Keir added several new sockets around our house and recessed several more into the concrete block walls. He provided a fixed price for each task so we knew what the cost would be in advance which suited us. He worked swiftly and had time to do a couple of other things too which was really appreciated. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why throughout too. He was also a very professional and pleasant guy and I'm happy to be recommended him by a neighbour, and we would in turn recommend him to others.

KTS Electrics carried out a number of jobs including fitting a led mirror cabinet and extractor fan in my bathroom along with downstairs living room sockets and lighting. I couldn't be happier with the work, he took to time to talk me through the steps and everything was completed on time, looks great and with the house left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!!

My rental property recently received an unsatisfactory EICR. I contacted several electricians for quotes, and Keir was the first to respond. I booked Keir to fit a new thermostat. On the day, he realised the new thermostat wouldn't work with the old fittings so we talked through different options and prices and he put the work in to find out these various options (extra helpful as I've a young baby so my mind isn't in the place for this kind of research!). He was mega patient as we swapped messages to book another date, and then he was able to fit the new thermostat in a way that worked. He was super efficient, tidy, and left no trace (ie no dust or mess!). I'd thoroughly recommend Keir, and we'll be booking him again for any future electrician needs!

This latest job was to install a double socket on our balcony so we could safely plug in appliances. Earlier he had sep up two large tvs on the wall with hidden wires and plugs. Installed a new induction hob and put a new light in my pantry. I continue to use him as his work is good quality, done promptly to time and budget. Very happy to reccomend.

KTS put in a bathroom fan for me and moved a light switch. I was really impressed by the care and attention he put into the work. He answered any questions quickly and professionally, he was clean and tidy and I felt safe with him in my home. He showed me how to adjust the fan if I needed to and came back to show me again when I forgot how to do it. Overall excellent service.

Friendly personal interaction. Very convenient communication through WhatsApp Business. Kier gave good clear advice and responded to questions really quickly and gave plenty of detail of options available to me. Work completed was related to multiple fire and heat detectors in my property. Kier offered a number of possible dates to complete the work, informed me his schedule for the day of work so I could tell when he would likely be at the property. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard.

I first contacted Keir for support to install the extractor fans in my bathrooms. He was really easy to communicate with, came to inspect the bathrooms, and provided advice on which fans he thought we should get, which was incredibly helpful. I was so pleased with his work that I reached out to him again to replace all the spotlights in my bathrooms and kitchen. He shared a quote, and despite the work taking longer than he had anticipated because of the need to change the cable covers, he charged the quoted price, and his work was carried out brilliantly. Keir was incredibly thorough and is a lovely person to talk to. I highly recommend him for any electrical work.
