I approached a number of local and a couple of national firms to quote for our install. Without a doubt the local firms were more responsive and honestly, it was a tough choice between the final two. From the very beginning, Scott came out for the initial survey when he said he would, spent some time looking at our place and said detailed quote to follow. The quotes (we were considering 2 different possibilities) came over as agreed and the subsequent questions I had were answered quickly. I had a few week's notice of the install and was able to liaise with my neighbour for the scaffolding, the scaffolders were polite and quick which was good we had contractors for the roof in the past who annoyed the neighbour. The install took 3 days, however, one was lost to atrocious weather so two in reality. I received all my paperwork a few hours after settling the invoice so I can apply for export to my supplier. I am now generating a bit and look forward to a lot more as the days lengthen.

Scott and the team at Klic have been amazing from the first enquiry through to installation and commissioning! No question was left unanswered and the little changes I made along the way were accommodated perfectly! Day of installation was perfect, protection down on the floors and spotless upon completion. The most low maintenance team I have ever met, I couldn’t even force them to take a hot drink on a wet cold February day! All the staff involved were amazingly friendly and helpful. As a local trader I would highly recommend Klic to anyone considering their journey into a solar system. I am already enjoying the system and can see myself expanding my battery system in the coming months and will no doubt call Scott to come back and install this for me!

The whole process went extremely well right from the start, with clear written and verbal explanations of the system and its benefits. All of my numerous queries were answered promptly and in Plain English at various times of the day and night (!) by Scott who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the overall service and final result which will be saving us considerable amounts on our electricity bills, as well as being good for the environment. We have had further assistance with "bedding in" queries after the completion. Our minds were further put at ease in the knowledge that the company had full, "Which?" accreditation. I can't recommend the company highly enough.

Excellent work by Scott & Reece to fit 5 additional panels to my existing PV system. Reasonably priced and all efficiently installed within 16 days of my enquiry. I would highly recommend Klic Renewables to anyone considering solar power for their home.

Scott and his brother was friendly and kind. They didn’t pressurise me in any way to purchase through them . They gave us different quotes and explained what’s suits me best. They turned on correct time and all work completed as planned . I am happy with their service and we have our solar panel and battery working very well . I will highly recommend them .
