I have used Kirby on a number of occasions now, and each time their work is of the highest quality. On this occasion, I had a badly leaking tap and Jim and Dan came out promptly, replaced the old tap with a really excellent new one, and also fitted isolators for the hot and cold water supply to the tap. I am a widow in my seventies, living alone, and cannot praise their attitude and professionalism enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Mr Davis swiftly identified the cause of a slow leak that was dripping through my downstairs ceiling, and dealt with it to my complete satisfaction. A cistern fill valve needed replacing, and because of the limited space in which he had to work, it was quite an awkward and time-consuming job. He also had to make a forty-minute round trip to a plumbing supplies centre to obtain the correct valve. Yet nothing seemed too much trouble. He was friendly, cheerful and very thorough, leaving everything clean and tidy, and the price he charged was very reasonable. I was most impressed.
