We first met with Glenn from Kitchensmart in January 2025. This first meeting immediately made us feel like we were in the right place. Glenn is friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. The design process was really consultative and Glenn was great at implementing our ideas while steering is in the right direction. We wanted the installation to be in mid September and there were no issues with that extended timeline. When it came to the installation that ran really well. Steve and Chris the fitters were great and all the guys who came in to do plastering, electrics and tiling were brilliant - really friendly and professional. When a couple of little things went slightly wrong (almost inevitable in a complex project with lots of moving parts) the response was brilliant and the level of ownership from Glenn and Steve was really impressive and fully reassured us that everything would be sorted. We're absolutely delighted with our new Schuller kitchen and can't recommend Kitchensmart highly enough.

We recently used Kitchen Smart for our kitchen renovation project and from start the finish the service, advice, details, design, choice and quality was brilliant. As the real hub of the home it was important to us to really make the best use of the space and elevate our living. To have all the service under one roof, from plasterer to electrician, to builder the whole project came together seamlessly and this was such a positive for us. Dan really listened to us and all of our requirements and after many tweaks and re-designs we were good to go. I would highly recommend KitchenSmart if you want the stress of a kitchen renovation to be taken care of, then these are your guys. The waste removal again was fantastic and meant we weren’t continually living in piles of rubbish from the project. The quality of the kitchen itself is superb, big shout to Steve and Chris the kitchen guys for all their hard work too! Overall, we are super happy and finally our kitchen is exactly what we had hoped and dreamed of!

I had my kitchen done where I live in Bletchley by the team at KitchenSmart, and quite frankly there’s no one else I’d rather have a new kitchen installation done by. The consultation and choosing the units was so straightforward, clear, and concise. Dan, the project manager, was friendly and always willing to help and gave helpful and honest feedback on some of the units. Then came the project itself with Steve, the kitchen fitter, and he was just incredibly efficient and skilled in managing the installation, the electrician work, along with another team doing the grouting and gas work. Living in a flat, space is at a premium, but they have done everything with their project plan to deliver a kitchen that is warm, modern, and very space efficient. Plus they make sure they clear all the rubbish as soon as possible. In essence, you’re made to feel you’re in very much safe hands. Thanks guys.

I recently had my kitchen renewed by KitchenSmart and was fortunate to have David, who has many years of experience in the kitchen business guiding me through the process from start to finish. David has been very helpful and informative throughout the process from tailoring the design to our needs and preferences; to providing decorating tips. 3D model images of the design were provided which was helpful for visualising the new kitchen and making informed choices. The actual installation period took about 2.5 weeks during which a number of different tradesmen came in on set days to undertake various works, all of which were polite and professional. I can imagine trying to find good tradesmen and coordinating them being a challenging task these days, fortunately this was all done for me and the works progressed like clockwork with no delays. I am glad I chose KitchenSmart and am very pleased with the result!

Kitchensmart installed a new kitchen into our home. Whilst there was no need to do any structural works we wanted a kitchen with units suited and configured to the way we live. Our designer listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions which meant the design process went really smoothly. We were given a detailed installation plan and schedule and everything went as anticipated. One unit was wrongly delivered but the replacement came very quickly and there was no inconvenience. The installation guys were efficient, helpful and so tidy! We had a minor issue with the electrics but this was resolved and we are delighted with our new kitchen.

We initially contacted KitchenSMART in March 2025 to help us design our new kitchen. We were appointed Glenn as our Project Manager and from our initial meeting we were very impressed with how he took time to listen and understand our needs / requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and after several meetings he came up with a design and quotation that we were both happy to proceed with. We agreed an installation date which was supplemented with a project plan detailing the work timings/phasing of the trades people. This was religiously kept to time and we could not fault any of the trades people - they were all extremely professional, friendly, hard working and timely. Glenn also kept in touch throughout the instal by phone / visit to check and monitor progress. We are absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen. The quality of the cabinets, worktops and appliances are superb and the customer service is excellent too. KitchenSMART have truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Having previously used another leading kitchen supplier/installer, in our opinion KitchenSMART are way ahead in the quality of products and service they provide. We would not hesitate to recommend them and are very grateful to Glenn and the rest of the team for our lovely kitchen.

