieran and Alan who are true to their word and don't let you down and seriously beat my expectation, the dream team. Kieron is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. Did roofing work, pointing and painted the render. Completed the work, cleaned up everywhere and removed debris, also did little jobs he found that was not on his list. I have recommended him to friends. I would use him again

Kieran and his dad fitted upvc facials soffits & gutters 18 months ago and they are still as new (although a little dirty!). They provide a reliable, honest & friendly service. They keep you up to date throughout the process. They kept the job clean and tidy before leaving each day. Kieran gave us a quote for replacing barge boards, guttering & drainpipes, he suggested painting the soil pipe the same colour as the new plastic work, as it would be expensive to replace it (which is what we asked for). We had mix coloured pipework on the gable end & Kieran said he would paint it all the same colour as it didn't need replacing. In addition, we had dead ivy on the walls & part of the roof, well above a height were we would be happy working from & without us even asking, Kieran said that he would get it all removed for us. Kieran & Alan (his dad) arrived promptly on the days they were with us & were very polite, very hard working & extremely professional - it was important to them that we were happy with the work as it progressed. I asked for the additional painting of the gas meter box & kitchen waste pipe, which they were happy to do. Kieran also found a loose tile on the roof whilst he was removing the ivy & he fixed it for me (in fact I don't think he would have mentioned it, except for the fact I asked him if the roof tiles were ok after all the windy weather we have had recently). The broadband cable had sagged after we had removed a lot of the ivy ourselves - Kieron secured it the wall & the roof. We are absolutely delighted with their work & wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others - they are good, honest & reliable professionals who are committed to doing a first class job, including tidying up & removing rubbish daily.

Kieran and his team (brother and dad) came to replace our gutters, soffits and facias. They did the job to a high standard. Neighbours were immediately impressed. They were friendly and got on with the job in expert fashion. The job took nearly 3 days and at the end of each day they left the property thoroughly clean. No trace of mess. It's attention to detail like that the shows how professional they are. Price was reasonable too. If I have any building work done in the future they will be my first port of call.

Kieran came to do our gutters and fascias, took nearly three days. From the offset Kieran was professional, courteous , helpful, and we had to stop him to have a drink of tea lol! We would have no hesitation recommending Keiran , we would use him again, and his service is excellent from start to finish. They removed all rubbish and cleaned up after themselves as the job progressed.
