The job was to grind an extra large tree stump below ground level. The team efficiently managed to bring large machine through house with no damage or mess (as no side alley.) They explained everything beforehand and from quote to completion of job there were no glitches. And cost was reasonable. We would highly recommend KW Tree Care.

I contacted KW Tree Care for the removal of a few old tree stumps in our overgrown garden prior to landscaping. From the outset, Harley was professional, polite, and prompt with his responses to my emails, and booking in a date. On the day of the work, Harley called as I had inadvertently given him the wrong address, and when he arrived started work in miserable, wet weather. He worked hard despite the weather, and still found time to be personable and friendly. Harley was not the cheapest quote I received, but I am always keen to support small, local business, and consider the work and service received good value. Cheaper isn't always the way to go. Couldn't recommend more.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Harley who ground down a tree stump in our garden. Not only was he professional, efficient and flexible; he has great communication skills and left the garden in a really good state. Harley was also very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing future needs for our trees and advising us on how to maintain them. This is the third time we've used KW and each time they've really impressed us with their knowledge, skill and professionalism. We have a large willow tree which needed major work. I was needing a good company to clear some trees and reduce others in my parent's garden. There are a lot of cowboys out there, many of whom don’t have insurance or the correct licenses etc. Everything about my experience with KW tree care was good. From initial communication, through quotation and the work being carried out. People turned up when they said, did the work as in the written quote, were friendly and respectful of the property, and mindful of neighbours at all times. The work was carried out safely and the garden left clear and tidy. The invoice was sent promptly and for the amount quoted. I used the which? They removed two very large conifers to make way for new trees to be planted plus pruned a long stretch of overgrown hawthorn trees. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Communication was excellent, the quote was very competitive and the team arrived on time as arranged. They were extremely polite, conscientious and professional. At the end they cleared up perfectly. I cannot fault the service and was very impressed about their concern when they found a birds nest containing eggs which they were anxious not to disturb. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

I was very impressed with Harley and the team at KW Tree Care. They performed a 50% height reduction of several Leylandii and a crown lift/prune of a large Ash. The job was completed thoroughly and efficiently, for a fair price. They also did a great clean-up job. The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I contacted Harley at KW tree care a few months ago, as I required some branches of a listed tree to be trimmed. KW did everything for me, in requesting permission from local council for work to be carried out. This meant I had no stress to fill out complicated forms. Once permission was granted, the team arrived to proceed with trimming. The team were highly professional, took every branch away, tidied garden immaculately. I was overwhelmed how amazing they were, and highly recommend this company!
