My up and over garage was jammed shut, I had driven in with the boot lid up. I closed the lid and the garage, not knowing I had damaged the workings of the door. Next day an army of neighbours couldn't budge it. My car was trapped inside and more important so were my golf clubs. I contacted two firms who both said they couldn't do it this week. Seven days without the car or any golf was not on. But when I phoned Kingswood Doors Limited, they were very apologetic and said they could get out to met in about three hours. So right on the dot, three hours, they were here. Two very pleasant guys soon got it sorted and checked everything over very thoroughly. So if you have an emergency, don't mess around, phone Kingswood Doors.

I had a quote end of 2024, so I knew roughly how much I needed. In July, I decided it was a good time to get my new garage door. Kingswood garage doors gave an extremely good service, came to check the details, even though they’d been to the house in November. Ordered the door, it arrived, and the guys fitting it arrived on time. They were very focused and polite. Helped reconnect my Ring camera, as it had been fitted through the old wood frame of the garage door. They were super efficient and cleared up really well. I’m very pleased with the door and the service.

This was the second time I've had work carried out by Kingswood Doors. Jamie came to measure up and listened to my exact (very fussy) requirements. He also advised me on a few particular areas which I hadn't thought of. Received a quotation from them which was so competitive I didn't waste any time in getting further quotes. After a short wait while the door was being manufactured, it was installed by 2 very professional technicians who took great care in the installation process and once again asked for my input in the process!. The garage door was also much more secure than I expected. Will definitely be using Kingswood doors in the future.

Came very quickly to price the job. Gave several options, all reasonably priced. Came and did the job in a few days as soon as parts were available. Men arrived on time, were polite, cracked on and finished in good time leaving no mess. Result a fully functioning garage door that works perfectly. Very pleased. Won't hesitate to go straight to them if another job comes up.

From initial email enquiry to engineer coming to service the garage door, the whole process was slick and efficient. Initial enquiry answered and appointment book. Kept updated on engineers movements. Polite and friendly engineer explained what he had done to carry out the service and advised 2 yearly servicing. My garage door motor stopped working Kingswood doors came round same day to investigate diagnosed a failed motor and booked me in for a replacement the following week the lads were polite friendly and answered all my many questions very pleased with the new motor and fixed garage shutters 😁

On entering the Company's showroom we were greeted in a very warm & friendly manner. We were given a brochure of products available, colours and features, e.g. 4 point locking. An appointment was made to attend at our property, discuss options & agree scope & costs of work. The "surveyor" attended on the agreed date and time and again was very helpful & professional taking us through the options and costs of the proposed work. A written quote was provided and accepted and the Company agreed to contact us to agree a fit date within 3 weeks. The Company contacted us within the 3 weeks timescale advised and a date for work to be undertaken was agreed. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the agreed work in a very professional manner and to a very high standard, leaving the property clean and tidy. The overall standard & appearance of the new installation was excellent and we are very pleased with the final finish and overall costs of the work which we considered provided excellent value for money.

It’s the second time I have had to use Kingswood doors for an emergency shutter repair. (Different shutters each time) Both occasions they have showed up promptly and repaired the faults. On one of the occasions I could not open the shutters for business . From the initial call to full repair and us being able to open and close the shutters properly was 3hours . Top service . Kingswood Doors Ltd supplied and fitted an up and over garage door. The existing frame wasn't in the best condition which provided an additional obstacle, but the guys over came some unexpected problems and did a great job. Quick, professional and efficient. Definitely recommended.

After a disastrous experience with another company, we turned to Jamie and his Team at Kingswood Doors Ltd to complete the work the previous company had not completed in eight months. We have had a Horman Sectional door fitted with an electric motor. These doors are of very high quality and need professional installation. The experience has been excellent, a detailed survey, a visit from the manufacturer's representative and polite, knowledgeable fitters who did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I needed to replace my 40 year old garage door & emailed Kingswood Doors for a quotation. I had an immediate friendly email back from Jamie, thanking me for my enquiry & offering to come to the house within 5 days. He came as promised, measured up & provided me with various options for replacement - no sales pressure - in fact suggesting the simplest option when I sought his advice. I was given a quote & left to think it over, but chose to accept the offer straight away. Within a week I was informed my door was ready with a suggested installation date the following week. 3 installers arrived as agreed & explained the process as they worked efficiently to install my new door, before checking with me that I was satisfied with the outcome. I just wanted to give a positive review of Kingswood doors Ltd in Bristol. My garage door was broken and unable to open correctly. I called Kingswood doors on Monday 24th Oct and they quickly arranged to visit the next day, was great to get that fast a service. They called me on the day to say they were on their way. The team that turned up were friendly and explained the issue to me and then repaired the door quickly and professionally for a reasonable price.

We received prompt attention to attend and give a quote. Having accepted the quote the fitting team arrived on time and fitted the doors promptly.
