Ken has serviced my boiler for the past few years. He is very reliable, customer focused and works to a high standard. Two years ago he installed a new boiler for me and I am very pleased with the results. I continue to use him for the servicing and wouldn't use anyone else.

About 8 years ago, my daughter needed a new boiler, and Ken carried out the work to a good standard. So, when my boiler started to fail, about 6 years ago, I contacted Ken and he carried out the installation. He has returned every year since to service my boiler. Earlier this year, my daughter, who had since moved, again required a new boiler, and Ken again carried out the installation. In all cases, the locations were tricky, but Ken had solutions to all the problems, together with cost options and guarantees. I would, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Ken for a good job, and he's a nice guy, too!

I have been using KR Heating for about 5 years. Ken has installed two near boilers in my properties as well as carrying the annual gas safety check and boiler maintenance. Ken has fitted, repaired and serviced numerous gas boilers for me in my rental properties and carries out all the annual services and safety checks. He shows up a lot of other 'heating engineers' for the cowboys and chancers that they are.
