Whilst the equipment supplied appeared of good quality and was installed by a professional workman. There is an outstanding issue on the wording of the quotation and resultant bill.

Fantastic and fast
From first contact, very helpful and friendly. The engineer that came to look at the stairs and see if a stairlift would work, was thorough, didn't try to influence or put pressure on to get a sale. The office people were helpful when asked questions during the wait for manufacture. The same engineer came to fit the stairlift when it was ready. He fitted it with care and he didn't rush, took 6 hours fitting and programme it! Couldn't be more pleased.

Jay came from Kudos Stairlifts and explained very clearly the pros & cons of fitting a stair lift to our staircase. He then did a thorough survey. 3 weeks later, Jay returned and worked without a break, until the lift was installed. A first class job.
