Kudos Stairlifts

I’m trying to future proof my house and to remain mobile on my stairs for as long as safely possible. Consequently I wanted to retain the wall bar along with installation. This requirement was heard sympathetically and advice appropriately given. I chose this Company because of its consistently excellent reviews and was not disappointed. Everything, from initial contact to installation worked like clockwork, as promised and with great efficiency.

We have a spiral staircase so a stairlift is not straightforward. However Kudos measured up carefully and today fitted the lift. The whole experience has been positive, the lift is quite unobtrusive and works smoothly. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

Kudos reminded me in good time that the first year maintenance was due.They followed up with a phone call tofix a time and we were delighted to see Aaron who was the engineer who installed our stairlift. The service was carried out very efficiently and we are really pleased we chose Kudos who have been very professional in all our dealings and far and away better than their competitors who we saw when we first looked into the need for a stairlift.

Troy came to do the original site visit. He then returned to complete the work by himself. He worked quietly efficiently and just went about the work meticulously. He explained the workings of the stairlift. What to do if there was any problems. A very professional approach and delivered a great product and service.

Having learnt of Kudos through Gem ( 'wheelsnoheels') and realising that I needed a stairlift, I contacted Kudos and John made an appointment, came to our home and explained the options available. Our stairs were then thoroughly assessed and I paid a deposit on 19th February having been sent production drawings , my stairlift was fitted today by Tony. Throughout the whole process I was kept well informed, everyone was very helpful and all went very smoothly; Kudos clearly have a great team and their customer service is truly excellent; having worked in customer services myself, it's great to know that such great standards still exist!

Kudos Stairlifts surveyed our grade II listed property's stairs and determined that it was feasible to install a stairlift (other companies were unable to guarantee that their product would work in our particular setting). We ordered a stairlift based on their survey - and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the order was fulfilled. Kudos stairlifts installed the stairlift yesterday. Troy and Bogdan arrived promptly. They were utterly professional and organised. This wasn't an easy job but they considered the proper installation every step of the way - to accommodate and protect the fabric of the house itself. We were impressed by their attention to detail and their responsiveness by our requests around the particulars of the installation. They worked efficiently and quietly, and explained things thoroughlyThe job took them longer than usual - a control part was not functioning, so had to be re-installed. They left us absolutely satisfied with their work and understanding how to operate the stairlift. We have confidence in the installation and the available aftercare, should we need it.

Troy, Kudos’ engineer, was charming and totally dedicated to fitting this amazing piece of technology. He was enthusiastic a pleasure to have in our home, and full of bright ideas for making our installation flawless. I am so impressed by my new stairlift and the Kudos team. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kudos were recommended by a neighbour and we weren’t disappointed with the service. They were very professional, offering advice about the most suitable stair lift. Once we went ahead with the order we didn’t have to wait long for an installation. The two guys arrived promptly and worked well together to install the chair with efficiency. Once in place, the engineer explained clearly how it worked, its features and how to operate it. I was able to try it out to make sure that I knew how it worked. He explained how we could get aftercare should there be any problem, pointing out simple problems that might occur that could easily be checked before the need for an engineer. Thank you.

Timely, efficient and friendly. Clean and well organised. Troy the installer was brilliant and great at explaining everything to us. All work done on time on budget. What more can one want?

Stairlift was installed on 25/05/23. Engineer was polite, listened, throrough and very diligent. The engineer got on with the job without bothering me or needing to be watched. I was able to get on with my office work with very little interaction. The final job was neat and tidy. Overall my entire experience with Kudos has been highly positive from start to finish.

Tony from Kudos stair lift was very helpful from the first time we met him he put my dad at ease Tony was very patient and understanding what my dads needs are . Plus we only waited just over a week from having the survey to Tony fitting the stair lift very clean and professional great job . My stair lift was installed today. The engineer was on time, courteous, informative and did an excellent job effectively and efficiently. Everything was explained at the right level. The demo was thorough and helpful. I am impressed with the product and the customer service.

Having initially contacted Kudos simply to have an alternative quote to another major stairlift company, I quickly decided that they were the better option. Their communication and customer service have been excellent throughout the whole process, and their approach of assigning one specific individual to each customer inspires confidence. The same engineer did the initial visit and quotation, returned to undertake the digital survey, and then again to do the actual installation. Furthermore, he will also be back to undertake any services. As he quite rightly pointed out, it was in his best interests to do the best possible job, because otherwise he would just be creating a problem for himself. Highly recommended.

Quoted and fitted Flo2 stairlift. Lots of attention to the installation details before fitting. Engineer was amazing and fitted the stairlift with adjustments required by user. Professional and friendly. A credit to Kudos. Well recommended by us.

My Mum had her stairlift installed after a consultation visit to measure up and discuss what was needed. The track fits perfectly up the stairs and has been invaluable to her mobility since then. The quality of the installation and product is very good and I would happily recommend Kudos Stairlifts. After-sales service is good and an annual service was arranged and carried out. No negative issues have been experienced throughout.