Kitchen Smart were excellent from design right through to installation. The design of the kitchen exactly met our requirement and budget and the installation process was excellent. Steve and Chris were lovely to have around and their attention to detail was superb. The finished result is amazing due to the design, colour choices and the quality of the fitting. KitchenSmart fitted our new Kitchen, They are all very professional Tradesmen. From Design to fitting was excellent, Nothing was to much trouble, The designer Glen is very patient and guided us at every step of the design. The fitting team of Steve and Chris are excellent always arrived on time and left everything clean at the end of the working day and kept us informed. The Electrician,Gasman,Tiler,Plasterer are excellent Tradespeople that are hard to find these days and you can be very confident with the work. The Flooring company recommend by KitchenSmart also did an excellent job laying our floor tiles. In conclusion I would recommend this company and highly recommend them.

Excellent friendly and very professional from start of process to the finish. Nothing was to much trouble for the team. Dan kept us informed in all aspects and updating us. The fitters steve and chris were very polite and very professional in all aspects.

KitchenSMART fitted a new kitchen for us, the process from start to finish was excellent, any questions were answered quickly during the design phase, the promised delivery time was adhered too, i could not speak highly enough of the designer, the installation team which included the plasterer, electrician and the kitchen fitters and the third party company that supplied the worktops. The work was carried out to a high standard on time and the area was cleaned daily to a very good standard which did not have an impact on our daily lives.

I used KitchenSmart to design and install a new kitchen for my flat in Milton Keynes. I was guided through the process by Glenn, who came up with an excellent design for the limited space available. Whilst at times the range of choices in terms of colours, designs, handles etc., seemed literally limitless, Glenn's calm and professional assistance helped me make decisions that I was happy with and come up with a fab new kitchen that offers much more space. The new kitchen is a complete transformation, the layout is better, offers more storage space, and it is exactly what I wanted. The two installers, Steve and Chris, were excellent, always punctual, leaving the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day. Gordon did an exceptional job with the tiling of both the walls and floors. Everyone I dealt with at KitchenSmart was faultless in their professionalism, politeness, attention to detail and making sure I was informed and happy at each stage of the process. From start to finish it went very well and I am a very happy customer with a fab new kitchen.

Just had a new Kitchen fitted by KitchenSmart. The whole experience was painless due to an excellent team, from Dan designing the kitchen to the electrician, plumber, gasman and fitters Steve and Chris completing. Couldn’t be any happier with my new kitchen and would highly recommend KitchenSmart.

From planning to completion I cannot recommend KitchenSMART enough. I am very happy with the knowledgeable advice given by Glenn, regarding the design of the kitchen. Omg, where do I start? Saw fb advert for Kitchen Smart and contacted them. Got a call for Dan to come round to see what we were looking for. Dan came and had an extensive conversation with colours, size, rough design as we were about to have an extension started. Then went to the showroom to discuss further our ideas and see what Dan had designed which was almost perfect. We’re only charged cupboard colour slightly apart from that Dan had listened to exactly what we wanted and always gave us l, we felt, honest answers to questions that we had on covers, extractor fan, flooring literally everything. Whilst the extension was going ahead, Dan came to check out plans/sizes and ensure all were correct. Asked us which date we’d like it started, booked us in on 6th Jan 2025 and with only 5 days in total over a 2 week period due to other contractors doing jobs, it was completed today. To say we are over the moon is an understatement. The quality, service and complete package that we’ve received has been exceptional. Dan kept in contact the whole time, the 2 gentlemen that fitted the kitchen Steve and Chris were also amazing, ensuring tidiness when they left each day, accuracy with the fittings and did an exceptional job. We would totally recommend this company and their pricing was under another Well known company that we truly did not have any faith or desire to go with. Thank you KITCHEN SMART!

I don't usually leave reviews, but all the various people we met throughout the process provided a great experience from beginning to end. Glenn provided a considered design after giving us his time and knowledge and listening to us. The project management timeline went exactly as he arranged, with all the various trades arriving on time and completing their work to a high standard. I also have to mention the attention to detail given by Steve and Chris when fitting the high-quality product. We couldn't fault anything and have no hesitation in recommending KitchenSMART.

