Dan at Kitchensmart was a joy to work with, always patient and accomodating. He showed great knowledge and flexibility when addressing our specific requirements always finding good solutions . Using Kitchensmart we ended up getting the kitchen that WE wanted. Dan's answer was always 'Yes we can do that'. The big chains were less flexible in their offerings and we were too often told 'No, we cannot do that'. The fitters Mark and Steve were highly professional and did a superb job, always on time and left the place tidy each day. We would highly recommend Dan and Kitchensmart.

Initially, we were looking to update our kitchen with new doors and worktops but this quickly became a completely new kitchen. Glenn, our designer at Kitchen Smart, was excellent. The basic layout of our old kitchen worked well for us but Glenn came up with some good design ideas that made the new kitchen look different. There was a wait to get the units from Germany and some appliances we had chosen were no longer available, but Glenn kept us informed along the way. The fitter did a good job and always left the kitchen clean at the end of the day, as did the other contractors. Unfortunately, we weren’t so happy with the length of time it took to complete the work. The basic kitchen was fitted in a couple of weeks but it took another 3 months for the splashback, cover plugs and replacement plinths to be fitted as apparently, Kitchen Smart had no fitters available. (This drawn-out process is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 for customer service). Nevertheless, we are very pleased with our new kitchen – it looks good and it works well.

David from KitchenSMART provided an excellent kitchen design service and their fitting team completed the work ahead of schedule. A pleasure to do business with and I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or colleague.

Rarely are my expectations exceeded however David Ball & the KitchenSMART fitting team of Mark & Steve were all outstanding, exceeding my expectations. Their attention to detail, communication and absolute professionalism was impressive. Bravo and thank you all so much....HIGHLY RECOMMEND

When First visiting KitchenSmart we were drawn to the quality of materials use . Returning to go ahead, Dan was helpful from the start, answering all questions with hesitation, how ever small and was great with the helping of the design. Mark and Steve the fitters did a brilliant job, as did the floor fitter having to come back another time, to complete the job without hesitation to get the job done as soon as possible. Workman and office team were helpful with queries. We are now getting to know our new kitchen and are extremely please with the result.

From the first moment we met Dan in the showroom, to the final sign off, the complete experience was extremely professional and friendly. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell just honest advice based on their experience and knowledge. All the people involved with the kitchen installation, electrics, plastering etc. had exceptional attention to detail and were very friendly. We are so happy with the final result and would highly recommend this company.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from KitchenSMART. From start to finish the whole process was made so easy.. other than all the decisions we had to make! Daniel and the team of fitters were so professional, friendly and accommodating throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about a new kitchen, no need to go elsewhere! We have had so many compliments on our new kitchen!

The service provided by everyone we encountered combined friendly approachability with thorough professionalism throughout. Dan provided clear information and excellent advice on options in initial consultations. This included suggesting use of a colour matched laminate in the utility room to complement the Caesarstone in the kitchen - producing a great result at a considerable saving. The coordination of the different stages over an 8 day period and communication with us was excellent. Scheduling and punctuality were absolutely spot on. Mark and Steve who removed the old worktops and fitted the new laminate, sinks and hob were a pleasure to have around and went out of their way to minimise inconvenience and disruption as well as doing a great job. The templater and fitters from Algarve Granite likewise did a great job and communicated very well. There was only one point at which there was a little uncertainly, over whether one of the mixer taps was being reused or replaced. This minor issue was speedily resolved by a new tap being provided at no extra cost to us. The process could not have gone better and I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend this company.

As soon as we saw the showroom and met Dan we knew this was a kitchen company we could work with and trust, and we were not disappointed. Dan was extremely patient and unfailingly helpful with lots of good ideas. He managed the project well and was always available to deal with any queries. Very impressed right from the start with attention to detail and courtesy manner extended which together with the quality of not only the product but the installation together with the installers being very good at what they were doing and co-operation with us resulted in a very happy outcome.

