I have been using KR Heating for about 5 years. Ken has installed two near boilers in my properties as well as carrying the annual gas safety check and boiler maintenance. Had a few issues with both boilers neither of which were down to the work Ken carried out and the manufacturers took full responsibility. Ken was very helpful throughout to get problem resolved. Work is always clean and tidy and very reliable on appointments. Thoroughly recommend

I have been using Ken for about 10 years and his work has always been very good and very fairly priced. Ken has fitted, repaired and serviced numerous gas boilers for me in my rental properties and carries out all the annual services and safety checks. He's very reliable which makes it very easy for me which I appreciate. His advice and recommendations are spot on and I would be very disappointed if he wasn't available. He shows up a lot of other 'heating engineers' for the cowboys and chancers that they are.

We used Ken Rushton recently to service our Vaillant boiler that he actually supplied and installed a year ago. He is very easy to deal with and provided a knowledgeable, competitive and efficient service with the original installation and the recent service. Highly recommended.

Ken came to check our combi gas boiler, which had stopped producing hot water when we opened the hot water tap/shower. Ken quickly (within a few minutes) identified the faulty component and clearly explained what the fault was and our options for getting it fixed (which were cost-competitive when compared against other providers). I highly recommend Ken - his attention to detail, workmanship, and communication/customer service is excellent.