Given that we specifically wanted a Schüller kitchen, KitchenSmart were our first port of call, they supply and fit nothing else. Upon meeting Glenn at their MK showroom we knew we’d found our kitchen company. I’ve worked in the new build housing industry for approaching 25 years and have seen thousands of kitchens fitted from a dozen different suppliers, by hundreds of different fitters, so I have a pretty good idea of what good looks like. KitchenSmart and their team are a long way beyond good, they are outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Glenn listened to our requirements, gave us some really good advice and ideas and came up with the final design and brilliant CGI’s. He programmed the works, allowing for commitments we already had and project-managed the job, keeping us informed every step of the way. The installation team, led by Scott, were all polite, courteous and respectful of our home. From Mark the electrician, Kyle the plasterer to Chris on waste disposal, all arrived on time, did what they said they’d do and cleaned up after themselves. Scott was a highly skilled and experienced fitter. His quality, accuracy and attention to detail was second to none. It really was as if he was fitting in his own home. If you want a quality German kitchen installed by a quality team, KitchenSmart are your guys!

We used KitchenSmart for a full kitchen refit. We had been to a few different places before settling on our choice. We decided to go with KitchenSmart as we were impressed by the overall quality, the options as well as the service. We certainly were not disappointed and really love the kitchen. Dan, who managed the project, really helped us with the design, with great suggestions to make use of our space. Steve and team did a great job with the fitting, including some electrical rework and plastering. All was done on time and to budget. Communication was great throughout. The overall finish was fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. If we were buying another kitchen we would definitely go to KitchenSmart.

They were willing to listen and provide solutions on our new kitchen layout, including the units and equipment required to best fit our Kitchen space. We were recommended to use KitchenSmart by some close friends - the main pull being when they said "there is no snagging list". And indeed there was no snagging list! The whole experience has been excellent, from start to finish. We had at least 4 sessions with Glenn to design our new kitchen and separate utility room, feeling we had the room to be creative as well as receiving excellent advice and guidance. The smallest details were considered, such as which way should the fridge door open! Steve the fitter was beyond professional - an amazing eye for detail and symmetry. Polite, helpful and such a hard worker. Works were completed on time, the schedule met and we would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

We have just had a new kitchen and utility room designed and installed by KitchenSMART. We found them by chance and from the first meeting felt they would give us what we had been looking for. Approachable and professional people, a very good product, and an easy business to work with. They have a wide range of kitchens, they bring expertise in kitchen design and provide visuals that give you confidence in what you are buying. No heavy selling but working with us and adding value to the design process to offer a kitchen we are very pleased with. Dan Lambert was a pleasure to work with throughout, covering everything from the design to on site installation with his team and working with our builders too - all delivered on time, to the budget we agreed. Steve and Chris who installed the kitchen were also excellent, very good at what they do, tidy, efficient and always happy to meet our requests. The kitchen is better than we had hoped and the experience as good as we thought it would be.

We had no hesitation in coming back to KitchenSmart to do a full kitchen renovation, because we had been so pleased with their re-fit of our utility room last year. We have been, once again, delighted with the whole process and the finished kitchen is excellent. We had an initial general view of what we wanted, and after Dan’s site visit to take detailed measurements, a couple of meetings in the showroom and some follow-up exchanges of informative emails and visual representations to illustrate the evolving plans, this was fine-tuned down to an exact plan and a choice of units/worktops/appliances that we were very happy with. At all design stages, the effect of alternative choices on the budget was clear and transparent so we were able to keep an updated track of the project costs. We appreciated the clear timeline of what would happen, together with the outstanding quality of professionalism and workmanship shown by the whole team (design, delivery/waste removal, fitters, plasterer, electrician) who worked together well, making the whole project from the initial rip-out to final completion a really well co-ordinated process. The Schuller kitchen units, which are shipped from Germany, are very high quality, and the Kitchen Smart team ensured the units/appliances installation was perfect, returning again after the templating and fitting of quartz worktops for the final fit. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

When considering a kitchen renovation, lots of factors need consideration. We took our time in weighing 3-4 different providers and ultimately settled on Kitchensmart. All the initial dealings with our project manager Dan Lambert were really useful - he was willing to listen to all our concerns/ideas, gave very pertinent suggestions, produced 3D drawings and gave us quotes. No pressure selling at all - did what we asked him to do and then left the decision to us. Once we had made our decision then we were given a detailed project plan 1.5-2 months before and they stuck to that plan to the T - even if it meant working full day on a Saturday to achieve the deadline. They also effectively project managed all the different elements and sub-contractors - underfloor heating, building works, plasterer, electrician, door fitters, worktop fitters etc. Their kitchen fitters are top class and nothing was too much for them - all our concerns were properly addressed. Any decision that required our approval (sockets, pendants, fuse boxes etc.) was communicated to us in advance so that we had ample time to think and arrive at a decision. We are very happy with the finished kitchen and everyone who has seen the new kitchen has liked it too. Cannot recommend them enough - it is a pleasure to deal with such a professional & ethical company who have a great product to sell and are past masters in what they do.

