The job was to grind an extra large tree stump below ground level. The team efficiently managed to bring large machine through house with no damage or mess (as no side alley.) Very good service. I sent a few pictures online of my tree that had collapsed, spoke to Harley who gave his professional advice and his team cleared up the area and cleaned up after that. And a very reasonable quote for the work done as well. no hesitation in recommending this company or going to them again!

I needed plants on the front of my drive cut back as they had grown to a point to which I could not handle. I found this company via a google search. Where to begin all I can say in all honesty 10 out of 10 fantastic job of removing a tree stump they guy Harley was very professional and took time to explain what the job requirements were and what needed to be done very helpful when I asked questions also when the job was completed he went above and beyond to tidy up including the wood chippings also my 13 year old son was very interested in this kind of work to wich Harley took time out to explain about the job and what step by step level of training you do before going out as a tree surgeon I'm very pleased I used this company very professional helpful and very responsible priced I would definitely recommend this company to my friends family and any of whom that need a good tree surgeon /services and a Big Thank you to you Harley .

I was very impressed with Harley and the team at KW Tree Care. They performed a 50% height reduction of several Leylandii and a crown lift/prune of a large Ash. The job was completed thoroughly and efficiently, for a fair price. They also did a great clean-up job. The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Harley and his team were great from the get go. Polite, punctual and very good at their craft. Harley made the effort to come round to the house to discuss what needed doing a week before works were due to take place. Clearly knowledgeable about the different trees and hedges I wanted pruning. The team on the day were punctual, polite and did a great job. Would highly recommend and would certainly use in the future.

I have to say from start to finish this company was extremely professional. I needed 16 conifers removed and replaced with 18 Laurels . There quote was very competitive and they were able to meet my time frames , due to my work schedule. Upon arrival , introduced themselves and explained to me the days events and each stage of the process throughout the day. I could not believe how well the day went and how tidy they were . The company also supplied all the necessary materials , plant feed , shavings etc . I would recommend this company to my friends & family 100% . As a testament to there good work on site , my neighbour has requested a visit and a gentleman walking by , requested a business card. Attached are some images .

I was needing a good company to clear some trees and reduce others in my parent's garden. There are a lot of cowboys out there, many of whom don’t have insurance or the correct licenses etc. Everything about my experience with KW tree care was good. From initial communication, through quotation and the work being carried out. People turned up when they said, did the work as in the written quote, were friendly and respectful of the property, and mindful of neighbours at all times. The work was carried out safely and the garden left clear and tidy. The invoice was sent promptly and for the amount quoted. I used the which? Trusted Trader to avoid headaches and was not disappointed.

We used the KW Tree Care team to remove a huge fern tree in our garden and to remove the stump. They turned up on time, carried out the work very efficiently (and safely!), tidied up perfectly and were at all times polite and prepared to explain what they were doing. Can't ask for more than that!

Really happy with the service provided by KW Tree Care. Excellent communication with Harley from the outset in regard to the quote (which was very competitive) and arranging a date to carry out the work. Stewart and Mark who carried out the work were friendly yet professional and did a great job pruning our tree. They were happy to provide advice/guidance where needed and double-checked before chopping some larger branches off that were deadwood. They left everything very tidy afterward. Would highly recommend!

They removed two very large conifers to make way for new trees to be planted plus pruned a long stretch of overgrown hawthorn trees. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Communication was excellent, the quote was very competitive and the team arrived on time as arranged. They were extremely polite, conscientious and professional. At the end they cleared up perfectly. I cannot fault the service and was very impressed about their concern when they found a birds nest containing eggs which they were anxious not to disturb. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

I needed a cherry tree stump removed from a really tight raised bed in my small London garden. I'd been told that the space was too awkward to access and that we'd have to retain the stump or inject poison into it. KW have a handheld grinder made in the USA designed for this problem. Harley was helpful and friendly when he quoted and arranged the job. Stewart was pleasant and polite, arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards. They also charged a reasonable rate. All in all I'm very happy with the work. Thanks so much :-)

Harley responded quickly to our request and attended to complete the survey promptly. He was genial and extremely knowledgeable, and offered advice on what could be achieved. When we accepted the very reasonable quote a date was quickly arranged. The team of three arrived on time, fully briefed on the work required. They were courteous and considerate; taking time to clear our, and our neighbour's garden as work progressed. Everything was left tidy at the end of the first day. They had an emergency to attend the next morning (storm damage) but contacted us first to ensure we were happy. when they arrived they worked steadily through atrocious weather and completed all works in good time. We would happily use them again and would not hesitate in recommending their services.

We have four very large trees in a garden with some problems of access. At the first review, Harley Waite advised that one tree should be felled. The method used required the hire of a 28 tonne truck with a grapple saw and crane. This proved to be highly efficient in safe and rapid felling. The other trees were trimmed carefully, again using the most modern equipment. All the members of the team were courteous and considerate throughout the three days of the project. The project was delivered to the agreed price, which represented value for money, and on schedule. Altogether the service provided was first class and I would recommend this company without reservation.

Really happy with the work that Harley and his team have done, cut down a handful of trees in our back garden, ground out some stumps from those trees and some shrubs as well, a couple were done for free. He gave us the best price out of all the quotations I got, they were punctual and left the garden neat and tidy when they were finished.
