Kind Water were recommended by a friend and I now know why. When Phil first visited to provide a quote he explained everything quickly and thoroughly without any pressure to buy. The quote was very competitive so we went ahead. Phil also fitted the softener incredibly neatly and with no fuss at all. He explained how it worked and went through the functions of the bypass before going through the payment options. Having 9 months interest free is brilliant. Phil took care whilst completing the work and left everything even tidier than he found it. Can not recommend enough.

Paul visited to service our elderly water softener and we were delighted with his work. He did not condemn it, despite its age, but serviced and cleaned it until it looked like a new one! He gave great feedback on his work and gave us valuable recommendations. We were very happy with the company - from initial contact to the prompt service carried out and will definitely use them again, when required.

At our initial meeting the different systems were explained clearly but we were not pressurised into making any decisions. Our questions were answered and we were left with enough information that we felt well informed. Once we had made our choice the contact with the office was excellent. We received fast replies to emails and replies were professional yet friendly. Installation was carried out without any problems despite it not being entirely straightforward as far as location of stopcock to kitchen sink. After sales service has been to the same high standard. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

Kind Water Ltd was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to the final installation of a water softener. The engineer was polite, friendly and good at solving problems. He also explained the differences between various water softeners which helped us to choose one.

We had a very helpful and pleasant visit from Jamie who almost immediately noticed that a key valve had shut off the soft water supply. He spent a lot of time educating us about how to use and look after our water softener in a very pleasant way. Because the water softener did not need a full service, he made a welcome and helpful reduction in the price.

My sister had used Kind Water and recommended them to me as I had recently moved into the area and had left a house with a water softener. The whole process was very easy from the first contact. An appointment was made and the engineer visited at the allocated time and provided a cost estimate there and then and a future fixing date was agreed. The engineer arrived on time and did a very clean professional job. I had to obtain a different tap but this again was sourced through Kind Water and they were helpful and competitively priced. It is really easy to put in the new salt blocks and I am once again enjoying softened water in an area that has a particularly hard water rating.

Plenty of informative discussion about best replacement for a very old and non functioning unit. Was happy with the advice given and general professionalism of all those I dealt with. Installation carried out in a reasonable time frame and I was satisfied in all respects. Unit works very well but hoses through salt at a heck of a rate.

We had originally booked a service for our 20 plus years old water softener but when we compared the quote to buying a new one it was a no brainer. A new appointment was made and the engineer turned up on time and completed the installation efficiently and with great attention to detail (including having to go up into our embarrassingly untidy loft which necessitated moving several boxes to get to the tank). He did all this with good humour and was very polite and left everything nice and tidy. As my wife and I are elderly, another advantage of the new water softener is that we don't have to lug bags of salt around and then shovel into the container. The blocks of salt are so much easier to use it is so much better. Definitely recommended.

We'd had a new kitchen fitted, and our existing water softener hadn't been connected properly. The engineer came, didn't make any criticism of the previous fitter's plumbing work, and just got on with the job. He made no mess, was extremely cheerful, and the price was as quoted - not pricey, as I thought it might have been. Would recommend

Kindwater has just installed a new water softener and removed my old softener. The job was done very efficiently and with the minimum of fuss and the engineer answered all the questions I had for him and he was very easy to talk to and very clear with his answers. Fortunately, most of the existing pipework was reused so that helped with the installation. The new system uses block salt which is so much easier to handle than the salt tabs I was using before. Communication with the company was first class and the staff were very easy to talk to. A company to be recommended in my book. Thank you.

Kindwater fitted a softener and Quooker tap in our new property and did an excellent job. They were responsive to emails ahead of the installation and the engineer did the job quickly and neatly. When we did need a call back they responded immediately. The pricing was exactly as advertised.

We were quoted £88 over the phone for servicing our monarch water softener, so agreed to the price, the service engineer turned up on time and he informed my wife that there was an £88 call out charge? He started working on the water softener and found a problem with one of the parts...the yellow solenoid valve had to be replaced which would cost an extra £82.90, now if a part needs replacing then that's fine but over charging for parts isn't! He was only here for the alloted hour. So I'm not really sure if I could trust kind water again as I think that they are probably bumping up parts prices to boost their profits at our expense.

From initial phone inquiry through to installation, Kind Water’s service was impeccable! Ended up installing the Kinetico Premier Compact and could not be more pleased. The unit fits nicely under the sink and adding the block salt is quick and easy. After installation, Kind Water’s engineer took the time to explain how the unit worked and answered all of our questions. He easily could’ve just handed us the pamphlet and said he had to go to his next appointment. We felt supported and most importantly, that Kind Water actually cared about us as customers. If you’ve been debating a water softener, I highly recommend working with Kind Water and getting a Kinetico unit. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll kick yourself for waiting so long!

At first we thought our old cheap softener needed a repair. The engineer checked it over and told us it was well past its best and due to be replaced. In truth we had never been satisfied and so authorised a new Kinetico. What a difference! Within 3 days we had lovely soft water and have been delighted ever since. The installation was relatively quick the engineer was polite and very efficient and our experience was very good (apart from authorising the payment!) Well done Kindwater. We have already recommended to others to follow our example.

My research lead me to both Kind Water and Kinetico machines and we were delighted with the service received from the initial no-pressure assessment through to the job completion. I would highly recommend Kind Water and also the benefits of a quality water softener per se. We invested in a compact yet highly-rated product and are already starting to recoup the cost because of the reduced need for certain toiletries and cleaning products. In addition, we are pleased that our taps and showers will last much longer and we no longer have to buy a new kettle every year!

Kind Water's engineer arrived promptly and completed the work with minimum disruption; he explained the system clearly and left the kitchen clean and tidy.

I contacted Kindwater Water softeners as they are the local Kinetico dealers and wished to replace my 16 year old twin tank softener with a new unit. The sales office were very helpful and organized a site survey and quotation for supply and fitting. After several discussions regarding the hosing and plumbing I elected to have Kindwater install the water softener. The Installation was done on time, very meticulously and cleanly. No additional costs were levied for a new tank ball cock which needed to be installed to ensure the system worked to specification. The System was explained and handed over very professionally. I have monitored the water meter and salt usage and have been pleased with the results so far, the softener delivering exactly the output quoted for the salt usage. I can thoroughly recommend this Water Softener and Kindwater, Pettistree Suffolk.

The lead time for this job was 8 days - the fitter arrived on time, fitted the water softener to the outside as there wasn't enough room under the kitchen sink. Everything was completed within about 3 hours including replacing the kitchen tap with a new 3 way tap. Very efficient.

Kindwater fitted a new water softener for us and we are very pleased with the quality and the way it functions. Customer service throughout the whole process was very professional and friendly as was the engineer who was on-time and did a great job.
