Kraftwork Vehicle Refinishing

This is the third time in a number of years I have needed their help, it was just a small job, but it received the same care and attention, I have recommended a number of friends to Kraftworks and they have all been delighted with the finished results and the competitive price, the finish of the paintwork on all jobs they did for me was indistinguishable from the original finish. I had reversed into a post with some damage to the back of the car. Davide gave me a quote, a back lens was also broken and he phoned around to get the cheapest price for replacement. The repair took two days and when I picked up the car there was absolutely no trace of the damage. There was excellent communication from Davide throughout. The bill was even slightly cheaper than the estimate as the whole lens did not have to be replaced. Highly recommended.

Annoyingly bad stone chips on the driver side front wing of my SLK. Silver is notorious for a 100% colour match but Davide achieved this to absolute perfection. The brothers at Kraftwork are totally professional craftsmen and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a top quality job. I would not take my cars anywhere else. Rob S.

Needing some rust on the tailgate of my Chrysler Voyager repaired I found Kraftwork online and made a request for an online quote. After sending photos and receiving the quote I arranged to take the car in. I also asked if they could take a look at some minor scratches and dents. I was kept informed of progress and given options on how best to deal with the work I requested. When I collected my car I was impressed. Davide and his team are very professional and the standard of work is done to an extremely high standard, they have turned what was a slightly sad looking car into one to feel proud of. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had quite severe damage to my car when I hit a post in a car park. I took my car to several people for quotes and although Kraftwork weren't the cheapest they definitely filled me with confidence that they would do the best job. From when I took my car to get a quote to picking my car up, the service I received was really good. I was kept updated by emails and phone calls from David. They fit my car in over a weekend that I was off work and even picked the car up from my house In Billericay (I'm not old enough to get a courtesy car). I was really impressed with the finish on the car - considering how bad the damage was I was shocked that there was no sign at all of the repair - the car looks as good as new. I'm really happy with the service I received and the finish on the car . im really happy I chose Kraftwork as I can tell they take pride in their work and are very thorough (even cleaning the car inside and out before collection). Would definitely recommend!

I am doing this review simply because I believe in giving credit where it is due. I have a 10 year old Mini Convertible. It is a reliable & fun run-around with low mileage so rather than sell it I intend to pass it on to my daughter & decided to give the car body a "lift". Along the sides there were a few car park marks, dinks & a dent whilst the bonnet had some scratches & also had a dent. The black plastic mirrors & wipers had also faded over time. I took the car to 3 different body shops & obtained other quotes but felt that David was more thorough during the quoting process. He listened & made detailed notes whilst discussing my requirements at length before outlining the process involved in getting to the finish I desired. Based on this & looking at other “work in progress” around the workshop I felt confident that the finish would be good. When I picked up the car my expectations had been exceeded and the car looked immaculate. I have no hesitation in recommending David & the team at Kraftwork & I have already booked my girlfriend’s car in to go through a similar process. Good price, great service & immaculate finish.

I was very impressed with work carried out by the Kraftwork team, but felt confident with my choice of garage from the initial phone call I made. Having made contact, we took my car over to them. David spent time explaining the work involved. Fortunately, my car had relatively minor damage, but, even so, the work involved was explained fully. Certainly I'd have no hesitation leaving my car with them if the damage was more substantial. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. The price I paid was very reasonable,and worth every penny.