I could not recommend KitchenSmart more highly. We asked KitchenSmart to project manage our new kitchen/diner, which included knocking a wall down to create a larger "L" shaped room. From our first meeting with Dan through to completion the service we received was excellent. Dan is extremely professional and creative. He always listened to our ideas and worked with us to finalise a kitchen design that we were really happy with whilst keeping to our budget. We never felt pressurised. The team that carried out the work did so brilliantly and they were all very friendly and respectful of our home. The proposed schedule of works ran exactly to plan. They turned up when expected and each stage of the work was completed on time. The project took just 3 weeks to complete and it caused minimal stress, despite us being a busy family of 5. The kitchen is great quality and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many many years. We would have no hesitation in recommending KitchenSmart to anyone (and have already done so to friends).

On visiting the showroom for the first time, I was made to feel welcome, and I was immediately impressed by the quality of the kitchens on display. Having looked at other companies, KitchenSmart are in a league of their own. It takes time making decisions on style, work surfaces, appliances plus other numerous details, yet Dan was patient and always happy to help with advice. The team involved in the installation were professional, hard working, courteous - a credit to the company. Dan project managed the installation, which made such a difference. Kitchensmart were recommended by a friend and I’m glad they did. From the first visit to the job completion everything was perfect, picking the units, worktop, flooring, lighting, all the white goods, I couldn’t have asked for more help, the showroom had everything visible to pick and choose, I wasn’t rushed and took my time making all the choices, with great advice on what would work with certain things, and it wasn’t about picking the most expensive it was about picking what I wanted. Glenn kept me informed of what was happening supplying me with a full work schedule (which was absolutely spot on with the timings). Majority of the work was carried out and overseen by Scott, who answered any questions I had, although there weren’t many. The finish is exceptional and of a high standard, the work was completed on time and on budget, not that I’ll ever need another kitchen but if I need I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Working with KitchenSMART has been an absolute pleasure. We used them to install a brand new kitchen and utility as part of an extension on the house project. We visited numerous kitchen companies, but following a meeting with Dan the project manager, we were sold on KitchenSMART. Not only were the kitchen units a superior quality to anything else we’d seen, we were convinced that the fitting process would be managed seamlessly by Dan, which was important to us as we didn’t want to have to deal with any issues. Throughout the process, communication was excellent - right from the planning/designing through to delivery, fitting/completion. KitchenSMART have always had a can do attitude and worked with us to deliver our dream kitchen (on time) based on our vision and their expertise. The fitting of the Kitchen was always a crucial part of the project and again this was taken care of completely. Whether it was double checking measurements, ordering extra bits or liaising with our builders the project was managed brilliantly. Steve the kitchen fitter was also first class. The level of finish is extremely high and he is clearly skilled at his job and very hard working. Again he was great at communicating with us, Dan and our other tradespeople and we are delighted with our finished kitchen. All in all the experience was outstanding, hence this glowing review. I recently had a beautiful new kitchen installed by KitchenSMART. I am so delighted with it as my kitchen now looks exactly as I always dreamt it would. David listened to everything I wanted, was very patient and accommodating to any changes I made. The whole team are lovely and extremely professional. Steve the fitter, did a first class job, as did Adam the electrician, the plasterer, floor tiler and decorator. Thank you to them all! We had been looking to renovate kitchen in our house that we just bought. We visited various kitchen designers and shops including KitchenSmart. And we finally decided to go with KitchenSmart. We met Glenn in KitchenSmart. Glenn is courteous and knew his job very well. In the very first conversation Glenn told us that, as we are building kitchen from scratch, we will be changing our mind a lot in kitchen design, choice of colours , material etc etc and no need to rush things and there will still be plenty of chances to change as we progress. I think this struck a chord with us as we knew nothing about the construction, design, material etc. This filled us with more confidence and we decided to go with Glenn. And indeed we changed our mind quite a bit during the process. Glenn is very flexible and listens patiently to its clients requirements. He then gives his own opinion that what might not look good or what might not be practical. We simply handed our house keys to him and he managed the entire project. We just used to visit our house on weekends to see the progress. Our requirements and Glenn's practical experience was perfect blend for us. At this point I would like to mention fitter Steve as well as he did the very good job and created a mirror copy of the computer designed kitchen. I cannot comment on kitchen longevity but it feels solid and I hope it remains like that for many coming years. My wife and I are very pleased with the kitchen.

