I needed a cherry tree stump removed from a really tight raised bed in my small London garden. I'd been told that the space was too awkward to access and that we'd have to retain the stump or inject poison into it. KW have a handheld grinder made in the USA designed for this problem. Harley was helpful and friendly when he quoted and arranged the job. Stewart was pleasant and polite, arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards. They also charged a reasonable rate. All in all I'm very happy with the work. Thanks so much :-)

Harley responded quickly to our request and attended to complete the survey promptly. He was genial and extremely knowledgeable, and offered advice on what could be achieved. When we accepted the very reasonable quote a date was quickly arranged. The team of three arrived on time, fully briefed on the work required. They were courteous and considerate; taking time to clear our, and our neighbour's garden as work progressed. Everything was left tidy at the end of the first day. They had an emergency to attend the next morning (storm damage) but contacted us first to ensure we were happy. when they arrived they worked steadily through atrocious weather and completed all works in good time. We would happily use them again and would not hesitate in recommending their services.

OUTSTANDING. Massive tree fall and much damage. Day after reporting, Adam and clearance on site for a difficult 3 day job. Have now used 3 times and very satisfied. Always on time, do what they say and leave job good and tidy. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Harley visited really quickly after being asked for a quote which he sent through the same day. He has liaised with the insurers too - really helpful. The work was carried out without delay in a considerate and tidy manner and follow up paperwork with insurers also dealt with efficiently. Highly recommended.

We have four very large trees in a garden with some problems of access. At the first review, Harley Waite advised that one tree should be felled. The method used required the hire of a 28 tonne truck with a grapple saw and crane. This proved to be highly efficient in safe and rapid felling. The other trees were trimmed carefully, again using the most modern equipment. All the members of the team were courteous and considerate throughout the three days of the project. The project was delivered to the agreed price, which represented value for money, and on schedule. Altogether the service provided was first class and I would recommend this company without reservation.

I contacted Harley as a result of searching Which? Trusted Traders. I was looking for a quote to have a tree cut down; every aspect of the subsequent work was carried out by him and his team in the most professional and helpful manner. Really happy with the work that Harley and his team have done, cut down a handful of trees in our back garden, ground out some stumps from those trees and some shrubs as well, a couple were done for free. He gave us the best price out of all the quotations I got, they were punctual and left the garden neat and tidy when they were finished.

I was incredibly impressed with KW Tree Care from start to finish with regards to grinding down around 12 stumps in our garden. Harley was a delight to deal with at all times, from first enquiry through to him turning up promptly and doing the work. He was very friendly and courteous. He took great care to bring machinery and tools through the house carefully ( we have no side access) and he also came equipped with all the correct safety gear and screens to protect our garden from sawdust flying all over the place! He did an excellent job and tidied up thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend KW as a high-quality and reliable tree surgeon. Very happy and competitively priced to boot.

Harley visited me to quote. He was very easy to speak to. The quote was not the cheapest, but reasonable. His manner and efficiency replying to me convinced me I could trust his company and I was not disappointed. A large tree with a shed and other trees adjacent was taken down and transported from the back of my garden and out through my front garden with a minimum of fuss and disturbance.

Choose KW based on a positive recommendation. They did an excellent job removing a large tree and put in a lot of effort to get rid of the stump. Also offered to come back if there were any further large roots found, and wouldn’t charge. Also took the time to answer questions about another tree, and very fairly suggested it wouldn’t be cost effective for me to hire them to do it. Friendly, reliable and hard working, would recommend (and have already recommended).

Removed a row of Leylandii from front garden and grinded out the stumps. Really nice team of people. We’re really quick, efficient and did a great job plus very tidy all cleared up! Great service and job!

Found KW Edge online, arranged to send a photo of the work I wanted which was 3 lots of tree stumps ground. Received a quote by email and arranged for the work to be completed today. Kept informed by email and communication was prompt. Quote was given after sending photo's and that was the price I have paid. Time of arrival was 8 - 8.30 and I received a call to let me know they were running a little late and would arrive at around 9am. They arrived at 9 and completed the works. They were extremely professional and competent, I would thoroughly recommend them. Received my invoice this evening and have arranged payment.

I contacted this company by email including photos of a stump I needed grinding out. They replied with a day. After a query on access, they provided a cost for the work. The work was carried out a few days later to cost and the work was carried out efficiently. The surrounding area was left clean.

The work undertaken included house insurance requirements arising from house subsidence which meant the removal of a three stem ash tree, removal of a hedge and a bush in the neighbouring garden. The non-insurance work included removal of a conifer tree, pollarding of an ash tree and height reduction of a cypress tree. The work was carried out over three days and was highly professional throughout. It required work in one neighbouring garden and waste removal and clean up in both neighbouring gardens. Our neighbours were very pleased with the result of this work. Throughout the work, there was a very professional approach by the company's team who would check with me to ensure that their work was as I required. They also made sure that any work which had an impact on any other garden vegetation was acceptable before proceeding. This work was completed within the agreed schedule and budget in accordance with the quote received. From the first site visit to the completion of the work, the professional standards and quality of the work were first-class.

I contacted Harley at KW tree care a few months ago, as I required some branches of a listed tree to be trimmed. KW did everything for me, in requesting permission from local council for work to be carried out. This meant I had no stress to fill out complicated forms. Once permission was granted, the team arrived to proceed with trimming. The team were highly professional, took every branch away, tidied garden immaculately. I was overwhelmed how amazing they were, and highly recommend this company!

KW Tree Care felled an enormous ash tree from my garden in a quarter of the time estimated by other providers and at half the cost. Worked efficiently, professionally, and courteously. Left the garden neat and cleared every last twig away. Brilliant!
