I spent two days calling a lot of stairlift companies to get an emergency stairlift in for my sister in law. I cannot express my deep concern that so many of them come across like double glazing salesman with gleams in their eye and on the lookout for an elderly vulnerable person to hand over all their money. Kudos did NOT do this. They were brilliant. They were clear about their pricing, clear about the time for surveying and fitting and although they were not quite ready for the rental market went ahead with this for us. Sadly, the lady who this was for died on the morning that the stairlift was going to be fitted. I rang Kudos and they sorted it all out, removed the old stairlift and refunded me all the monies that I had paid the day before. Blooming Brilliant service. I will certainly recommend them to everyone Unlike the majority of the others who apart from coming across a little sharklike, were not actually that knowledgable. Thankyou Kudos, you are the best.

The engineer who installed the stairlift, (Mark Brockwell) was punctual, polite, competent & efficient. He gave clear instructions on how to operate the stairlift to my 89 year old mother and answered her questions with respect. He worked tidily and left no mess. She is delighted with the stairlift and is full of praises for Mark.

We would like to thank all the staff at Kudos for the customer care. We would like to thank Troy our professional fitter. He arrived on time and set to work. The lift Troy fitted was perfect for our narrow curved staircase. When he had finished he was thorough explaining the working of the lift. Also the expert way he ran the electrics very neat! After much research I am so glad that I chose a Kudos Chairlift. It was expertly fitted and had been designed to met my own personal needs. A survey was done quickly and it was installed 3 weeks later. Everyone was friendly and considerate as well as being highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them. Their aftercare is available 24/7 (even Christmas Day) Automatic Service provided annually. One highly satisfied customer.
