KW Tree Care did thinning and crown reduction on two large fruit trees in our garden. Throughout the whole process, from quotation to completing the work and invoicing, they were punctual, friendly, helpful and completely professional. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, and no debris was left behind. Although they were not the cheapest quote we had for the job, we chose them because of their obvious expertise and high level of professionalism.

OUTSTANDING. Massive tree fall and much damage. Day after reporting, Adam and clearance on site for a difficult 3 day job. Have now used 3 times and very satisfied. Always on time, do what they say and leave job good and tidy. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

The team ensured they understood our requirements and what we wanted to achieve but also offered advice based on their experience before providing a quote. The team arrived promptly on the day agreed and double checked our requirements and the agreed work with us. They pruned a number of trees and tall growing shrubs in our garden including removing dead branches. The team worked hard and in a considered manner being careful where they left branches and put ladders to avoid damage to other parts of the garden. They left the garden very neat and tidy removing all the rubbish.

Choose KW based on a positive recommendation. They did an excellent job removing a large tree and put in a lot of effort to get rid of the stump. Also offered to come back if there were any further large roots found, and wouldn’t charge. Also took the time to answer questions about another tree, and very fairly suggested it wouldn’t be cost effective for me to hire them to do it. Friendly, reliable and hard working, would recommend (and have already recommended).

I was looking for a quote to have a tree cut down; every aspect of the subsequent work was carried out by him and his team in the most professional and helpful manner. We have four very large trees in a garden with some problems of access. At the first review, Harley Waite advised that one tree should be felled. The method used required the hire of a 28 tonne truck with a grapple saw and crane. This proved to be highly efficient in safe and rapid felling. The other trees were trimmed carefully, again using the most modern equipment. All the members of the team were courteous and considerate throughout the three days of the project. The project was delivered to the agreed price, which represented value for money, and on schedule. Altogether the service provided was first class and I would recommend this company without reservation.

We used the KW Tree Care team to remove a huge fern tree in our garden and to remove the stump. They turned up on time, carried out the work very efficiently (and safely!), tidied up perfectly and were at all times polite and prepared to explain what they were doing. Can't ask for more than that!

We have just had a mature ash tree cut back by KW tree care as well as clearance of scrub and other small dead trees. The team arrived on time, set to work and achieved a very good result to the level agreed on the ash tree. The team then removed some smaller dead trees as agreed, all of which created considerable debris. This was quickly and efficiently cleared by the team leaving our garden immaculate. The team were at all times pleasant and explained intentions as they went along. We were most impressed by their attitude and will have no hesitation on employing them again nor in reccomending them.

This is the first time i have used Harley and the team and they completely exceeded my expectations. They were very well organised and extremely professional. Everyone got on with there task in a military fashion. They were all polite and well mannered. They cleaned and tidied up as they worked and my property was left better than when they arrived. We were required by our insurers to have a sycamore tree reduced by 40% because it is close to our block and caused subsidence. KW team arrived punctually and set about the work in the rain. Each branch was carefully lowered and shredded and work stopped to allow pedestrians to pass by safely. One of the team kindly filled up bags of chips for a neighbour who wanted them and the drive was left beautifully clean. What was special about this team was the way they kept in touch with us by email while we waited for planning permission to come through. They were friendly and highly professional with modern equipment. They advised us on some other trees and we hope to use them again once planning permission is given. Their price was very reasonable compared to the other two quotes and we feel very fortunate to have found them.

Out of the three companies I approached to trim nine unruly trees that I am very particular about, KW Tree Care was the company that inspired the most confidence and trust. They were competitively priced, but my main concern was quality of workmanship and I was not disappointed. They were forthright, honest, caring, ethical and did a fantastic job that was on time and on budget. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them.

Work carried out as specified on quote. Friendly team, arrived on time, tree pruned so now we can enjoy some sun as our Mimosa tree had blocked the sun shining into our garden. All branches and leaves cleared away. Thanks.

Harley and his team did exceptional work. They turned up exactly when they said and did a fantastic job of felling a large tree (that sadly had to go) and then grinding the stump. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleared away all the mess. It's as if they've never been -- only the tree has gone! KW Tree Care felled an enormous ash tree from my garden in a quarter of the time estimated by other providers and at half the cost. Worked efficiently, professionally, and courteously. Left the garden neat and cleared every last twig away. Brilliant!

The work undertaken included house insurance requirements arising from house subsidence which meant the removal of a three stem ash tree, removal of a hedge and a bush in the neighbouring garden. The non-insurance work included removal of a conifer tree, pollarding of an ash tree and height reduction of a cypress tree. The work was carried out over three days and was highly professional throughout. It required work in one neighbouring garden and waste removal and clean up in both neighbouring gardens. Our neighbours were very pleased with the result of this work. Throughout the work, there was a very professional approach by the company's team who would check with me to ensure that their work was as I required. They also made sure that any work which had an impact on any other garden vegetation was acceptable before proceeding. This work was completed within the agreed schedule and budget in accordance with the quote received. From the first site visit to the completion of the work, the professional standards and quality of the work were first-class.

I contacted this company by email including photos of a stump I needed grinding out. They replied with a day. After a query on access, they provided a cost for the work. The work was carried out a few days later to cost and the work was carried out efficiently. The surrounding area was left clean.

Harley visited me to quote. He was very easy to speak to. The quote was not the cheapest, but reasonable. His manner and efficiency replying to me convinced me I could trust his company and I was not disappointed. A large tree with a shed and other trees adjacent was taken down and transported from the back of my garden and out through my front garden with a minimum of fuss and disturbance.

Harley's team from KW Tree Care were punctual, polite, friendly, hardworking and did everything we requested checking with us regularly for any issues and making sure we were happy with the result. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We will not hesitate to use them again.

I needed a cherry tree stump removed from a really tight raised bed in my small London garden. I'd been told that the space was too awkward to access and that we'd have to retain the stump or inject poison into it. KW have a handheld grinder made in the USA designed for this problem. Harley was helpful and friendly when he quoted and arranged the job. Stewart was pleasant and polite, arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards. They also charged a reasonable rate. All in all I'm very happy with the work. Thanks so much :-)
