Fantastic Job
Jamie fitted out new premier compact water softener with a drinking tap and filter. We are very happy we choose kind water for our water softener, Very easy to deal with and we even got some extra free salt to get us up running. Thank you to team and Jamie at kindwater.

Jamie visited us to provide us with a no obligation quote. We had previously had a company round to look at our water softener which wasn’t working and they charged us a £100 fee - unless we bought a new water softener from them - they then provided us with a quote for a very high-end expensive water softener. A friend recommended Kindwater and we have been very impressed with their fast and efficient service. We had also been meaning to replace our leaking kitchen tap which Jamie also changed for us. Jamie has done an excellent job and explained thoroughly how everything works and we will be recommending this company to friends and family in the future.

Barry serviced our water softener when we moved in two years ago. He was honest that the unit was probably reaching the end of its useful life, and he gave us the options available for a new unit. We chose the Kinetico Premier Compact as there was a generous £300 discount. Barry installed it quickly and left the kitchen clean and tidy afterwards. Two months later, we are delighted with our purchase. The softer water is noticeable, and we use fewer products (shampoo, etc.). The most satisfying improvement is not having to use descaler on the shower cubicle every few days!!
