Kudos Stairlifts

I can’t recommend Kudos Stairlifts highly enough. Outstanding service from first communication, initial planning visit and final installation. The quality of the equipment is first-class. The stairlift has been life-changing in our household.

Kudos were recommended to us as their stairlifts can be fitted into narrow staircases. The surveyor and then fitting engineers were v courteous, quiet and efficient. They were happy to explain what was happening during the digital survey and discuss the results. They answered any questions fully, making sure we understood!. Likewise the installing engineers were able to work around the ‘household’ and gave very clear explanations about the stairlift, how it works and going through all the instructions on how to use it. They made sure we were completely familiar with the system and any safety measures etc for its safe use. They cleared up everything and left the area clean and tidy . We used their recommended electrician who came prior to installation to set up the electric supply points. He was also v quick, efficient and tidied up The only hitch was the slight delay in delivery due to an apparent mix up In the shipping of the parts. The office dealt with any queries I had prior to agreeing to having the kudos stairlift. The lift is being used daily and has been a complete success. We would certainly recommend Kudos lifts and their installing team to any potential customers.

My wife needed a Stairlift to be fitted and we were recommended Kudos by a friend who had had one fitted recently by them. From the start they were fantastic, friendly and honest. Their surveyor (Sam) who came to our house was totally respectful, understanding of our needs and fully professional, spent all the time needed to measure up for the installation including my wife’s sitting measurements, fully explained what would happen and when it would - and it did. The installation date was agreed and their engineer (Bogdan, hope the spelling is correct) was great, he arrived on time and completed the installation totally to our satisfaction, I have been in the service industry for over 50 years and the quality and standard of this installation was superb, tidy and clean (he even hovered up the stairs and passage afterwards - not that it needed doing as he was such a tidy worker). I have no hesitation in recommending Kudos Stairlifts to anyone; indeed our next door neighbour is very interested in one for her parents. Please keep up the great work.

Excellent service from Kudos Stairs. They were polite, punctual and professional. My Mum was extremely pleased with everything they did. The stairlift works perfectly and Mum can now get up and down stairs safely.

The stairlift installation was completed on time, efficiently and professionally by an extremely experienced, polite and pleasant Kudos engineer. He left the whole working area neat and tidy, and gave us an excellent demonstration of the product as well as full instructions and what to do in the event of any problems. The stairlift will be a great benefit for my husband as he will now be able to access upstairs for his bedroom and bathroom.

Excellent service from the initial sales call through to installation. The whole process from start to installation was very quick and efficient. .Every element was carried out professionally from sales, survey and installation. Our three main contacts were Praj, Bogdan and Troy through the process. Also , it was such a relief not to have high pressure sales

Measured for and arranged manufacture of an Otolift. Installed only 4 weeks later very efficiently by 2 polite highly competent engineers, Troy and Bogdan, taking only 5 hours, finishing with a thorough explanation and demonstration of the controls and how to use the stairlift. Left the whole area very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

An excellent service. A much easier task than I was expecting. At first given advice about the best stair lift for my home. The fitter came on the day and time booked. Worked quietly and tidily. then showed me how to operate the stair lift.
