Keith and his team helped me after another builder abandoned my job and disappeared with my money midway through completion. The roof covering had been removed and water was coming in every time it rained. Knightsbridge assessed the situation and came over at short notice to provide a temporary solution so that my property was watertight. Having had such a bad experience, I really appreciate being able trust someone in the trade again. I will definitely be using them to finish my roof!

Keith and his team visited promptly, took photos to show us, quoted, and undertook the work in a period of a couple of days. They had to undo a bodge done only last year by our previous roofer (gone mysteriously silent) and suggested 2 alternative routes, so we did not have to immediately redo all the dormer cladding. Price was reasonable. Very efficient service, good work and nice people to work with.

Knightsbridge Roofing completed a number of repairs to the roof and loft space in my house, as well as the installation of an internal support element for a partially removed chimney stack. The work was done to a very high standard and at the agreed quotation, which was good value. A council building control officer then inspected and passed the structural element of the works. When some queries were raised by building control, Keith went above and beyond to help resolve them. The suggestions made by Keith all the way through were extremely knowledgeable and practical. Keith also actively discouraged me from carrying out unnecessary expensive work, and instead suggested a lower cost, simpler solution, which the building control officer then agreed with. Additionally, the scaffolding had to be left in place far, far longer than expected - this was due to delays on my side and Keith generously didn’t charge extra for this.

From start to finish communication with Keith was essential to the job and he delivered in spades. No job too small for Chris and the guys who surpassed any expectations. They came recommended and I would do the same to anyone looking for trustworthy, hard-working and pleasant professionals. Living in an old Victorian property it is easy to be blindfolded into work that is not essential and these guys can be trusted with photo's of works they show you at every step and advice on what to do in their immediate and long term view. Even the scaffold company they use delivered on time and agreed to remain in place for an extra week for a small job that was required outside their remit.

I contacted the company following concerns about my roof having moved into my new home. Though they were a little slow with their response, they were worth the wait. I was attended to by one of the roofers who came for a free check. They inspected my loft and explained to me the condition, allying my concerns about immediate repairs. They then offered to inspect the outside of the roof and provided a free of charge drone survey. After showing me there was no obvious issue and that they recommended no repairs, they willingly sent me the drone survey footage free of charge. The trader is extremely trustworthy and honest, which is essential when it comes to potentially expensive repairs like roofs. The trader went above and beyond my expectations and delivered a service most traders would charge for. I am confident that if I ever have an issue, this company is the one to use. It is rare to have a trader perform this level of service free of charge and not try to upsell you on any service. I recommend you give this company a chance to carryout any works for you. Their service is what makes a difference as in the event of an issue, which often is the case with complex work, they will likely do their best to resolve it. Customer service is vital for these matters and I am thoroughly satisfied by this trader's response.

I found Knightsbridge Roofing on the Which? trusted trader website and I’m glad I contacted them. I had several areas of damp inside my property and identified one of the causes to be issues with the roof. The team erected complex scaffolding over a glass conservatory and undertook the repairs to the roof, leadwork and bricks. I asked the workers to come back two or three additional times for other problems I thought may have contributed to the doubt. Keith and his team always obliged. All in all, the experience exceeded my expectations and Keith and the team at Knightsbridge roofing are definitely deserving of another 5 out of 5 review. Keith very efficiently provided me with a quote to fix some lead flashing that was falling down from the top of my loft conversion over email. That saved me a day at home which can be challenging around work. He communicated the timeline for the works very well and everyone arrived when he said they would! I was more than a little nervous at scaffolding being carried through my house (I have a Victorian terrace with no side access) but the scaffolding company he used were excellent and extremely careful so there were no issues. The roofer was very experienced and completed the work with no issues. We spotted another couple of little jobs during the course of the works, which Keith arranged to be done at no additional cost. The roofer also cleaned out my guttering whilst he was on the scaffolding without being asked. Thank you for a fantastic job, it is very much appreciated!

I engaged with Knightsbridge Roofing to replace my old roof. From the start, I found the company to be efficient in it communication, helpful in the selection of tiles, flexible in scheduling of work and professional in the actual stripping of the old roof and replacing it with new. The work was undertaken in line with the estimated times given before it started. I was very impressed with the ability of the company to supplement the core team with additional bodes at peak periods in the work schedule. I particularly liked the additional small touches they provided like fitting a vent tile (including connecting it to the extractor fan in the loft) and sweeping-up around the house every day.

Keith responded promptly to requests, both to visit and give us a quote for the works (with individually priced options), and for variations to the works and further information. We used Knightsbridge Roofing to repair our chimney which was in need of some urgent TLC - including lead flashing, render, and chimney pot repairs. We also needed an old timber frame skylight removing from the roof and replacing with tiles. While the works were completed we also asked Knightsbridge Roofing to supply and fit new coverboards and guttering, and also install some tile vents to the roof. From the initial visit to the property through to completion of the works, Keith and his team were incredibly professional, respectful, and diligent. All works were completed within the agreed schedule and quote. Keith was always available to discuss the job over the phone or via email, and we always felt as though we could ask questions. One evening, we sent Keith an email late at night and we had a response in our inbox by the very next morning. After the works were completed, Keith asked his team to cast one final eye over our extension roof for any broken tiles etc. The team found some small issues and sorted these quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Keith and his fabulous team! Have had a lot of issues with my leaking flat roof and Keith was extremely thorough, honest, efficient and has done a wonderful job, where other roofers have been extremely unreliable and their workmanship poor. He clearly knows his stuff and explained the options in layman’s terms so I understood the work he recommended to resolve the issues, and sent photos of all the work carried out. The price was very reasonable too. As a single woman living on her own, it was a breath of fresh air to find someone who I felt I could trust (which is not always the case), a great communicator and very professional throughout the process. Keith and his team did a great job repairing defects and improving a couple of chimney stacks which were causing damp issues in our flat. The exact cause of the damp wasn't clear and difficult to determine, but Keith talked us through and worked through several possibilities and checked that we were happy before each new piece of work was done. He regularly updated us with photos of the work and phoned to explain what was going on, and was very patient in answering questions. Keith didn't ask for payment for the works done until we were happy that the problem had been solved, which we appreciated. Overall it was a great and very easy experience, with the issue now solved.

We had a great experience with Knightsbridge Roofing and would definitely recommend them. We had some old cast-iron guttering that needed replacing to match the rest of our plastic guttering. The type of guttering was unusual and difficult to source, but Keith and the team went beyond expectations to track it down. Keith was always very responsive, the pricing was fair, and the work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and neatly.