Kitchen Smart were recommended to us by a friend, they did not disappoint. Service from start to finish was very professional, Glenn was very helpful in making suggestions and never pushy and put up with me changing my mind a few times. Installation team and trades people all great and everything was finished on schedule despite having Easter in between. More than happy with my kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We are very pleased we chose KitchenSmart to design and manage our new kitchen installation. From the beginning Glenn was a pleasure to deal with, making the seemingly never-ending choices and decisions involved an enjoyable and painless process. He was knowledgeable and patient when guiding us through the design process and completely unfazed by having to start from scratch a couple of times (our fault, not his!). Once the design was agreed upon, he project managed the installation, setting an agreed installation date and coordinating the order from Schüller in Germany with the availability of the fitting team. With the onsite team led by Scot, work both started and was completed on time, despite the team having to work through one of the worst cold snaps in recent memory and the imminent arrival of Christmas! The work included plumbing, rewiring, plastering, floor tiling and kitchen fitting, all of which were done to a very high standard and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. We chose KitchenSMART to provide a complete re-design, supply and installation of our kitchen, having carefully assessed a number of companies for their quality, value and creativity. This project involved the replacement of the entire kitchen including all new units, worktops, lights and appliances as well as improving plumbing and gas layouts. From the start we only had to liaise with with a single Designer/Project Manager, Glenn who coordinated a timetable of works that included getting all materials ,delivered in a timely manner and ensuring that the required personnel were onsite at the specified time. As it happened every target was hit and the workmen were skilled, polite and cleaned up their work areas before leaving. Going without a working kitchen is clearly a somewhat stressful situation, however this can be limited to an expected level of inconvenience if things go to the planned schedule as our project did. Suffice it to say, we are delighted with the quality, value and creativity that was delivered and would strongly recommend Glenn and KitchenSMART.

We have been so delighted with Kitchen Smart’s transformation of a problematic little room off the kitchen into an attractive and very useful utility room, that we will definitely be using them again for our main kitchen refit. The main reasons we were impressed are: 1. Excellent planning and guidance from Dan Lambert right from the start. There were several things to take into account when planning new floor and wall cupboards (to enable continued access to a relocated boiler, a length of flue at ceiling height, underfloor heating manifolds and pipework below worktop height) but Dan did an amazing job with his precise measurements in designing how everything we’d hoped could be fitted in, and ensuring it was all compliant with regulations. 2. Clear pricing and good communication throughout. We had done the rounds of quotes from other kitchen suppliers like Howdens etc beforehand, and felt that although Kitchen Smart was slightly more expensive, it was well worth it for higher quality Schuller units and bespoke curved worktop, and the peace of mind that all stages will be co-ordinated by the same company. 3. All stages were completed like clockwork, according to the timetable provided in advance – the removal of old units, removal of tiles, replastering and electrical work as required, and the final fitting of new units. Everyone involved completed their aspect of the refit to a high standard, and made sure every tiny detail was as good as it possibly could be.

