Used K&K to do a full electrical check on my late father’s house, before they arrived I was given a full breakdown of costs. Which was very helpful, on the day of the test the electrician turned up on time, he was very polite and told me everything that he was doing, he was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was as it should be. Once completed he explained everything that was checked and if anything needed looking at, (dangerous sockets/fuse board etc would have been sorted straight away) he left everything clean and tidy and I had the certificates emailed by that evening, all in all I would definitely recommend this trader.

I have used Kneller & Kneller three times now over the past 12-18 months for a variety of electrical work, including installing a bathroom fan, conducting an electrical survey and fitting a new consumer unit, and most recently fitting new kitchen lights and replacing a light in our downstairs bathroom. Everything from start to finish has always been fantastic. Steph is great to speak to on the phone and always organises a quote very quickly. I'm sad I don't have any more reasons to speak to her at the moment!! The work is always carried out to an extremely high standard by Alex and Steph's husband with rubbish taken away and the area left clean and tidy. Everything is fully explained and there are no hidden costs. I wouldn't use any other electrician and would recommend to anyone for an expert and friendly service.

I’d had to call an electrician before Christmas and they made it sound as if the problem was complex and required lots of work. I’m disabled and asked them to mask inside and they didn’t. We had not used this company before but we're recommended them. The problem we had with the kitchen ceiling lights was not easily diagnosed but the K and K engineer eventually found a faulty connection wire under the upstairs floor boards. We were pleased with the result, the price charged and the friendly service.

Needed an electrical safety check and contacted Kneller & Kneller. I was told the price and arranged a time and date. The electrician arrived on time, was pleasant and started work immediately. I reached out to Kneller to initially discuss some adaptations to our electrical gate lighting as they are local to me. Kevin attended our home and listed carefully to our needs and provided a solution. Weather prevented work from starting and during that period, I changed the scope of works which was not an issue. Alex attended on the eventual date and carried our the gate work diligently. He also added a new external socket as part of extra work I needed and managed to repair a faulty shower switch, inspect the wiring and shower unit and settle our concerns following a different electrical firm who frankly ripped me off after our electrical supply failed and tried to scare me into believing a full rewire was required. No such issues here, total confidence in their work, the quality and care of the work conducted and friendly and respectful manner. Stephanie kept us fully informed and handled our queries and questions. Will definitely use them again.
