Work that needed to be done identified via routine drone survey. Works included scaffolding to front, new 3-layer Axter Force line system to rear parapet wall, new lead flashing to rear parapet wall, new coping to rear parapet wall. Additional works identified while on site: general reboarding, reboarding over hidden chimney stacks. Recommended by neighbours, works carried out to excellent standard, completed quickly within agreed timescale (weather permitting), great communication and ongoing updates with photos and videos and explanation of need for works required (for example rotten boarding around hidden chimney stacks). Always provided further estimates and obtained owner’s consent before undertaking any additional works. Very reasonable pricing - excellent value for money. Invoice provided. Keith and his team sent us video of the damage, quoted us a very reasonable price (including scaffolding), completed the work to a high standard and also sent us photos of the completed work. Keith and his team helped me after another builder abandoned my job and disappeared with my money midway through completion. The roof covering had been removed and water was coming in every time it rained. Knightsbridge assessed the situation and came over at short notice to provide a temporary solution so that my property was watertight.
