From first contact, very helpful and friendly. The engineer that came to look at the stairs and see if a stairlift would work, was thorough, didn't try to influence or put pressure on to get a sale. The office people were helpful when asked questions during the wait for manufacture. The same engineer came to fit the stairlift when it was ready. He fitted it with care and he didn't rush, took 6 hours fitting and programme it! Couldn't be more pleased.

Jay came from Kudos Stairlifts and explained very clearly the pros & cons of fitting a stair lift to our staircase. He then did a thorough survey. 3 weeks later, Jay returned and worked without a break, until the lift was installed. A first class job.

Supplied and installed a stair lift at my mother's house. Installation was very thorough; the engineer spent four or five hours at the house making sure it was correctly adjusted for her, and then patiently showed her how to use it several times. The company has since made several courtesy calls to check if she was getting on with it.

We have a Thyssen Flow 2 Stairlift installed by Kudos today. The engineer arrived on time, was courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do.
