We are delighted with our new kitchen from Kitchensmart. The advice received from Dan was invaluable and the fitting carried out by Steve and Mark was first class. Kitchensmart we’re happy to liaise with other trades and disciplines to ensure a successful project and during planning and the installation we were consulted at every stage and our requirements meet with skill and a real desire to give us what we wanted. We have been test driving our new kitchen for a month now so our review is written with the benefit of real day to day experience. Throughout the whole process Kitchensmart were on the ball and extremely professional and we would highly recommend trusting them with what is after all, a major investment.

Kitchensmart installed a new kitchen into our home. Whilst there was no need to do any structural works we wanted a kitchen with units suited and configured to the way we live. Our designer listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions which meant the design process went really smoothly. We were given a detailed installation plan and schedule and everything went as anticipated. One unit was wrongly delivered but the replacement came very quickly and there was no inconvenience. The installation guys were efficient, helpful and so tidy! We had a minor issue with the electrics but this was resolved and we are delighted with our new kitchen.

Very happy with our Kitchensmart kitchen. Their staff doesn't resort to the dubious sales "talk" I've seen from other kitchen companies and their direct, no-nonsense approach was very appreciated. The advice provided was also top-notch, as the prospect of buying (and in our case remodeling) a kitchen can be a bit daunting. Kitchen units are somewhat pricy, but I'd rather pay a bit extra for quality goods and a reliable service. Installers were clearly very experienced and kept us informed at all times. Highly recommended.

We were very keen to source a local company for our kitchen makeover. Dan gave us confidence to proceed when he visited our home with help and advice. The whole job only took two days and we could not be happier with the transformation. Mark and Steve worked tirelessly - the finish is excellent. It really feels like a brand new kitchen. Well done to the whole team.

Initially, we were looking to update our kitchen with new doors and worktops but this quickly became a completely new kitchen. Glenn, our designer at Kitchen Smart, was excellent. The basic layout of our old kitchen worked well for us but Glenn came up with some good design ideas that made the new kitchen look different. There was a wait to get the units from Germany and some appliances we had chosen were no longer available, but Glenn kept us informed along the way. The fitter did a good job and always left the kitchen clean at the end of the day, as did the other contractors. Unfortunately, we weren’t so happy with the length of time it took to complete the work. The basic kitchen was fitted in a couple of weeks but it took another 3 months for the splashback, cover plugs and replacement plinths to be fitted as apparently, Kitchen Smart had no fitters available. (This drawn-out process is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 for customer service). Nevertheless, we are very pleased with our new kitchen – it looks good and it works well.

Dan at Kitchensmart was a joy to work with, always patient and accomodating. He showed great knowledge and flexibility when addressing our specific requirements always finding good solutions . Using Kitchensmart we ended up getting the kitchen that WE wanted. Dan's answer was always 'Yes we can do that'. The big chains were less flexible in their offerings and we were too often told 'No, we cannot do that'. The fitters Mark and Steve were highly professional and did a superb job, always on time and left the place tidy each day. We would highly recommend Dan and Kitchensmart.

This company knows the meaning of customer service; and my kitchen has a completely new look after its makeover.