Following extensive research for our new kitchen project we finally found Glenn at KitchenSmart in Milton Keynes and everything then came together very quickly. We were in the early stages of our new open plan kitchen dining extension and we already had the design fairly planned out in our minds. After sitting with Glenn he fully understood what we wanted to achieve and we were presented in just a couple of days with some fantastic drawings / layout pictures and quotes. Our budget and options were taken into account and ideas provided to us in order to get the most out of what we wanted to achieve. We were provided with very detailed information with regards to the units / worktops / appliances that were available to us. Our new kitchen is now complete and we are absolutely blown away by the end result. The attention to detail continually provided by Glenn throughout the whole project was faultless. He took into account so many details that we had not even thought of or considered. We were constantly kept up-to-date by email and phone calls so we always knew exactly how everything was progressing from start to finish. The quality of the kitchen units together with the expert fitting is of a very high standard. Everyone at KitchenSmart were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable with nothing being too much trouble. A fantastic product provided and fitted by a fantastic team. As a long term Which member we were delighted to find that KitchenSmart was a Trusted Trader and after they visited and gave guidance, assistance and budget costs were happy to proceed with an order to completely renew our kitchen with new floors, ceilings, units, worktops, plumbing, electricity and fittings. Throughout KItchenSmart and their excellent project manager, Glenn, were open, transparent and available to make a success of the project. We were given a clear and detailed quotation and programme of works which was kept to despite some inevitable problems of building works. These were overcome rapidly and without delay in full consultation with us. Work was completed to programme and the quality of workmanship and materials is first class. We are particularly impressed with the design solutions offered by Glenn, the Schuller kitchen units (a special thank you to Scott) and the "Corian" worktops and cladding. It is notable that visuals produced during the design stage are practically identical with final photographs. Apart from an agreed variation to the "Corian" the final account was exactly as the quotation. KitchenSmart really lived up to their name and we now have a superb product that will last for many years.

Can’t recommend Kitchensmart highly enough, from start to finish the process and end result was brilliant and pain free! Glenn was great and had loads of great ideas to help us, we even changed our mind about the kitchen colour at the last minute and this was no problem. He also checked in numerous times during the install to make sure everything was on track which we really appreciated. The schedule they created was spot on and worked like clockwork which we were really impressed with. The old kitchen rip out, new kitchen install including new flooring, electricals (plus ceiling lights) was done in less than 2 weeks. The kitchen fitter Scott was also great, worked super fast, on time with good communication and clearly took pride in his work. Glenn was able to work with us to our budget and able to make various changes to make sure we got what we wanted at the right price for us. Overall quality of kitchen and appliances is great and we love our new kitchen so big thank you to the team at Kitchensmart!

From the moment we walked into the Kitchen Smart showroom and talked with Dan, we knew we had found our kitchen. Dan was amazing to work with, incredibly patient. As our build project progressed other ideas evolved so we made several changes and he always worked with us and adapted the design without issue. The installation by Mark and Steve, plus electrical work by Adam was again so professional and done with such precision and attention to detail, not easy when dealing with undulating floors and walls! Same with the quartz fitters. As for the kitchen - it is everything we wanted and more! The impressive build quality is evident in all the drawers and cupboards and the matt paint finish, flawless. Anyone wanting a new kitchen and looking for creative design, quality cabinetry and a top notch professional service from start to finish then head to Kitchen Smart - you won’t be disappointed.

We had our kitchen refitted. We got different quotes from various suppliers. All quotes were very broadly in the same range ie not multiple thousands different. The very broad design suggestions were generally similar. BUT from the very first meeting with Glenn from Kitchen Smart we had a different ‘feeling’/‘impression’. We felt we were being heard. We got useful suggestions- not sales pitches. We changed appliances that needed changing but kept those that didn’t. We made it clear that we wanted everything project managed and that is what we got. We got detailed timetables and budgets. Both were as specified. The tradespeople used by KitchenSmart had very clearly been vetted and approved by them. All were totally professional and a pleasure to have in our home. But they were always project managed too. We are delighted with our new units, work tops , glass splash backs - the lot. This is an A1 review. My wife and I have both been self employed. We know about standards. I don’t always write reviews this positive but in this case it is totally justified.

How lucky are we to have found Kitchensmart! Dan patiently took us through the planning and design stage - helping us with our decision making but never making us feel pressured. We felt able to make changes until we all agreed on the final design. He then project managed the process keeping us informed of any delays or changes to the schedule. We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work of all the tradesmen. Mark and Steve the fitters were friendly and helpful and did a great job. Initially, we were looking to update our kitchen with new doors and worktops but this quickly became a completely new kitchen. Glenn, our designer at Kitchen Smart, was excellent. The basic layout of our old kitchen worked well for us but Glenn came up with some good design ideas that made the new kitchen look different. There was a wait to get the units from Germany and some appliances we had chosen were no longer available, but Glenn kept us informed along the way. The fitter did a good job and always left the kitchen clean at the end of the day, as did the other contractors. Unfortunately, we weren’t so happy with the length of time it took to complete the work. The basic kitchen was fitted in a couple of weeks but it took another 3 months for the splashback, cover plugs and replacement plinths to be fitted as apparently, Kitchen Smart had no fitters available. (This drawn-out process is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 for customer service). Nevertheless, we are very pleased with our new kitchen – it looks good and it works well.

