We would like to thank all the staff at Kudos for the customer care. We would like to thank Troy our professional fitter. He arrived on time and set to work. The lift Troy fitted was perfect for our narrow curved staircase. When he had finished he was thorough explaining the working of the lift. Also the expert way he ran the electrics very neat! Great job thanks Troy. My disabled wife is now making many trips up and down stairs. I recommend Kudos and all the staff. Dave W.

Once we had made the decision to have a stairlift and Kudos had made the first contact, it was done really quickly. Chris was very knowledgeable about the products and Pete did the survey and installation. Both were respectful to Mum and it was all completed with the minimum of disruption. After much research I am so glad that I chose a Kudos Chairlift. It was expertly fitted and had been designed to met my own personal needs. A survey was done quickly and it was installed 3 weeks later. Everyone was friendly and considerate as well as being highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them. Their aftercare is available 24/7 (even Christmas Day) Automatic Service provided annually. One highly satisfied customer.

Fitted new Kudos stair lift, all done as forecast, arranged fitter was very thorough and made sure all was working ok. Cleaned up and left all spotless. Had an excellent attitude, so for all 100% and 1st class. Hope after service etc will be just as good.

Helpful and informative advice given on choice of stairlift at initial consultation. The same person who measured for the job also fitted the stairlift.
