We've had a full house of replacement Veka windows and patio doors. From the moment I first spoke to Pete on the phone I was pleasantly surprised. He was really keen to supply the windows in the pebble grey I was requesting - I had so far struggled to find a company who were interested in my request for this colour! Then through measuring up, me chopping and changing and specifying a certain style etc - Pete kept answering his phone, kept me in the picture and seemed to keep smiling! Oh we were also really happy with the price! There were a few tiny hitches as you would expect on any major work (not Pete's direct fault) but these were promptly dealt with. I'm writing this review as Pete came today (two weeks after the work was done and just as he said he would) in order replace the patio door handles that had been sent in the wrong colour by the manufacturer and a little niggle with the door lock. I am so pleased with his service that I feel I would go out of my way to recommend him and his team. I also have to say that I felt completely at ease with the whole team whilst the windows were being installed. They seemed to really get on, be happy working together and genuinely friendly - which in turn made the experience nicer for myself. I'm absolutely thrilled with the windows. Just to add that along with the colour change, Pete really helped with advice - the existing windows were a real miss-match he knew exactly what new style would suit. He was spot on!

Pete and the team did a fantastic job installing our new conservatory which looks stunning. The team are very friendly and courteous, nothing was too much trouble for them. We are very pleased with the work done, so much so we have ordered new replacement windows.

From start to finish the process was trouble-free. Everything that was agreed beforehand was delivered. Nothing is too much trouble. The workmanship is fantastic and the product is pleasing on the eye. I have used other companies in the past and would not recommend any of them. If you are looking for new double glazing look no further and use KP.

Pete and his team have recently fitted a bay window for us. I find them very helpful. For example my husband had ordered chrome handles instead of white. I realised after they had been fitted & mentioned it to Pete. Next time I looked we had white handles!! No fuss, no drama. Job done. Very clean workers, prompt & courteous. We have used them for many projects over the last 17 years, from full house replacement to replacing conservatory to fitting a personal door in a brick garage. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Pete and the team did a fabulous job installing twenty windows, two doors and two patio doors. Our request for a piece of glass much larger than standard was not routinely available, but Pete went the extra mile to source one for us and we are very happy with the end result. The job was completed on time, on budget, no mess and communication throughout was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had during the fitting process were resolved immediately. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Would recommend to anyone. Fair price, great communication. Excellent job. Hardly any mess. Especially like triple glazed windows.