Kitchen Smart were recommended to us by a friend, they did not disappoint. Working with KitchenSMART has been an absolute pleasure. We used them to install a brand new kitchen and utility as part of an extension on the house project. We visited numerous kitchen companies, but following a meeting with Dan the project manager, we were sold on KitchenSMART. Not only were the kitchen units a superior quality to anything else we’d seen, we were convinced that the fitting process would be managed seamlessly by Dan, which was important to us as we didn’t want to have to deal with any issues. Throughout the process, communication was excellent - right from the planning/designing through to delivery, fitting/completion. KitchenSMART have always had a can do attitude and worked with us to deliver our dream kitchen (on time) based on our vision and their expertise. The fitting of the Kitchen was always a crucial part of the project and again this was taken care of completely. Whether it was double checking measurements, ordering extra bits or liaising with our builders the project was managed brilliantly. Steve the kitchen fitter was also first class. The level of finish is extremely high and he is clearly skilled at his job and very hard working. Again he was great at communicating with us, Dan and our other tradespeople and we are delighted with our finished kitchen. All in all the experience was outstanding, hence this glowing review. I would highly recommend KitchenSMART.

Kitchensmart were recommended by a friend and I’m glad they did. From the first visit to the job completion everything was perfect, picking the units, worktop, flooring, lighting, all the white goods, I couldn’t have asked for more help, the showroom had everything visible to pick and choose, I wasn’t rushed and took my time making all the choices, with great advice on what would work with certain things, and it wasn’t about picking the most expensive it was about picking what I wanted. Glenn kept me informed of what was happening supplying me with a full work schedule (which was absolutely spot on with the timings). Majority of the work was carried out and overseen by Scott, who answered any questions I had, although there weren’t many. The finish is exceptional and of a high standard, the work was completed on time and on budget, not that I’ll ever need another kitchen but if I need I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

I could not recommend KitchenSmart more highly. We asked KitchenSmart to project manage our new kitchen/diner, which included knocking a wall down to create a larger "L" shaped room. From our first meeting with Dan through to completion the service we received was excellent. Dan is extremely professional and creative. He always listened to our ideas and worked with us to finalise a kitchen design that we were really happy with whilst keeping to our budget. We never felt pressurised. The team that carried out the work did so brilliantly and they were all very friendly and respectful of our home. The proposed schedule of works ran exactly to plan. They turned up when expected and each stage of the work was completed on time. The project took just 3 weeks to complete and it caused minimal stress, despite us being a busy family of 5. The kitchen is great quality and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many many years. We would have no hesitation in recommending KitchenSmart to anyone (and have already done so to friends).

We had no hesitation in coming back to KitchenSmart to do a full kitchen renovation, because we had been so pleased with their re-fit of our utility room last year. We have been, once again, delighted with the whole process and the finished kitchen is excellent. We had an initial general view of what we wanted, and after Dan’s site visit to take detailed measurements, a couple of meetings in the showroom and some follow-up exchanges of informative emails and visual representations to illustrate the evolving plans, this was fine-tuned down to an exact plan and a choice of units/worktops/appliances that we were very happy with. At all design stages, the effect of alternative choices on the budget was clear and transparent so we were able to keep an updated track of the project costs. We appreciated the clear timeline of what would happen, together with the outstanding quality of professionalism and workmanship shown by the whole team (design, delivery/waste removal, fitters, plasterer, electrician) who worked together well, making the whole project from the initial rip-out to final completion a really well co-ordinated process. The Schuller kitchen units, which are shipped from Germany, are very high quality, and the Kitchen Smart team ensured the units/appliances installation was perfect, returning again after the templating and fitting of quartz worktops for the final fit. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

Excellent friendly and very professional from start of process to the finish. Nothing was to much trouble for the team. Dan kept us informed in all aspects and updating us. The fitters steve and chris were very polite and very professional in all aspects.

Our Schuller kitchen looks fantastic, we could not be more impressed. David provided an excellent design and ensured the kitchen installation plan was followed through to completion and on time. The fitters, plasters and tillers were professional, personable and the quality of their workmanship was amazing. Its been a most pleasurable experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.