The kitchen needed replacing after forty years. Kitchensmart is a very local company that has done various jobs in the neighbourhood. The product is excellent and exactly what I wanted. After a couple of consultations and visits to the house, I was presented with a detailed schedule and budget. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily with minimum disruption or mess. The workers consulted me at every stage and were friendly and polite. Any deviation from the schedule was communicated to me and all rubbish removed promptly from the site. The quality of each tradesman's work is superb. This has been a brilliant experience and stress free. I highly recommend this company and cannot thank them enough for my fabulous kitchen.

We wanted to update our kitchen and David was very kind and accommodating. Subsequently, we realised that changing the entire kitchen was a better option. David was exceptionally helpful with his ideas and was happy to meet with us after work. He gave us as much time as needed to decide on design and types of appliances. We thoroughly appreciated his recommendations and insight. He has a lovely professional team who work hard and are very capable. The kitchen installation was done beautifully and on time. Even when delivery of appliances were delayed due to the pandemic, David and his time were always there to support us. We now have a really beautiful kitchen and are very happy with detailed and superb work. We have full confidence in David and his team and highly recommend them.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Kitchensmart. The advice received from Dan was invaluable and the fitting carried out by Steve and Mark was first class. Kitchensmart we’re happy to liaise with other trades and disciplines to ensure a successful project and during planning and the installation we were consulted at every stage and our requirements meet with skill and a real desire to give us what we wanted. We have been test driving our new kitchen for a month now so our review is written with the benefit of real day to day experience. Throughout the whole process Kitchensmart were on the ball and extremely professional and we would highly recommend trusting them with what is after all, a major investment.

We used Kitchensmart to replace the door fronts and drawers in our rather tired, pine kitchen. Staff in the show room were helpful and friendly and followed up promptly with a visit to the house. The new doors etc arrived on time and an installer came in and did the work in half a day. The new doors and drawer fronts have transformed the kitchen, making it look bright and modern, without the major expense and disruption of ripping out the old units. The price was very reasonable compared to a larger company we explored.

Great service throughout, from working with Dan on the design, to the superb installation team of Mark, Steve & Eamonn, the plasterer Matt, and tiler Gordon. Looked at the ‘big’ suppliers, but not happy with the installation side, having to cost in large items after paying for the main kitchen. In the end KS were probably no more expensive than other suppliers, but without the never ending ‘con’ sales. We knew what the whole job inc electrics tiling etc. was going to cost right from the start, and importantly exactly who would be installing it. The whole process was managed to the last detail, for example on the morning our old kitchen was taken out, the massive pile of waste was removed within the hour! The kitchen looks great, remarkably close to the original design images. Would 100% recommend Kitchensmart.

I have just had a new kitchen fitted by Kitchen Smart. I had no idea what I wanted when I started this project and it was a big challenge for me as I had never done anything like this before. My project manager Dan guided me through the process. He was very patient and gave me ideas and helped me throughout the project. The fitters were all very professional, polite and cleaned up each day. They kept me informed every step of the way. The schedule ran according to plan and the final invoice was as I expected it to be. I would happily recommend Kitchen Smart to anyone.

I was looking for someone to manage the entire project - knocking down a wall, moving a radiator, rewire the kitchen, plastering, floor tiling etc. KitchenSMART did all of that with a minimum amount of hassle and to a great level of quality.

I whole heartily recommend KitchenSmart if you are thinking of having your Kitchen replaced. My budget wasn’t particularly big and my kitchen is quite small and all previous consultations I had with large national kitchen providers left me feeling a little ‘underwhelmed’ and I didn’t think I was getting much value for money. I was initially apprehensive approaching KitchenSmart as I thought they might be too ‘high end’ for my little kitchen, but David and his team were very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. David took time to listen to what I wanted and worked really hard to adhere to my budget, working through options, making suggestions and alternative solutions where necessary. I was always kept in the loop and felt fully informed throughout the process. The Kitchen Fitters were very polite and their craftmanship was excellent and they were all really tidy and friendly. I was also provided with a schedule of works in advance so I knew what was happening each day and everything ran like clockwork. I am now a proud owner of a high-quality kitchen with lovely new appliances. KitchenSmart offer a lovely personal service and are a pleasure to work with so please do consider them if you are looking for a new kitchen.
