Ken has been servicing our bolier for the last 2 years and has always been reliable and thorough with his work. We had a small leak from one of our radiators and Ken was the go-to person to ask for help, he was able to fix this very quickly and thankfully no further leaks!

Ken has serviced my boiler for the past few years. He is very reliable, customer focused and works to a high standard. Two years ago he installed a new boiler for me and I am very pleased with the results. I continue to use him for the servicing and wouldn't use anyone else.

About 8 years ago, my daughter needed a new boiler, and Ken carried out the work to a good standard. So, when my boiler started to fail, about 6 years ago, I contacted Ken and he carried out the installation. He has returned every year since to service my boiler. Earlier this year, my daughter, who had since moved, again required a new boiler, and Ken again carried out the installation. In all cases, the locations were tricky, but Ken had solutions to all the problems, together with cost options and guarantees. I would, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Ken for a good job, and he's a nice guy, too!

I’ve used KR Heating Services (Ken) for nearly 8 years, and he’s consistently reliable and professional. Always turns up on time, well-prepared, and gets the job done without fuss. He’s straightforward, honest about what needs fixing, and you never feel like you’re being overcharged or pushed into extras. Very organised and easy to deal with, whether it’s a routine service or an urgent repair. It’s reassuring to have someone dependable I can call when needed. Highly recommend if you want a boiler engineer you can actually trust.

I have been using KR Heating for about 5 years. Ken has installed two near boilers in my properties as well as carrying the annual gas safety check and boiler maintenance. Had a few issues with both boilers neither of which were down to the work Ken carried out and the manufacturers took full responsibility. Ken was very helpful throughout to get problem resolved. Work is always clean and tidy and very reliable on appointments. Thoroughly recommend

I have been using Ken for about 10 years and his work has always been very good and very fairly priced. Ken has fitted, repaired and serviced numerous gas boilers for me in my rental properties and carries out all the annual services and safety checks. He's very reliable which makes it very easy for me which I appreciate. His advice and recommendations are spot on and I would be very disappointed if he wasn't available. He shows up a lot of other 'heating engineers' for the cowboys and chancers that they are.

Ken came to check our combi gas boiler, which had stopped producing hot water when we opened the hot water tap/shower. Ken quickly (within a few minutes) identified the faulty component and clearly explained what the fault was and our options for getting it fixed (which were cost-competitive when compared against other providers). I highly recommend Ken - his attention to detail, workmanship, and communication/customer service is excellent.
