Having taken out the usual three quotes re our kitchen refurb. I decided to use this company on the basis that they were a small family company, their response to my call was prompt and the follow up and quotation arrived as promised. They assisted me with all my technical questions and were very helpful with suggestions concerning the lighting lay out. The job was quoted as two days i.e. first fit and final fit. and they were flexible working around my kitchen fitters. The installation which included lights appliances and new power/ spur points, were all thoroughly tested after fitting and the circuits explained. The certification for the work carried out arrived within 7 working days. On the service provided I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We had 3 quotes and chose this company above the others. From the initial visit to completion, I felt completely comfortable with them. No patronising comments, no attempts to force me to have work done that I neither wanted nor needed using "regulation" to try and convince me. The estimate was spot on and invoiced exactly as. I loved the booklet that came after with all of the information, and instructions enclosed. It spoke volumes of how they consider their customers. I am delighted to say that I have offered them further work with an extension and work shops due in the next 12-18 months. I wouldn't offer the work to anyone else.

Quick to visit and quote, explained what they would do and provided thorough estimates, answering and addressing all my concerns and questions which put my mind at ease. They completed the full rewire with much less disruption than we had anticipated and kept power for us throughout as we had to return for the night/morning (including keeping stuff out of the way of the dog). When the work was completed they provided thorough documentation and certificates for everything, as well as explaining everything in person. After some bad experiences with other electricians in the past, it has been refreshing to find a company that is professional, diligent and perform work to a high standard. We also had quotes from other companies, none where as thorough or as value for money. We will use again if we need any additional electrical work in the future.

We are very pleased with the work K & K have done. They gave us a very good estimate. Arrived when stated and carried out the work very efficiently. They took the time to explain what they had done & all about the new fuse board they have put in. Would thoroughly recommend them to friends and family.

K&K installed a socket and light in my outhouse. They created a new circuit, went through loft (I live in a bungalow)! and out. Despite the job being outside it is so neat and tidy. They arrived and carried out the work at the time and day agreed and were very quick and efficient. Very impressed with work and price. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
