Kingswood Doors were both helpful and a pleasure to deal with. From the first conversation to the completion of works everything went like clockwork. The engineer carrying out the works was on time and very considerate to our needs. I would highly recommend.

Kingswood Doors did an excellent job serving and repairing my garage door, which wasn’t locking securely and was incredibly noisy. I was very happy with the service I received and quality of the work carried out. The engineer did a fantastic job, would definitely recommend to others.

I had a new garage door fitted last year whilst a tenant was in my flat. When I moved in the door was not working. Kingswood doors took a long time to come and found a cable had been cut. They replaced the cable at a cost of £96 (inc VAT). This seemed a bit pricey to me as it didn’t take long. However, everyone was friendly and efficient.

Kingswood did not supply the doors concerned but simply fitted those supplied by Arridge. After your mostly good reviews I expected a better standard of work and finished not very satisfied with the final result. I have paid for the work (although my cheque has not yet been presented) and made my view known to the company who have not responded. Arridge in contrast have shown great concern and have told me that Kingswood would carry out the remedial work that is practical. I feel I have lost confidence in this company and have declined the offer as I prefer now to make other arrangements.

I called Kingswood Garage Doors to repair my elderly mother’s garage door. They came out the same day and told my mother the door couldn’t be repaired and she would need a new door. She was sent a quote of £3600 for a new door. I called another company for a second opinion and quote, they repaired the door and serviced it for £90. Kingswood Garage Doors tried to take advantage of an elderly lady on her own, disgraceful!

I just needed the cable re-set on the pulley and booked them on Friday as they were local and their web site claimed that they were competitive. The earliest they could attend was on Monday and their engineer took all of 15 minutes to complete the job. Half of that time he could be heard on the phone. I was therefore taken a little aback to be presented with a bill of £75+VAT especially as there's no mention of a minimum call out charge either on their web site or when I phoned up. Not competitive either when you consider that there are a number of other companies who quote prices starting at £39+ VAT. It's not as if they dropped everything and came within an hour It was only when I phoned to query the amount was I told that they always charge a minimum hours labour irregardless of how long the job takes. I suggested that it would be more honest to state that condition verbally when customers book jobs but in the end I had to pay the full amount Needless to say I won't be using this company again

Easy to deal with, came out to inspect site and discuss requirements. Written quote provided, colour matched our exact requirement with RAL code, and then promptly agreed installation date. Work carried out very well, very polite crew, left site tidy and explained what had been done. At the top end of the quotes that I saw, but happy to pay because of the quality of the interactions and the service. Would recommend.

I would thoroughly recommend this company. They were prompt, efficient and left our garage clean and tidy.
