Visit to Santa
This is the 4th year we have brought our granddaughter to see Santa at Kingdom Rooms. The whole process of booking us in and welcoming us on the day is professional and friendly. But the highlight.... Santa. His grotto is warm, comfortable and festive. Santa himself is truly a wonder. Santa managed his time with our granddaughter so superbly. Fun, friendly and so very sweet and magical. We'll done Kingdom Rooms and thank you Santa and his cheeky elf.

We had a fantastic experience with Kingdom Rooms. It was so helpful to see the different kinds of rooms that the team creates at the showroom. Andy and Stu did a brilliant job guiding us through our choices in the design phase, and Jay and Jacob were amazing as they constructed the room quickly and efficiently in our garden. From our first phone conversation with Andy to the meeting with Paul through to the build with the two J’s and Stuart the whole process of building the garden room has been brilliant. No pushy sales and transparent pricing. The build looks amazing and we can’t wait to use it. The build team were tidy and explained what they planned to do each day and how the build was progressing. We would definitely recommend Kingdom to anyone wanting a garden building.

We recently had a garden room installed by Kingdom Rooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The main purpose of the room was to create a dedicated home office, and it has exceeded all expectations. We began with a visit to their showroom in Tilehurst, Berkshire, where Andy was incredibly helpful and informative. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us through the options that would best suit both our requirements and the available space in our garden. The installation team was fantastic—professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept us updated on progress regularly, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The quality of the build is exceptional. The room fits perfectly into our garden space, feels light and spacious, and is well insulated. It’s clear that great care and craftsmanship went into every detail. We’re absolutely thrilled with what Kingdom Rooms have delivered and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a garden room.

We had the pleasure to visit Kingdom Rooms showroom as it was local to us in Tilehurst, Berkshire. After a very informative and helpful conversation with Andy, and especially after seeing the quality of the garden room in person, we decided to go ahead and order one. Andy came out and did a site visit and together we designed the room we were after. The whole build process was really easy, the team were really professional, kept us informed all the way through the process and were a joy to deal with. We have now had the room for a couple of months and the room itself is amazing. Warm in the winter and now as we go into summer it is cool when it is hot. I would highly recommend Kingdom Rooms and Andy and his team.

We needed some major remedial work on our existing garden office in the Oxford area and contacted a number of companies. Andy in particular gave us confidence in his knowledge and expertise in a phone call. We therefore went ahead with Kingdom rooms. On his visit, Andy was polite and professional, and was able to fix the long-standing problem with the garden room doors. He also recommended solutions to several other issues, and gave a sensible timescale for carrying out the additional work. The additional work has now been completed by his team promptly and to a high standard. We will definitely use his services in future.

Kingdom Rooms designed and built us a fantastic garden room/office, 5 m x 3m. Fully insulated and weather proof, it is a high quality building finished to an excellent standard. From design to build, the project was smoothly and professionally executed, with Kingdom Rooms handling virtually all of the process, guiding us through various choices and decisions we needed to make. The only element they didn't handle was the ground/site preparation, however, as part of the inspection and scoping visits for the work, they advised on what needed to be done, recommending another contractor who was familiar with their work and who also did an excellent job. The Project Manager/build team did an excellent job (in not the best of weathers!) and were very professional. Any problems (non serious) were dealt with quickly. There are cheaper garden rooms out there, but the high quality of what we have been given means I have no hesitation in giving it a 5* rating for value.

Kingdom Rooms built a garden room for me and my wife to use as a gym. Andy was extremely helpful from the outset. Kingdom Rooms have a generic specification which can be adapted to suit the site and offers the client a degree of flexibility on the choice of windows, doors, cladding and interior finishes. Andy provides computer designed images at every stage together with the appropriate costings. This enables the client to make an informed decision to proceed. Upon agreement a contract is signed which includes the final price together with a detailed specification and programme. Notably Kingdom Rooms provides an insurance backed indemnity. The work is completely by Andy's team - a team of selected contractors who work on all Kingdom projects and who understand Andy's high demands on the quality of their workmanship.. My project was very demanding in terms of the specialist cladding that I had chosen. This was the first time this cladding had been used on a Kingdom building so Andy and his team went to great lengths to ensure that the cladding was installed exactly as I wanted. The final project is superb, It looks outstanding and adds a new dimension to our garden.We are so pleased with it and would not hesitate in recommending Kingdom Rooms

Garden Office Andy at Kingdom Rooms designed us exactly what we needed for our garden office needs. The installation team were brilliant. They always turned up when they said they would, they were friendly, tidy and quiet. They were considerate to our neighbours. The whole process was very smooth. Great communication from start to finish. The office is great, after discussion with Andy we opted not to have air conditioning and have not regretted this decision. The integral blinds do a fantastic job of keeping the building cool in Summer and warm in Winter.
