Kudos installed a Flow stairlift on a curved staircase and completed the work neatly and to a high standard. They demonstrated the lift well so that I was clear on exactly how to use it.

Really happy with the whole process of ordering with Kudos from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, kind and courteous. The order was ready much quicker than I had anticipated and the attention to detail when installing the product, really showed a level of care and pride in their work.

I was in hospital with a lot of broken bones after an accident. I knew I would need a stair lift for home before I could even think about coming home and Konos were willing to deal with my grand-daughter. As my stairs were an odd size my stairlift had to be made to measure, which was done in good time. Everyone was kind and efficient with my grand-daughter, I was home for the installation and the installer was quick and efficient and very pleasant. The stairlift is perfect.

Kudos fitted a stairlift in my parents' house in London in September 2021, and it's still going strong. From measuring and fitting to servicing, they have been an excellent company to deal with, as well as competitively priced. We chose them out of 3 companies that gave quotes, as the quality of their stairlifts and aftercare seemed far better than that of their competitors. Would 100% recommend.

From initial review and detailed survey to the building of the chair lift, three visits in all, those who carried out these tasks were helpful and clear in explaining what they were doing. Having completed the build, all explanations of how to use the facility were clear and helpful. Once the construction was complete the stairway and halls were left clean and tidy. All members of the team my son and I met were helpful, clearly with a good knowledge of the product they were selling and anxious we were comfortable in all they needed to know and do to use the new facility in order to gain the best service from it.

Buying and installing a stairlift seemed daunting, having to accept it was necessary. From the very first contact Kudos were friendly and reassuring. I got a quote from them based on the Which reports, along with two other providers. From the very first meeting with Trevor, he took his time, listened and was very calm and patient. This gave me confidence in choosing Kudos (they were priced in the middle of the three quotes). Then a very thorough survey - again, very friendly, polite and reassuring that I was doing the right thing. The installation was seamless - Troy and Brandon were lovely, so clean and tidy, and the whole experience was much less disruptive than I thought it would be. As for the stairlift (Flow X) - it is brilliant! Looks good, very smooth and easy to operate! Laura in the office is also very kind and lovely. The whole team are wonderful and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Kudos if you’re looking for a stairlift installer.

The communication between myself and the company was excellent. On day of installation Troy was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me. The work was carried out efficiently and within the timeframe. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed a stairlift for my husband. Kudos Stairlifts were extremely efficient, pleasant to deal with, reliable and the end product is excellent! They were the only stairlift company that could make one to fit in the least obtrusive place. It has been made to fit the space excellently with a great use of the swivelling chair to mean it is neat and doesn't block the stairs. The engineer was very quick and efficient and explained how to use the chair slowly enough for my husband to manage it himself straight away.

Kudos Stairlifts provided an outstanding service from beginning to end Initial home visit explained products and options, but with no pressure to buy. All times and dates for visits, surveys and installation were kept. All final costs were as agreed initially. Installation process was clean, all waste removed and full operating instructions given until we were happy. Our installation engineer (Bogdan) was very professional, polite and thoughtful in his approach, and suggested a neater way for electrical installation than first planned. Overall, we were very impressed with Kudos as a company, and the equipment they installed. It's refreshing to come across a company that ticks all the boxes.

Sam carried out a first class survey. He was both very personable and completely sensitive to our requirements. Tony fitted the stairlift and again was a true professional and carried out the installation with minimal fuss and left our home spotlessly clean. The two Guys who installed our Kudos Stairlift were polite and hard working. They installed the the lift in one day and were clean and tidy. They were kind and Patient with my elderly mother and they explained how the lift worked and helped her to understand all the controls. I would recommend them as a competent and professional team. I can’t speak highly enough about the service and care I received from Kudos. I wanted a straight stairlift to future proof my house accessibility. I had decided to retain the wall rail so that I could continue to walk up and down my stairs whilst still able. Sam, who visited the house to do a survey and give me a quote, was entirely sensitive to my requests and measured up with great care. He even returned to the house to check out the previously used electric point to ensure its compatability with the agreed Platinum stairlift. I couldn’t have asked for more care. There was absolutely no sales pressure and every aspect of my personal preferences was taken into consideration. The installation of the stairlift was problem free and the installer (afraid I can’t recall his name) was equally diligent and did a wonderful job. He ensured I had full instruction regarding its use before leaving. Today (2 months later) Sam rang me to ask if I would allow him to bring another customer to the house so that they could personally see if their specific needs could be met by personally viewing my stairlift and being able to ‘feel’ how easy it is to use. That is representative of the care this Company takes and, of course, I was delighted to be able to help. Every aspect of Kudos service is excellent and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Excellent advice from John at Kudos on the various options. Our stairs are narrow and we were delighted to find there was a stairlift suitable for our needs without removing part of the doorframe, which other companies had suggested. Appointment with Kudos surveyor followed and once the stairlift was ordered we were regularly kept informed re delivery. On installation day all went smoothly thanks to Troy the engineer. After he had finished installing the stairlift, which took several hours, he explained everything with patience and clarity. We are very pleased with the stairlift and would thoroughly recommend this company.

I’ve now had my stairlift installed for a month. I should have had one a few years ago. It has given me complete independence and confidence to continue to live in my home. After enquiries and being given a quote the lift was installed quickly and the work was done without any disruption. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient pleasant and polite. Before he left he tested me on the lift several times to ensure I was happy using it and also gave me useful advice.

The man who attended to fit my nans stairlift, was very polite, hard working, thorough and tidy, the job was well done and the outcome of the chair is brilliant!
