Harley, Adam and the team were brilliant to deal with. Such nice guys & very knowledgeable. The service they provided was excellent & the team were reliable and courteous. I was incredibly impressed with KW Tree Care from start to finish with regards to grinding down around 12 stumps in our garden. Harley was a delight to deal with at all times, from first enquiry through to him turning up promptly and doing the work. He was very friendly and courteous. He took great care to bring machinery and tools through the house carefully ( we have no side access) and he also came equipped with all the correct safety gear and screens to protect our garden from sawdust flying all over the place! He did an excellent job and tidied up thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend KW as a high-quality and reliable tree surgeon. Very happy and competitively priced to boot.

Removal of Conifiers
I have to say from start to finish this company was extremely professional. I needed 16 conifers removed and replaced with 18 Laurels . There quote was very competitive and they were able to meet my time frames , due to my work schedule. Upon arrival , introduced themselves and explained to me the days events and each stage of the process throughout the day. I could not believe how well the day went and how tidy they were . The company also supplied all the necessary materials , plant feed , shavings etc . I would recommend this company to my friends & family 100% . As a testament to there good work on site , my neighbour has requested a visit and a gentleman walking by , requested a business card. Attached are some images .

Found KW Edge online, arranged to send a photo of the work I wanted which was 3 lots of tree stumps ground. Received a quote by email and arranged for the work to be completed today. Kept informed by email and communication was prompt. Quote was given after sending photo's and that was the price I have paid. Time of arrival was 8 - 8.30 and I received a call to let me know they were running a little late and would arrive at around 9am. They arrived at 9 and completed the works. They were extremely professional and competent, I would thoroughly recommend them. Received my invoice this evening and have arranged payment.

Really happy with the service provided by KW Tree Care. Excellent communication with Harley from the outset in regard to the quote (which was very competitive) and arranging a date to carry out the work. Stewart and Mark who carried out the work were friendly yet professional and did a great job pruning our tree. They were happy to provide advice/guidance where needed and double-checked before chopping some larger branches off that were deadwood. They left everything very tidy afterward. Would highly recommend!

Where to begin all I can say in all honesty 10 out of 10 fantastic job of removing a tree stump they guy Harley was very professional and took time to explain what the job requirements were and what needed to be done very helpful when I asked questions also when the job was completed he went above and beyond to tidy up including the wood chippings also my 13 year old son was very interested in this kind of work to wich Harley took time out to explain about the job and what step by step level of training you do before going out as a tree surgeon I'm very pleased I used this company very professional helpful and very responsible priced I would definitely recommend this company to my friends family and any of whom that need a good tree surgeon /services and a Big Thank you to you Harley .

I needed plants on the front of my drive cut back as they had grown to a point to which I could not handle. I found this company via a google search. KW Tree Care did a fantastic job pruning two mature apple trees on my allotment. The trees were lovely but had been neglected / hacked and generally in a bit of a state, and now I’m confident they’re in good shape and will do well for years to come. The job was to grind an extra large tree stump below ground level. The team efficiently managed to bring large machine through house with no damage or mess (as no side alley.) They explained everything beforehand and from quote to completion of job there were no glitches. And cost was reasonable. We would highly recommend KW Tree Care

KW Tree Care arrived exactly on time for the quote and explained in great detail what they recommend for my Robinia and Silver Birch tree. I happily accepted their quote and was more than happy with the end result. The clean up was great, hard to tell they were ever there! They were a bit more expensive than the other quote I received but was worth every penny. I’ll certainly have them back in a few years.

KW Tree Care quoted for our tree removal online Based on the Photos we provided. After careful consideration we asked them to come and check if the quote can be confirmed live. Harley from KW Tree Care cam and confirmed the quote. The company came on the agreed day very punctually. Their work was very clean and fast. Though, a provision of two days was set for the tree removal, KW Tree Care managed to complete the removal and thorough clean up afterwards within six hours. Nothing was left behind and no damages to anything in the garden. No payment has been requested Before the works were completed and satisfaction with the result confirmed. The price was very fair and we liked that the company recycles all possible parts of the tree. Also, taking into account that we are still in lockdown, all KW Tree Care workers ensured appropriate social distance. I would strongly recommend their services and would use them again by myself should the need arise.

KW Tree Care came to look at a 500-year-old Yew tree that is a feature within our garden, which as of late has not been looking to well. We were impressed with the knowledge and approach which was proposed to help rejuvenate this beautiful tree. The work was carried out in a highly professional manner and executed just how they had explained to us. I just had a large job, a hard pollarding of two old weeping willows with significant fungus and rot draping over 5 suburban gardens. Job entailed rigging and the volume of wood extensive. Harley and team were just brilliant - I could see it was more than just the average job - but they tackled it superbly, and are wonderful to deal with (answer emails, phones, etc), price was on point too, whereas in this trade I find there are wild fluctuations in pricing. Most highly recommended on every count - use them without worry.

Harley and his team did a fantastic job of cutting back a very large conifer tree. They were very punctual, professional and friendly. We were very happy with the price and service we received. Really happy with the work that Harley and his team have done, cut down a handful of trees in our back garden, ground out some stumps from those trees and some shrubs as well, a couple were done for free. Out of the 3-companies I asked to quote for trimming seven trees, KW was the company that impressed me most with their open honest approach and a fair price. The work they carried out was excellent, they were helpful, obliging and clearly cared for the trees. Many years ago I worked as a tree surgeon and have never seen better workmanship. They were on schedule, on budget and a pleasure to work with, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Harley from KW Tree Care gave a very prompt response to my request for a quote for cutting back a Maple tree and removing ivy from a wall which he then followed up with a site visit. After the visit, on the same day, I received a very reasonable quote. Once I had confirmed that wished to proceed with the work, Harley made arrangements for planning permission from the local council. Once permission was granted, on the same day, Harley contacted me to make an appointment for the work to be carried out. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and quickly. All the branches and ivy were taken away and the garden was left clean and tidy. These guys know their stuff! I would really recommend them.
